Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to like or similar elements or elements having like or similar functions throughout. The embodiments described below by referring to the drawings are illustrative and intended to explain the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the invention.
A control method of a laundry treating apparatus, a control device of a laundry treating apparatus, and a laundry treating apparatus according to embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a control method of a laundry treating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, the method including the steps of:
step 110, controlling the laundry treating apparatus to feed water to a preset first water level in an empty tub state.
At the final stage of the tub cleaning process, after the water flows of the inner tub and the outer tub are flushed in the previous stage of the laundry treating apparatus, the water inlet valve is opened to control the laundry treating apparatus to inlet water to a preset first water level. The preset first water level may be a high water level or a low water level.
As one possible implementation, the laundry treating apparatus includes pulsator washing machine, drum washing machine, and washing and drying integrated machine.
Step 120, heating water in the laundry treating apparatus to a preset first temperature.
Starting a heating device to heat the water quantity of the first water level in the inner barrel to a preset first temperature, and heating the water quantity of the first water level to a high temperature in order to kill bacteria attached in the inner barrel and the outer barrel to the maximum extent. As a possible implementation the first temperature is greater than 85 degrees celsius.
And 130, controlling water in the clothes treating apparatus to wash the inner tub and the outer tub.
When the water of the first water level in the inner barrel is heated to the first temperature, the heating device is controlled to be closed, the heating of the water in the inner barrel is stopped, and the inner barrel is controlled to rotate, so that the heated water flow can wash the inner barrel and the outer barrel.
As a possible implementation manner, the clothes treatment device is a pulsator washing machine, and after the heating device is controlled to be closed, the pulsator is controlled to rotate, or the pulsator and the inner barrel are controlled to rotate simultaneously, so that water flow is driven to wash the inner barrel and the outer barrel of the pulsator washing machine.
As another possible implementation manner, the clothes treating apparatus is a drum washing machine, and after the heating apparatus is controlled to be turned off, the motor is controlled to rotate to drive the inner tub of the drum washing machine to rotate so as to generate water flow to wash the inner tub and the outer tub of the drum washing machine.
It should be noted that, when the water of the first water level in the inner tub is heated to the first temperature, the water in the clothes treating apparatus is controlled to flush the inner tub and the outer tub, and the heating apparatus is controlled to heat the water flowing in the inner tub and the outer tub while flushing the water, so as to ensure that the water temperature in the clothes treating apparatus is always kept at a high temperature.
And 140, draining the water in the laundry treating device so that the laundry treating device is in a state of empty tub.
After the inner barrel and the outer barrel are sterilized at high temperature, the drain valve is opened, and the water flow after the high-temperature sterilization is discharged out of the clothes treatment device, so that the clothes treatment device is in an empty barrel state.
In summary, according to the control method of the laundry treating apparatus of the embodiment of the present invention, the laundry treating apparatus is controlled to feed water to a preset first water level in an empty tub state, the water in the laundry treating apparatus is heated to a preset first temperature, the water in the laundry treating apparatus is controlled to wash the inner tub and the outer tub, and the water in the laundry treating apparatus is discharged to make the laundry treating apparatus in an empty tub state. Therefore, the control method heats water in the clothes treatment device after water is fed, and then washes the inner barrel and the outer barrel, so that the inner barrel and the outer barrel of the clothes treatment device can be sterilized at high temperature, and the cleaning effect of the inner barrel and the outer barrel is improved.
On the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 1, as a possible implementation manner, the first water level is a low water level or a medium water level, and the embodiment of the present invention provides another control method of the laundry treating apparatus, as shown in fig. 2, including the following steps:
step 210, controlling the laundry treating apparatus to feed water to a preset first water level in an empty tub state.
Wherein the first water level is one of a low water level, a medium water level or a medium and low water level.
The specific implementation of this step is the same as the specific implementation of step 110 in the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and will not be repeated here.
Step 220, heating water in the laundry treating apparatus to a preset first temperature.
As a possible implementation manner, in the process of controlling the water inlet valve to open and controlling the water inlet of the clothes treatment device, the heating device is started to heat the water in the clothes treatment device, so that the heating time for heating to the first temperature is saved.
As another possible implementation manner, when the water level of the inner tub of the laundry treating device reaches the first water level, the water inlet valve is controlled to be closed, water inlet to the laundry treating device is stopped, the heating device is started, and the water amount of the first water level in the inner tub is heated to a preset first temperature.
