Detailed Description
In order to make the embodiments, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some, but not all embodiments of the present invention. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are only for explaining the technical principle of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
Referring first to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a main flowchart of a steam washing control method of a washing machine of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the steam washing control method of the washing machine of the present invention comprises the steps of: s110, after the clothes are put into the washing barrel, steam is injected into the washing barrel; s120, executing a preset steam sterilization program; and S130, after the steam sterilization program is finished, entering a preset clothes washing program. In this way, since the laundry is not yet soaked in water immediately after being put into the washing tub, the effect of steam washing the laundry to kill mites, bacteria, etc. on the laundry is more obvious in this case, and the sterilization effect can be maximally improved. The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to specific embodiments.
In a specific embodiment, in step S110, after the laundry is put into the washing tub, the steam generation module of the washing machine is operated; injecting steam generated by a steam generation module into the washing tub. The known steam generating modules can be flexibly selected with respect to the steam generating module, for example, 800-1000W steam generating modules are selected, and the working principle of the steam generating module is not described in detail herein. The size of the steam generation module can be changed by a person skilled in the art according to actual needs, and compared with the existing mode of heating the washing water in the washing tub to generate high-temperature steam, the electric energy consumed by the steam generation module is lower, so that the electric energy is greatly saved.
Preferably, before performing the step S120, the steam washing control method of the washing machine of the present invention further includes the steps of: the steam temperature in the washing tub is detected, and when the steam temperature reaches a preset temperature, the step S120 is performed. Specifically, the preset temperature may be any temperature between 60 and 100 degrees celsius, and the inventor has verified through a large number of experiments that the maximum sterilization performance can be exerted by performing the step S120 when the temperature of the steam in the washing tub reaches 60 degrees celsius or 70 degrees celsius, and the sterilization rate reaches 99 percent.
Further, before performing step S120, the washing machine steam washing control method of the present invention may further include the steps of: the operation time of the steam generation module is detected, and when the operation time of the steam generation module reaches a preset time, the step S120 is performed. As described above, since the step S120 is performed when the temperature of the steam in the washing tub reaches 60 ℃ or 70 ℃ to exhibit the maximum sterilization performance, it is possible for those skilled in the art to determine the temperature of the steam in the washing tub by the operation time of the steam generation module, and thus the timing of performing the step S120 can be determined according to the operation time of the steam generation module. As an example, the preset time may be any time between 150 seconds and 210 seconds, or the preset time may be 180 seconds, and a person skilled in the art may reasonably set the operation time of the steam generation module according to actual conditions to achieve the optimal sterilization effect.
In a specific embodiment, in step S120, the preset steam sterilization process includes: s210, controlling the washing barrel to rotate for a first set time; s220, after the washing barrel rotates for a first set time, stopping the washing barrel and controlling the impeller of the washing machine to rotate for a second set time; and S230, after the impeller of the washing machine rotates for a second set time, repeating the steps S210 and S220 again for n times. As an example, the first set time may be any time between 45 seconds and 55 seconds, the second set time may be any time between 5 seconds and 15 seconds, and n may be any integer between 8 and 12. Preferably, the first set time is 50 seconds, the second set time is 10 seconds, and n is 10 times.
Specifically, when step S120 is performed, the washing tub is first rotated (corresponding to centrifugal washing of the washing machine) for 50 seconds, the contact surface between the laundry in the washing tub and the steam is changed, and the laundry in the washing tub adheres to the inner wall of the washing tub due to centrifugal force during the rotation of the washing tub. After the rotation of the washing barrel is finished, the clothes fall onto the impeller of the washing machine from the inner wall of the washing barrel under the action of gravity, and then the impeller of the washing machine is rotated for 10 seconds to be matched with the impeller of the washing machine for stirring and shaking the clothes, so that the clothes are fully sterilized in a high-temperature environment. And after the impeller rotates for 10 seconds, controlling the washing barrel to centrifugally wash for 50 seconds again, then rotating the impeller for 10 seconds again, circularly operating for 10 times, and finishing the steam sterilization program after operating for 10 minutes in total.
It should be noted that the steam generator continues to generate steam while the preset steam sterilization process is performed. Those skilled in the art can flexibly set the time of centrifugal washing, the time of impeller stirring, and the number of times of repeating centrifugal washing and impeller stirring in the steam sterilization process according to actual conditions.
In step S130, the preset laundry washing course may be understood as a washing course selected by the user while the laundry washing is performed. In other words, the steam washing control method of the washing machine according to the present invention may be understood as performing a steam sterilization operation before performing a formal washing of the laundry, and performing a steam sterilization of the laundry before entering a preset laundry washing process. As an example, in general, the preset laundry washing program sequentially includes, in accordance with the operation sequence of the washing machine: a washing process, a rinsing process, and a dehydrating process. The preset laundry washing program can also be flexibly set, for example, the steam sterilization program of step S120 can be added after the washing program is finished and before the rinsing program is started; the steam sterilization process of step S120 may be added after the rinsing process and before the dehydrating process; the steam sterilization process of step S120 may be added after the dehydration process, and these may be custom set by the user.
The invention also provides a washing machine, which comprises a steam generation module and a control module. The steam generating module is used for generating steam to be supplied into a washing barrel of the washing machine, and the control module is used for executing the washing control method of the washing machine steam. For the specific washing machine steam washing control method, see above, no further description is provided herein. The washing machine of the present invention is preferably a pulsator washing machine.
In conclusion, when the steam sterilization program is executed, the washing barrel and the impeller are rotated in a time-sharing manner, so that clothes can be shaken up and down by being matched with the impeller for stirring under the condition of being fully contacted with steam, the steam sterilization effect is improved to the maximum extent, and the use experience of a user is further improved. In addition, the invention does not need to heat the washing water in the washing barrel to generate steam, has lower energy consumption, further reduces the cost and is convenient for popularization and promotion
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is apparent to those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
