Wherein, the password is one or more of fingerprint password, face password, digital password and the like.
After the processing device 1 obtains the use password set by the user, considering that the user may use other office devices, the processing device 1 further establishes a mapping relationship between the use password and the office device corresponding to the station card terminal device 2, that is, the user may use the office device corresponding to the station card terminal device 2 by using the use password set by the user. The office equipment corresponding to the station board terminal equipment 2 at least comprises a printer, a scanner, a clothes cabinet and the like.
The station card terminal equipment is arranged for the physical station, the station card information to be displayed of each station card terminal equipment 2 is determined in real time by the aid of the processing equipment 1, and the station card information is pushed to each station card terminal equipment 2, so that the station card terminal equipment 2 displays the corresponding station card information, real-time updating of the station card information is achieved, and compared with manual updating of the station card information, the station card information updating efficiency of the disclosed embodiment is high, and further management efficiency of enterprises is improved.

Claims (10)

1. A station card management system, comprising:
the processing equipment is configured to determine station card information to be displayed by each station card terminal equipment and push the station card information to each station card terminal equipment;
and the station card terminal equipment is configured to display the station card information.
2. The workstation card management system of claim 1, wherein the processing device is further configured to: receiving template parameter information selected by a user, and determining a display template of the station card information based on the template parameter information.
3. The workstation card management system of claim 2, wherein the workstation card terminal device is specifically configured to: and displaying the station card information based on the display template.
4. The workstation tile management system of claim 2, wherein the template parameter information includes at least one of: display content, display color, display form, display area.
5. The workstation tile management system of claim 1, wherein the processing device is specifically configured to:
determining the station card information to be displayed by each station card terminal device according to the use condition of each physical station, wherein the station card information comprises: user information, idle information.
6. The station card management system of claim 5, wherein the user information includes at least one of: user identity information, and usage time information.
7. The workstation card management system of claim 5, wherein the processing device is further configured to:
and when the station card information is the idle information, responding to the access operation of the idle information, establishing the relationship between the selected physical station and the user to be used, and updating the service condition of the physical station.
8. The workstation tile management system of claim 7, wherein the processing device is specifically configured to:
responding to the access operation of the idle information, and sending a physical work place plan to a user to be treated;
responding to the selection operation of the physical station, and sending an identity verification request to the user to be tested;
and under the condition that the user to be detected passes the identity verification, acquiring and storing the use password set by the user to be detected, and establishing the relationship between the selected physical station and the user to be detected.
9. The workstation card management system of claim 8, wherein the processing device is further configured to: and establishing a mapping relation between the use password and office equipment corresponding to the station card terminal equipment.
10. The workstation card management system of any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the workstation card terminal device is an electronic ink screen.