In order to maximize the killing of bacteria adhering to the inner tub and the outer tub, the water of the first water level is heated to a high temperature. As a possible implementation the first temperature is greater than 85 degrees celsius.
It should be noted that, after the water in the laundry treating apparatus is heated to the preset first temperature, the water flow of the water in the laundry treating apparatus may be controlled to flush the inner tub and the outer tub, for example: the heated water is stirred or rotated, etc., and is not particularly limited herein.
Step 230, controlling the laundry treating apparatus to feed water to a preset second water level.
Wherein the second water level is greater than the first water level.
In order to save heating time, the clothes treatment device is controlled to feed water to a medium water level or a low water level in an empty barrel state, then water at a first water level is heated to a preset first temperature (more than 85 ℃), and the inner barrel and the outer barrel are flushed by the water at the first water level heated to a high temperature so as to realize high-temperature sterilization. However, the water level is low, which may cause incomplete flushing, so that the laundry treatment apparatus may be controlled to replenish water to a preset second water level (high water level) after high-temperature flushing.
Step 240, controlling water in the laundry treating apparatus to wash the inner tub and the outer tub.
After the water is supplied to the high water level by the clothes treatment device, the water in the clothes treatment device is controlled to wash the inner barrel and the outer barrel, so that high-temperature sterilization can be realized, and meanwhile, electric energy is saved.
Specific embodiments of flushing the inner and outer barrels, see step 130 in the example of fig. 1, which will not be described in detail herein.
Step 250, draining the water in the laundry treating device to leave the laundry treating device in an empty tub state.
After the inner barrel and the outer barrel are sterilized at high temperature, the drain valve is opened, and the water flow after the high-temperature sterilization is discharged out of the clothes treatment device, so that the clothes treatment device is in an empty barrel state.
And 260, performing a barrel drying procedure to spin off the water remained in the inner barrel and the outer barrel.
After the water flow flushed by high-temperature sterilization is discharged, a barrel drying program is operated to dry the inner barrel and the outer barrel flushed by the water flow, and residual moisture in the inner barrel and the outer barrel is spin-dried, so that bacteria breeding caused by the residual water is avoided.
In summary, according to the control method of the laundry treatment apparatus of the embodiment of the present invention, the laundry treatment apparatus is controlled to be fed to a preset first water level in an empty tub state, water in the laundry treatment apparatus is heated to a preset first temperature, the laundry treatment apparatus is controlled to be fed to a preset second water level, water in the laundry treatment apparatus is controlled to wash the inner tub and the outer tub, water in the laundry treatment apparatus is discharged to make the laundry treatment apparatus be in an empty tub state, a tub drying process is performed, and water remaining in the inner tub and the outer tub is spin-dried. Therefore, the control method can realize high-temperature sterilization and save electric energy.
Based on the control method of the laundry treating apparatus shown in fig. 1 and 2, as a possible implementation manner, before controlling the laundry treating apparatus to feed water to a preset first water level in an empty tub state, the method may further include the following steps, as shown in fig. 3:
step 310, controlling the laundry treating apparatus to feed water to a preset third water level in an empty tub state.
The preset third water level may be a high water level, as a possible implementation, the third water level is the same water level as the second water level.
After receiving the barrel cleaning program selected by the user, opening a water inlet valve to control the clothes treatment device to enter water to a preset third water level.
Step 320, heating water in the laundry treating apparatus to a preset second temperature.
As a possible implementation manner, in the process of controlling the water inlet valve to open and controlling the water inlet of the clothes treatment device, the heating device is started to heat the water in the clothes treatment device, so that the heating time for heating to the second temperature is saved.
As another possible implementation manner, when the water level of the inner tub of the laundry treating device reaches the third water level, the water inlet valve is controlled to be closed, water inlet to the laundry treating device is stopped, the heating device is started, and the water amount of the third water level in the inner tub is heated to a preset second temperature.
In order to better dissolve the detergent added in the tub cleaning process, the water of the third water level is heated to a low temperature. As a possible implementation the second temperature is less than 40 degrees celsius.
And 330, controlling the throwing device to throw the cleaning agent into the inner barrel.
In order to better clean the inner barrel and the outer barrel, the throwing device is controlled to throw the cleaning agent when the barrel cleaning program is executed; if the clothes treating apparatus has no throwing apparatus, the user can be reminded to manually throw the cleaning agent into the inner barrel.
