本发明公开了一种具有消毒作用的生活用纸的加工工艺,包括将聚酯纤维编织成薄纱,先放在有机抗菌剂中浸泡,再放在消毒药液中浸泡,将纸浆液喷在铺好薄纱片的成形网布上,依次经加热消毒系统、紫外灯光灭菌系统、表面处理系统和激光固化系统处理;将聚酯纤维与纸浆液结合,形成双层包覆融合结构,增强纸张的韧性和强度;聚酯纤维编织成的薄纱片在有机抗菌剂中浸泡过后,具有抗菌杀菌功能,可防感染和传染,在消毒药液中浸泡后,具有芳香化浊、抑菌杀菌作用,可防止微生物感染;将原纸依次经加热消毒系统、紫外灯光灭菌系统、表面处理系统和激光固化系统进行处理,保证了纸品的无菌性,增强了纸品表面的光洁度,提高纸品质量。

背景技术
生活用纸指为照顾个人居家,外出等所使用的各类卫生擦拭用纸,包括卷筒卫生纸、抽取式卫生纸、盒装面纸、袖珍面纸、纸手帕、餐巾纸、擦手纸、湿巾、厨房纸巾。生活用纸主要供人们生活日常卫生之用。所以在纸业同行用语通常叫生活用纸,是人民生活中不可或缺的纸种之一。它的形状有单张四方型的,这种叫方巾纸或面巾纸,也有卷成磙筒形状的,这种叫卷纸。它们通常由棉浆、木浆、草浆、废纸浆制造,质量好的卫生纸都是由原生木浆制成,它跟一般纸的制造流程差不多,只是要求制造成极薄极脆弱,这样的目的是当遇到水就会烂掉,达到环保的目的。
随着科技地创新和生活水平的提高,人们越来越重视健康,对生活用纸的卫生标准的要求也越来越高。目前市售的生活用纸在消毒灭菌方面效果不是很好,经常使用会影响人们的身体健康,有可能导致疾病。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有消毒作用的生活用纸的加工工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种具有消毒作用的生活用纸的加工工艺,包括如下具体步骤:
S1:将聚酯纤维在纺纱机上编织成薄纱,并根据成形网布的尺寸裁切成薄纱片,将薄纱片放在有机抗菌剂中浸泡4-6h,晾干后再放在消毒药液中浸泡1-2h,然后取出并将薄纱片平铺贴合在成形网布表面;
S2:取调和好的纸浆液,向其中加入0.3-0.7%改性壳聚糖湿强剂和0.03-0.07%的分散剂,搅拌均匀后,然后将纸浆液喷在铺好薄纱片的成形网布上形成初级纸幅层;
S3:将上述得到的初级纸幅层晾干后,翻面,剥离,铺在成形网布上,再向其背面喷洒一遍纸浆液,形成对薄纱片进行包覆的原纸,剥离后自然晾干;
S4:采用皮带传动原纸传输系统将原纸向前传输,先通过40-45℃的加热消毒系统中进行消毒,再通过紫外灯光灭菌系统中进行紫外杀菌,再经过表面处理系统中喷涂表面处理剂,最后进入激光固化系统中进行表面固化,得到成品纸;
S5:将上述得到的成品纸收集、分切、收卷、包装即可。
作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述机抗菌剂为季胺化物或脂肪酰胺。
作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述消毒药液为:白鲜皮提取物8-12份、百部提取物12-18份、千里光提取物10-15份、松萝提取物6-10份。
作为本发明一种优选的技术方案,所述改性壳聚糖湿强剂的制备如下:将壳聚糖加入到乙酸溶液中,升温至70-80℃,搅拌溶解,向其中加入马来酸酐和吡啶,搅拌反应1.5-2.5h,反应结束后,降温至45-55℃,向其中加入三乙胺,搅拌反应20-30min,干燥,即得。

