Detailed Description
The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating embodiments of the invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a laundry treating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the laundry treating apparatus includes an outer tub 10, an inner tub 20, and an ultrasonic wave generating device 30 mounted on an inner wall of the outer tub 1 of the laundry treating apparatus. The ultrasonic generator 30 may include an ultrasonic generating circuit and an ultrasonic vibrating plate, and the ultrasonic vibrating plate has at least 1 ultrasonic vibrator. After the ultrasonic wave generating circuit is started, the ultrasonic wave generating circuit can drive the ultrasonic wave vibrator on the ultrasonic wave vibrating plate to generate ultrasonic waves which can be transmitted in water, and the ultrasonic waves can pre-dissolve the detergent by virtue of the cavitation effect of the ultrasonic waves in the water inlet stage, the washing stage and/or the rinsing stage of the clothes treatment device, and the stain cleaning effect and the detergent desorption effect of fibers are improved by virtue of the microscopic effect of the cavitation effect.
Fig. 2 is a control flowchart of a control method for a laundry treatment apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, a self-cleaning control method for a laundry treatment apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: step S100: controlling the laundry treating apparatus to perform a water inlet operation; step S200: controlling the laundry treating apparatus to perform a washing operation; and a step S300 of controlling the laundry treating apparatus to perform a rinsing operation. The method further comprises controlling the laundry treatment device to perform one or more of: controlling an ultrasonic wave generating device to emit ultrasonic waves during controlling the clothes treatment device to execute a water inlet operation, wherein the duration a of the ultrasonic wave generating device emitting the ultrasonic waves is shorter than the duration of the water inlet operation; controlling an ultrasonic wave generating device to emit ultrasonic waves during controlling the clothes treatment device to perform a washing operation, wherein the duration b of the ultrasonic wave generating device emitting the ultrasonic waves is less than the duration of the washing operation; during the control of the clothes treatment device to execute the rinsing operation, the ultrasonic wave generating device is controlled to emit ultrasonic waves, and the duration c of the ultrasonic wave generating device emitting the ultrasonic waves is shorter than the duration of the rinsing operation.
Specifically, the ultrasonic washing process may be divided into three parts. The first part is that the clothes treatment device enters a water inlet stage after being started. During the water inlet process, the water flow brings the detergent into the barrel, the detergent is dissolved in the water preferentially at the position of the bottom of the barrel, and the ultrasonic wave generating device mounted on the inner wall of the outer barrel (preferably mounted at the bottom of the outer barrel) is controlled to be started, the ultrasonic wave generating device can be turned on for a minutes, and the duration of the a minutes can be the time for starting the water inlet until the water level rises to contact with the clothes (for example, when the water level is detected to reach the inner barrel of the clothes treatment device). The partially started ultrasonic wave generating device can promote the dissolution of the detergent, so that the detergent is fully dissolved when contacting with the clothes, and meanwhile, the clothes are prevented from being damaged by ultrasonic waves.
The second part is the washing process. In the part, the ultrasonic wave generating device can be controlled to be started for b minutes after washing begins, so that the ultrasonic waves can be transmitted to clothes through the cavitation action of water flow, the energy of the cavitation action enables stains in clothes fibers to be removed, and therefore higher washing effect is obtained, and the value b is smaller than the whole washing time. For example, the b value may be determined according to a turbidity of the washing water during the washing process, which may indicate a degree of the laundry being washed with the soil. The b value may be determined from the start of the washing operation to the time when the turbidity of the washing water is stabilized. For example, the turbidity of the washing water can be monitored in real time, when the turbidity fluctuation of the washing water is smaller than a preset turbidity fluctuation value, the clothes washing process can be judged to be close to the end sound, and at the moment, the ultrasonic wave generating device can be turned off.
The third part is the rinsing process. In this section, the ultrasonic wave generating device may be controlled to be turned on for c minutes after the rinsing starts. After rinsing begins, ultrasonic waves are transmitted to clothes through cavitation of water flow, detergent combined with fibers is desorbed through the energy of the cavitation, accordingly, a higher rinsing effect is achieved, and the c value is smaller than the whole rinsing time. For example, the c value may be determined based on rinse water conductivity during the rinse process, which may be indicative of detergent concentration, conductivity stability, near end of the laundry rinse process. The c value may be determined from the start of the rinsing operation to when the conductivity of the rinse water is stabilized. For example, the turbidity of the washing water can be monitored in real time, and when the conductivity fluctuation of the rinsing water is smaller than the preset conductivity value, the rinsing process of the clothes can be judged to be close to the end sound, and at the moment, the ultrasonic wave generating device can be turned off.
In the embodiment of the present invention, a, b, and c representing the time may be different according to the model of the laundry treatment apparatus, and may be set by those skilled in the art according to actual needs.
Optionally, during the water feeding operation, the washing operation and the rinsing operation, the power of the ultrasonic wave emitted by the ultrasonic wave generating device is reduced in sequence. For example, the power of the ultrasonic waves emitted from the ultrasonic wave generating device can be controlled to be maximum during the water inlet operation because the water level does not contact the clothes, the ultrasonic waves do not contact the clothes, and the clothes are not damaged. The power of the ultrasonic wave emitted by the ultrasonic wave generating device can be controlled to be second highest during the washing operation, and the power of the ultrasonic wave emitted by the ultrasonic wave generating device can be controlled to be minimum during the washing operation, so that the damage to the clothes can be reduced.
An embodiment of the present invention also provides a control apparatus for a laundry treating device, the self-cleaning control apparatus including: a controller to perform the following operations: step S100: controlling the laundry treating apparatus to perform a water inlet operation; step S200: controlling the laundry treating apparatus to perform a washing operation; and a step S300 of controlling the laundry treatment apparatus to perform a rinsing operation, the controller being further configured to control the laundry treatment apparatus to perform one or more of: controlling an ultrasonic wave generating device to emit ultrasonic waves during controlling the clothes treatment device to execute a water inlet operation, wherein the duration a of the ultrasonic wave generating device emitting the ultrasonic waves is shorter than the duration of the water inlet operation; controlling an ultrasonic wave generating device to emit ultrasonic waves during controlling the clothes treatment device to perform a washing operation, wherein the duration b of the ultrasonic wave generating device emitting the ultrasonic waves is less than the duration of the washing operation; during the control of the clothes treatment device to execute the rinsing operation, the ultrasonic wave generating device is controlled to emit ultrasonic waves, and the duration c of the ultrasonic wave generating device emitting the ultrasonic waves is shorter than the duration of the rinsing operation.
The laundry treating apparatus may be a laundry treating apparatus known in the art, such as a pulsator type washing machine, a drum type washing machine, a pulsator type washing machine, a jet type washing machine, a dual power type washing machine, a slant tub type washing machine, a top-loading type washing machine, and the like.
