Abstract
本发明公开了一种海洋短肽型全营养配方食品,包括如下重量份数的组分:海洋活性短肽10~25份、碳水化合物30~50份、亚麻油10~20份、膳食纤维5~10份、复合维生素和矿物质3~10份、香精0.5~2份。本发明食品以海洋活性短肽为主要原料,在人体内不需要消化可直接吸收;高含量的碳水化合物,能迅速补充能量;高含量的膳食纤维,能改善肠道功能。有利于提高患者生活质量。适用于需要加强营养补充和营养支持的人群,如体弱、长期营养不良、长期卧床病人、老年人、偏食等长期营养素摄入不足的人群。

技术领域
本发明涉及营养配方食品领域,特别涉及一种海洋短肽型全营养配方食品。
背景技术
全营养配方食品,是为了满足进食受限、消化吸收障碍、代谢紊乱或特定疾病状态人群 对营养素或膳食的特殊需要,专门加工配制而成的配方食品。在20世纪80-90年代,FSMP就 在国外广泛应用在临床,在欧美、日本等发达国家成为临床治疗中不可获取的产品。2014 年1月,国家卫生计生委公布了3项特殊医学用途配方食品相关的国家标准,意味着我国逐步 对这一领域开始重视并发展。我国GB29922-2013《特殊医学用途配方食品通则》食品安全国 家标准中全营养食品明确规定:2.1.1全营养配方食品:可作为单一营养来源满足目标人群 营养需求的特殊医学用途配方食品;2.1.2特定全营养配方食品:可作为单一营养来源满足 目标人群在特定疾病或医学状况下营养需求的特殊医学用途配方食品。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种海洋短肽型全营养配方食品,营养均衡,易 吸收,包含优质蛋白、独特的碳水化合物系统、高多不饱和脂肪酸以及多种维生素和矿物质。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种海洋短肽型全营养配方食品,包括如下质量百分数的组分:海洋活性短肽10~25%、 碳水化合物30~50%、亚麻油10~20%、膳食纤维5~10%、复合维生素和矿物质3~10%、香 精0.5~2%。
进一步地,所述的海洋活性短肽为平均分子量小于1ku的牡蛎短肽、贻贝短肽、鲍短肽、 海参短肽、海藻短肽、鱿鱼短肽中的一种或多种的组合。海洋活性短肽,以肽得率为指标, 定向酶解,通过超滤、冷冻干燥,获得平均分子量在1ku以下的短肽,更易于被人体吸收, 可不经胃肠消化,直接进入小肠被吸收,而且不受身体状况所影响。海洋活性短肽可以增强 免疫力、抗疲劳、抗氧化等。
进一步地,所述的碳水化合物为玉米淀粉、麦芽糊精、蔗糖中的一种或多种的组合。
进一步地,所述的膳食纤维为低聚果糖、低聚木糖、低聚异麦芽糖、菊糖中的一种或多 种的组合。
进一步地,所述的亚麻油中,n-6多不饱和脂肪酸和n-3多不饱和脂肪酸的质量比为4~ 6:1。
进一步地,所述的复合维生素和矿物质包括以下质量百分数的组分:维生素A0.002%、 维生素D 0.0001%、维生素E 0.25%、维生素K1 0.00088%、维生素B1 0.03%、维生素B2 0.03%、 维生素B6 0.035%、维生素B12 0.00002%、烟酸0.04%、叶酸0.005%、泛酸0.067%、维生 素C1.2%、生物素0.4%、钠30%、钾30.2%、铜0.0252%、镁9.1%、铁0.39%、锌0.195%、 锰0.0072%、钙14%、磷14%、碘0.0032%、硒0.0014%。

