本发明公开了一种辛夷挥发油的提取方法,包括如下步骤:将辛夷果实干燥粉碎,过40目筛;向上述原料中加入其重量5~6倍的60~70%的乙醇溶液,采用频率为60KHz的超声波进行萃取,过滤,滤液浓缩至无醇味;将所得浓缩液经大孔吸附树脂上柱、4~6倍柱体积的60~70%的氯仿洗脱,收集洗脱液,浓缩、干燥。本发明的提取方法简单易行,收率高,不需要大量的有机溶剂,安全无毒,适用于工业化生产。

本发明涉及中药技术领域,具体涉及一种辛夷挥发油的提取方法。
背景技术:
辛夷是木兰科落叶乔木植物紫玉兰或望春玉兰、玉兰、武当玉兰的花蕾,也可以指其他木兰属植物的花蕾,产于中国河南、江苏、陕西等地。辛夷性温,味辛微苦,归肺、胃经。具有散风寒,通鼻窍之功效,常用于治疗风寒头痛、鼻塞、鼻渊、鼻流浊涕等症状,是重要的中药材。辛夷主要成分有挥发性物质、生物碱、木脂素类、酚酸性化合物等,其中挥发性物质是其主要生物活性成分,且组成复杂,包括烃、酮、醇、酯、醛、酸、酚、醚类等化合物,且具有特殊的香气,因此辛夷也是重要的香精原料。
近年来,关于辛夷挥发油及其制备工艺的报道多有研究。为了更好的提取辛夷中的挥发油成分,发挥其最大药效作用,本研究发明了一种辛夷挥发油的提取工艺,为辛夷挥发油的进一步研究提供科学依据。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种辛夷挥发油的提取方法,该方法具有安全无毒、耗时短、提取率高、工艺简单、可连续操作的优点。
本发明包括以下步骤:
a.将辛夷果实干燥粉碎,过40目筛;
b.向上述原料中加入其重量5~6倍的60~70%的乙醇溶液,采用频率为60KHz的超声波进行萃取,过滤,滤液浓缩至无醇味;
c.将所得浓缩液经大孔吸附树脂上柱、4~6倍柱体积的60~70%的氯仿洗脱,收集洗脱液,浓缩、干燥。
步骤c中所述的大孔吸附树脂类型为XDA-1、HPD-400、AB-8。
本发明的提取方法简单易行,不需要大量的有机溶剂,安全无毒,适合于工业化生产。
具体实施方式:
以下通过实例对本发明进行阐述,但本发明的保护并不局限于此。
实施例1:
将辛夷果实干燥粉碎,过40目筛;向上述原料中加入其重量5倍的60%的乙醇溶液,采用频率为60KHz的超声波进行萃取,过滤,滤液浓缩至无醇味;将所得浓缩液经大孔吸附树脂XDA-1上柱、4倍柱体积的60%的氯仿洗脱,收集洗脱液,浓缩、干燥,其提取率为71.84%。
实施例2:
将辛夷果实干燥粉碎,过40目筛;向上述原料中加入其重量6倍的70%的乙醇溶液,采用频率为60KHz的超声波进行萃取,过滤,滤液浓缩至无醇味;将所得浓缩液经大孔吸附树脂HPD-400上柱、6倍柱体积的70%的氯仿洗脱,收集洗脱液,浓缩、干燥,其提取率为74.23%。
实施例3:
将辛夷果实干燥粉碎,过40目筛;向上述原料中加入其重量5倍的60%的乙醇溶液,采用频率为60KHz的超声波进行萃取,过滤,滤液浓缩至无醇味;将所得浓缩液经大孔吸附树脂AB-8上柱、5倍柱体积的60%的氯仿洗脱,收集洗脱液,浓缩、干燥,其提取率为78.62%。

1.一种辛夷挥发油的提取方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
a.将辛夷果实干燥粉碎,过40目筛;
b.向上述原料中加入其重量5~6倍的60~70%的乙醇溶液,采用频率为60KHz的超声波进行萃取,过滤,滤液浓缩至无醇味;
c.将所得浓缩液经大孔吸附树脂上柱、4~6倍柱体积的60~70%的氯仿洗脱,收集洗脱液,浓缩、干燥。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种辛夷挥发油的提取方法,其特征在于,步骤c中所述的大孔吸附树脂类型为XDA-1、HPD-400、AB-8。