本发明通过将聚酯纤维与纸浆液结合,形成双层包覆融合结构,增强纸张的韧性和强度;聚酯纤维编织成的薄纱片在有机抗菌剂中浸泡过后,对抗甲氧苯青霉素的黄色葡萄菌等,具有抗菌杀菌功能,可防感染和传染,在消毒药液中浸泡后,具有清热燥湿、芳香化浊、抑菌杀菌作用,可防止微生物感染,使用时具有清洁、舒适、保健作用,对皮肤无任何刺激性及副作用,气味芳香、抗菌效果好;将原纸依次经加热消毒系统、紫外灯光灭菌系统、表面处理系统和激光固化系统进行处理,保证了纸品的无菌性,通过激光固化进一步增强了纸品表面的光洁度,将聚酯纤维进行更好的封装,提高纸品质量。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明提供一种技术方案:一种具有消毒作用的生活用纸的加工工艺,包括如下具体步骤:
S1:将聚酯纤维在纺纱机上编织成薄纱,并根据成形网布的尺寸裁切成薄纱片,将薄纱片放在有机抗菌剂中浸泡4-6h,晾干后再放在消毒药液中浸泡1-2h,然后取出并将薄纱片平铺贴合在成形网布表面;
S2:取调和好的纸浆液,向其中加入0.3-0.7%改性壳聚糖湿强剂和0.03-0.07%的分散剂,搅拌均匀后,然后将纸浆液喷在铺好薄纱片的成形网布上形成初级纸幅层;
S3:将上述得到的初级纸幅层晾干后,翻面,剥离,铺在成形网布上,再向其背面喷洒一遍纸浆液,形成对薄纱片进行包覆的原纸,剥离后自然晾干;
S4:采用皮带传动原纸传输系统将原纸向前传输,先通过40-45℃的加热消毒系统中进行消毒,再通过紫外灯光灭菌系统中进行紫外杀菌,再经过表面处理系统中喷涂表面处理剂,最后进入激光固化系统中进行表面固化,得到成品纸;
S5:将上述得到的成品纸收集、分切、收卷、包装即可。
进一步的,所述机抗菌剂为季胺化物或脂肪酰胺。
进一步的,所述消毒药液为:白鲜皮提取物8-12份、百部提取物12-18份、千里光提取物10-15份、松萝提取物6-10份。
进一步的,所述改性壳聚糖湿强剂的制备如下:将壳聚糖加入到乙酸溶液中,升温至70-80℃,搅拌溶解,向其中加入马来酸酐和吡啶,搅拌反应1.5-2.5h,反应结束后,降温至45-55℃,向其中加入三乙胺,搅拌反应20-30min,干燥,即得。
进一步的,步骤S3中原纸自然晾干后,再向其表面喷洒一层消毒药液。
进一步的,步骤S4中皮带的传输速度为60-100m/min,调整紫外灯光灭菌系统的长度,保持纸带在其内部经过的时间为60-80s。
进一步的,所述加热消毒系统、紫外灯光灭菌系统、表面处理系统和激光固化系统为连续的生产线。

Claims (7)
1.一种具有消毒作用的生活用纸的加工工艺,其特征在于,包括如下具体步骤:
S1:将聚酯纤维在纺纱机上编织成薄纱,并根据成形网布的尺寸裁切成薄纱片,将薄纱片先放在有机抗菌剂中浸泡4-6h,晾干后再放在消毒药液中浸泡1-2h,然后取出并将薄纱片平铺贴合在成形网布表面;
S2:取调和好的纸浆液,向其中加入0.3-0.7%改性壳聚糖湿强剂和0.03-0.07%的分散剂,搅拌均匀后,然后将纸浆液喷在铺好薄纱片的成形网布上形成初级纸幅层;
S3:将上述得到的初级纸幅层晾干后,翻面,剥离,铺在成形网布上,再向其背面喷洒一遍纸浆液,形成对薄纱片进行包覆的原纸,剥离后自然晾干;
S4:采用皮带传动原纸传输系统将原纸向前传输,先通过40-45℃的加热消毒系统中进行消毒,再通过紫外灯光灭菌系统中进行紫外杀菌,再经过表面处理系统中喷涂表面处理剂,最后进入激光固化系统中进行表面固化,得到成品纸;
S5:将上述得到的成品纸收集、分切、收卷、包装即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有消毒作用的生活用纸的加工工艺,其特征在于,所述机抗菌剂为季胺化物或脂肪酰胺。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有消毒作用的生活用纸的加工工艺,其特征在于,所述消毒药液为:白鲜皮提取物8-12份、百部提取物12-18份、千里光提取物10-15份、松萝提取物6-10份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有消毒作用的生活用纸的加工工艺,其特征在于,所述改性壳聚糖湿强剂的制备如下:将壳聚糖加入到乙酸溶液中,升温至70-80℃,搅拌溶解,向其中加入马来酸酐和吡啶,搅拌反应1.5-2.5h,反应结束后,降温至45-55℃,向其中加入三乙胺,搅拌反应20-30min,干燥,即得。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有消毒作用的生活用纸的加工工艺,其特征在于,步骤S3中原纸自然晾干后,再向其表面喷洒一层消毒药液。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有消毒作用的生活用纸的加工工艺,其特征在于,步骤S4中皮带的传输速度为60-100m/min,调整紫外灯光灭菌系统的长度,保持纸带在其内部经过的时间为60-80s。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有消毒作用的生活用纸的加工工艺,其特征在于,所述加热消毒系统、紫外灯光灭菌系统、表面处理系统和激光固化系统为连续的生产线。