本发明具有如下有益效果:
1.具有高效吸收性,利用本发明配方,各种组分采用适宜的比例搭配制备的食品,经一 定量水溶解后,不需要消化可以快速吸收,可以有效改善肥胖、减脂手术负氮平衡,迅速补 充肥胖、减脂手术所需营养。
2.本发明配方中所含的碳水化合物是低血糖生成指数,既可以满足肥胖、减脂手术所需 要的能量,又能帮助平衡血糖。
3.本发明配方中含有多种维生素和矿物质,可迅速补充肥胖、减脂手术所需的微量营养 素,短肽通过与钙、铁、锌等的螯合更增加了矿物质元素的吸收率。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式,对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例一
本实施例采用各组分低剂量进行组分搭配,各组分及质量百分数:牡蛎短肽16%,玉米 淀粉30%,麦芽糊精30%,亚麻油16%,低聚果糖6%、复合维生素和矿物质1%(维生素A 0.0.02%、 维生素D 0.0001%、维生素E 0.25%、维生素K1 0.00088%、维生素B10.03%、维生素B2 0.03%、 维生素B6 0.035%、维生素B12 0.00002%、烟酸0.04%、叶酸0.005%、泛酸0.067%、维生 素C1.2%、生物素0.4%、钠30%、钾30.2%、铜0.0252%、镁9.1%、铁0.39%、锌0.195%、 锰0.0072%、钙14%、磷14%、碘0.0032%、硒0.0014%)、红枣香精1%。将上述原料混合, 搅拌均匀,干燥,制成粉状食品。每100g粉末,用450ml的温开水溶解后食用。
实施例二
本实施例的组分及质量百分数:海参短肽20%,蔗糖22%、玉米淀粉34%,亚麻油16%, 低聚果糖5%、复合维生素0.8%((维生素A 0.0.015%、维生素D 0.0001%、维生素E0.15%、 维生素K1 0.00088%、维生素B1 0.02%、维生素B2 0.02%、维生素B6 0.02%、维生素B12 0.00002%、烟酸0.04%、叶酸0.005%、泛酸0.067%、维生素C 0.8%、生物素0.3%、钠18%、 钾28%、铜0.0252%、镁9%、铁0.39%、锌0.135%、锰0.0072%、钙14%、磷9%、碘0.0032%、 硒0.0014%)、生姜香精2.2%。将上述原料混合,搅拌均匀,干燥,制成粉状食品。每100g 粉末,用450ml的温开水溶解后食用。
设空白对照组,牡蛎匀浆组,选取实施例一制备的配方粉作为样品组,依次为配方粉低 剂量组(2.5g/kg)、配方粉中剂量组(5g/kg)、配方粉高剂量组(10g/kg)。同时开展小鼠 力竭游泳实验、血清尿素氮含量和肝糖原含量的测定。造模及分组:选取SPF级雄性ICR小鼠200只,18-22g,购于上海斯莱克实验动物有限责任公司。适应性喂养一周后,根据 小鼠体重随机分为5组,每组40只。分别为:空白对照组(0.5mL生理盐水)、牡蛎匀浆 组(2.0g/kg·BW)、低剂量组、中剂量组和高剂量组。同时饲喂小鼠维持饲料,自由饮水, 30d后试验。小鼠生活环境要求安静,噪音小于60dB、清洁、昼夜明暗交替时间各12h, 温度20-24℃,湿度50-60%RH。每两天换一次垫料和水,每隔一周称体重、记录。
1、力竭游泳试验
经口连续给予受试物30d,末次灌胃30min后,将尾部负荷5%体重铅皮的小鼠至于游 泳箱中游泳。水深不少于30cm,水温25℃±1.0℃,以小鼠头部沉入水面持续8s不能浮出为判定终点,记录小鼠自游泳开始至死亡的时间,即小鼠力竭游泳时间。
从表1中可以看出,小鼠经过连续灌胃30天后,实验组小鼠力竭游泳时间比空白对照 组都长。牡蛎匀浆组与空白对照组相比没有显著性差异。配方粉低、中、高三个剂量组的力 竭游泳时间都极显著的大于空白对照组(p<0.01)。配方粉在延长力竭游泳时间的效果上要 优于牡蛎匀浆组,但三者之间没有显著性差异。

2、尿素氮含量测定
尿素氮含量测定原理:在加热和强酸条件下,尿素氮与二乙酰肟缩合成红色的联吖嗪, 根据反应物颜色的深浅计算尿素氮含量。
采用南京建成生物制剂有限公司尿素氮试剂盒检测,具体方法如下:
试剂组成与配制:
试剂一:1g/L肟溶液,100mL×1瓶,4℃保存。
试剂二:酸溶液40mL×1瓶,用时加双蒸水80mL配成酸应用液,4℃保存。
试剂三:10mmol/LBUN标准品×1瓶,4℃保存。
测定步骤:经口连续给予受试物30d,末次灌胃配方粉30min后,在温度为30℃的水中不负重游泳90min,休息60min后拔眼球取血,待血液凝固后2000转离心15min,取 血清,用尿素氮测试盒测定,见表2。