Note that, the timing of adding the cleaning agent may be before the water enters the third water level, or may be after the water is heated to the second temperature, and the timing of adding the cleaning agent is not particularly limited in this embodiment.
Step 340, standing for a preset time.
After the detergent is put in, the clothes treatment device is controlled to be in a static state, and the detergent fully decomposes the attached dirt through static state. As a possible implementation, the preset time may be 1 hour.
Step 350, controlling water in the laundry treating apparatus to wash the inner tub and the outer tub.
Specific embodiments of flushing the inner and outer barrels, see step 130 in the example of fig. 1, which will not be described in detail herein.
Step 360, draining the water in the laundry treating device to leave the laundry treating device in an empty tub state.
After the inner barrel and the outer barrel are cleaned, the drain valve is opened, and water flow after the barrel cleaning is discharged out of the clothes treatment device, so that the clothes treatment device is in an empty barrel state.
In summary, according to the control method of the laundry treatment apparatus of the embodiment of the present invention, the laundry treatment apparatus is controlled to feed water to a preset third water level in an empty tub state, the water in the laundry treatment apparatus is heated to a preset second temperature, and the detergent is controlled to be fed into the inner tub by the feeding apparatus; standing for a preset time; controlling water in the clothes treating apparatus to wash the inner tub and the outer tub; draining the water from the laundry treating device leaves the laundry treating device in an empty tub state. Therefore, the control method can enable the cleaning agent to fully decompose the attached dirt through standing for a preset time, and the sewage is discharged after the inner barrel and the outer barrel are flushed by running the water flow of the cleaning barrel.
Based on the embodiment shown in fig. 3, in order to clean the dirt in the inner tub and the outer tub to the maximum extent, the following steps may be further included after step 360, as shown in fig. 4:
step 410, controlling the laundry treating apparatus to feed water to a preset fourth water level in an empty tub state.
The preset fourth water level may be a high water level, and as a possible implementation, the fourth water level is the same as the third water level.
Step 420, controlling water in the laundry treating apparatus to wash the inner tub and the outer tub.
Specific embodiments of flushing the inner and outer barrels, see step 350 in the example of fig. 3, which will not be described again.
At step 430, water in the laundry treating apparatus is drained such that the laundry treating apparatus is in a state of empty tub.
After the inner barrel and the outer barrel are cleaned, the drain valve is opened, and water flow after the barrel cleaning is discharged out of the clothes treatment device, so that the clothes treatment device is in an empty barrel state.
In summary, according to the control method of the laundry treatment apparatus of the embodiment of the present invention, water is controlled to enter the laundry treatment apparatus to a second predetermined water level, then the water in the laundry treatment apparatus is heated to a second temperature, then a detergent is put into the inner tub, and the laundry treatment apparatus is left for a predetermined time to fully decompose the attached dirt, and then the water in the laundry treatment apparatus is controlled to flush the inner tub and the outer tub and then the water in the laundry treatment apparatus is discharged; then, a set of water inlet-flushing-draining processes are operated to clean the inner barrel and the outer barrel, and residual sewage and cleaning agent are taken away.
In a specific example, when a user-selected tub cleaning program is received, the laundry treatment device is controlled to be filled with water to a high water level, the water in the laundry treatment device is heated to 40 ℃, the cleaning agent is thrown into the inner tub by the throwing device, the laundry treatment device is kept stand for 1 hour, the cleaning agent is enabled to fully decompose attached dirt, and then the water in the laundry treatment device is controlled to be discharged after the inner tub and the outer tub are flushed. Then, a set of water inlet-flushing-draining processes are operated to clean the inner barrel and the outer barrel, and residual sewage and cleaning agent are taken away. Finally, controlling the water inlet of the clothes treatment device to the low water level, controlling the clothes treatment device to heat the water with the low water level to a high temperature, controlling the heated high temperature water to sterilize the inner barrel and the outer barrel at a high temperature, controlling the water supplementing of the clothes treatment device to the high water level, controlling the water with the high water level to wash the inner barrel and the outer barrel of the clothes treatment device, and discharging the water in the clothes treatment device after washing for a certain time. Therefore, the inner barrel and the outer barrel are thoroughly cleaned, and the cleaning effect of the inner barrel and the outer barrel is improved.
