本发明涉及纺织品技术领域,具体涉及一种天然除菌的复合纺织物。
背景技术
随着工业的迅速发展和人民生活水平的提高,抗菌问题越来越引起人们的重视。人们都有这样的体会,那就是纺织品一经着用,就会有汗、皮脂、污垢等代谢废物附着其上。而附着有这些污物的纺织品,由于微生物的关系,经过一定时间,就会出现纤维老化、色素附着之类的异常情况,从袜子和内衣发出恶臭气味。与此同时,纺织品自身的保湿性、透气性降低,吸湿性增加,着用时的感觉就不好了。在现实生活中,人们不可避免地要接触到各种各样的细菌、真菌等微生物。这些微生物在合适的环境条件下会迅速生长繁殖,并通过接触传播疾病、影响人们的身体健康。日常生活中,纺织品是这些微生物的良好生存之地,是疾病的重要传播源,所以纺织品的抗菌研究有着极其重要的意义。
开发抗菌纺织品离不开抗菌剂,各种抗菌剂在抑制有害微生物方面起着非常重要的作用,但目前抗菌产品在抗菌剂选择应用和母体纤维选择上存在一些问题。首先,许多抗菌产品都企图用一种抗菌剂达到广谱抗菌效果。一般来讲,一种抗菌剂的抗菌范围越广,其化学毒性就越大,对人体的危害性也就越强。其次,现行的抗菌产品大多是以彻底消灭细菌和真菌为目标,而不是控制它们的总量。在自然环境里,细菌和真菌也有着必不可少的作用。它们能把死亡的或人们废弃的物质降解回归自然,而完全无菌的世界将是可怕的,并最终导致人类的灭亡。
因此,业界人士需要开发出杀菌更安全的抗菌纺织品。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种天然除菌的复合纺织物,它安全杀菌,对微生物不会产生耐药性,纺织品舒适度好,且透气、排湿效果好。
为了解决背景技术所存在的问题,本发明是采用以下技术方案:它的生产工艺为:
(1)、制备天然纺织品:将纯棉、竹纤维分别制成经纱,蚕丝纤维条制成纬纱,然后将纯棉、天然麻纤维经纱和蚕丝纤维纬纱制成针织物。
(2)、制备抗菌防臭纺织品:将步骤(1)中制备完成的天然纺织品完全浸入制得的除菌整理液中,每10分钟搅拌一次,使天然纺织品与整理液能够充分接触,半小时后将处理好的纺织品取出;取出后,将纺织品平铺,用轧辊挤压出纺织品中多余的整理液,回收再次利用,用80—120℃的温度对纺织品进行烘干整理;将烘干后的纺织品在清水中清洗20分钟后取出烘干并整平定型,最后将纺织品收卷即得成品。

(2)、制备抗菌防臭纺织品:将步骤(1)中制备完成的天然纺织品完全浸入制得的除菌整理液中,每10分钟搅拌一次,使天然纺织品与整理液能够充分接触,半小时后将处理好的纺织品取出;取出后,将纺织品平铺,用轧辊挤压出纺织品中多余的整理液,回收再次利用,用80—120℃的温度对纺织品进行烘干整理;将烘干后的纺织品在清水中清洗20分钟后取出烘干并整平定型,最后将纺织品收卷即得成品。

1.一种天然除菌的复合纺织物,其特征在于它的生产工艺为:
(1)、制备天然纺织品:将纯棉、竹纤维分别制成经纱,蚕丝纤维条制成纬纱,然后将纯棉、天然麻纤维经纱和蚕丝纤维纬纱制成针织物;
(2)、制备抗菌防臭纺织品:将步骤(1)中制备完成的天然纺织品完全浸入制得的除菌整理液中,每10分钟搅拌一次,使天然纺织品与整理液能够充分接触,半小时后将处理好的纺织品取出;取出后,将纺织品平铺,用轧辊挤压出纺织品中多余的整理液,回收再次利用,用80—120℃的温度对纺织品进行烘干整理;将烘干后的纺织品在清水中清洗20分钟后取出烘干并整平定型,最后将纺织品收卷即得成品。