3、肝糖原含量测定
肝糖原测定原理:糖原在浓硫酸作用下可脱水生成糖醛衍生物,糖醛衍生物与蒽酮作用 形成蓝色化合物,与同法处理的标准葡萄糖溶液比色定量。糖原在浓碱溶液中非常稳定,故 在显色之前先将组织放入浓碱中加热破坏其他成分保留糖原。
采用南京建成生物制剂有限公司肝糖原试剂盒检测,具体方法如下:
试剂组成与配制:
试剂一:碱溶液,40ml×1瓶,4℃保存6个月。
试剂二:1mg/mL葡萄糖标准贮备液,5ml×1支,4℃保存6个月。
试剂三:显色剂,粉剂×6支,4℃保存6个月。用时每支加25ml浓硫酸混匀,现用 现配。
测定步骤:经口连续给予受试物30d,末次灌胃配方粉30min后颈椎脱臼处死,精确称取100mg肝脏,经生理盐水漂洗后用滤纸吸干,按照肝脏质量(mg):碱液体积(μl) =1:3。将肝脏和碱液一起加入试管中,沸水浴20min,流水冷却。煮沸前用保鲜膜将管口 扎好,防止水分蒸发,并在保鲜膜上扎一小孔,防止气体膨胀。加入双蒸水,将样本制成 1%肝糖原检测液后待测,见表3。

肝糖原含量见公式:
(1)、配方粉对小鼠体重的影响:从表4可以看出,灌胃一个月后空白组小鼠体重最大, 牡蛎匀浆组小鼠体重最小,但与各剂量组之间差距都很小,没有显著性差异。这是因为配方 中含有优质蛋白,脂肪含量较少,并不会导致肥胖,更不会抑制小鼠的正常生长。

(2)、配方粉对小鼠尿素氮含量的影响:表5可以看出连续灌胃30d后,各剂量组与小 鼠血清尿素氮含量的关系。与空白对照组相比,牡蛎匀浆组的血清尿素氮含量略低,但是没 有显著性差异。配方粉低、中、高三个剂量组的血清尿素氮含量都低于空白对照组,且随着 剂量的增加血清尿素氮含量也随时逐渐降低。其中低剂量组和中剂量组都显著低于空白对照 组(p<0.05),而高剂量组则极显著的低于空白对照组(p<0.01),同时与低剂量组和中剂量 组也都有极显著的差异(p<0.01)。

(3)、配方对小鼠肝糖原含量的影响:从表6可以看出,经过30d连续灌胃后,与空白对照组相比,牡蛎匀浆组小鼠肝糖原含量略有增加,但是没有显著性差异。灌胃配方粉低、 中、高各剂量组小鼠肝糖原含量均有极显著的增加(p<0.01)。中低剂量组的肝糖原含量比 低剂量组低,但是没有显著性差异。而高剂量组的肝糖原含量都极显著的大于中剂量组和低 剂量组(p<0.01),这说明在一定范围内,配方粉的剂量与小鼠肝糖原含量存在剂效关系。

从表1~表6中看出,配方高剂量组的小鼠体重、尿素氮含量、肝糖原含量测定结果具 有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。显示本发明配方食品可以有效小鼠体重、减脂手术负氮平衡, 可以满足肥胖、减脂手术所需要的能量,可迅速补充肥胖、减脂手术所需的微量营养素,短 肽通过与钙、铁、锌等的螯合更增加了矿物质元素的吸收率。
尽管结合优选实施方案具体展示和介绍了本发明,但所属领域的技术人员应该明白,在 不脱离所附权利要求书所限定的本发明的精神和范围内,在形式上和细节上对本发明做出各 种变化,均为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (8)
1.一种海洋短肽型全营养配方食品,其特征在于,包括如下质量百分数的组分:海洋活性短肽10~25%、碳水化合物30~50%、亚麻油10~20%、膳食纤维5~10%、复合维生素和矿物质3~10%、香精0.5~2%。

5.如权利要求1所述的一种海洋短肽型全营养配方食品,其特征在于:所述的亚麻油中,n-6多不饱和脂肪酸和n-3多不饱和脂肪酸的质量比为4~6:1。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种海洋短肽型全营养配方食品,其特征在于:所述的复合维生素和矿物质包括以下质量百分数的组分:维生素A 0.002%、维生素D 0.0001%、维生素E0.25%、维生素K1 0.00088%、维生素B1 0.03%、维生素B2 0.03%、维生素B6 0.035%、维生素B12 0.00002%、烟酸0.04%、叶酸0.005%、泛酸0.067%、维生素C 1.2%、生物素0.4%、钠30%、钾30.2%、铜0.0252%、镁9.1%、铁0.39%、锌0.195%、锰0.0072%、钙14%、磷14%、碘0.0032%、硒0.0014%。
