FIG. 2 is a flow chart of another washing method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention.
The technical scheme of the invention is further explained by the specific implementation mode in combination with the attached drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, the present invention provides a washing method which specifically includes two steps of steam washing and heat washing, and the heat washing is performed after the steam washing. Before the heating washing, a turbidity value of the washing water is detected, and then a washing temperature and a washing time of the heating washing are adjusted according to the turbidity value. Specifically, steam generated by a steam generator is used for steam washing, and a turbidity value of washing water is detected by a turbidity detector.
According to the invention, after steam washing, the turbidity value of the washing water is detected, and the washing temperature and the washing time of subsequent heating washing are adjusted, so that the matching of the heating washing and the steam washing is more targeted on the basis of the steam washing, and the steam washing effect is fully exerted.
The washing method proposed by the present invention will be described in detail below.
The washing method sequentially comprises a prewashing stage, a main washing stage and a rinsing stage, wherein the main washing stage specifically comprises the following steps:
step one, water inlet operation.
In this step, after the dishes to be washed are placed in the dishwasher, the main valve of the dishwasher is opened to fill washing water into the dishwasher, thereby preventing dry burning of the steam generator and the heating device during subsequent steam washing and heating washing.
Step two, washing with a detergent.
In this step, the washing pump in the dishwasher is operated, the steam generator is not operated, and detergent is put into the dishwasher. Before the heating device works, the detergent is put into the heating device, so that the detergent is fully dissolved in the cleaning water, and the subsequent cleaning effect is improved.
Step three, preheating and washing.
In this step, the washing pump is operated, the steam generator is not operated, and the washing water is primarily heated.
Step four, steam washing.
In this step, the washing pump is stopped, the steam generator is operated, and steam is generated to wash the dishes to be washed.
And step five, detecting the turbidity value of the cleaning water, and adjusting the cleaning temperature and the cleaning time of the heating cleaning according to the turbidity value.
In this step, the turbidity value of the washing water is detected by a turbidity detecting instrument, and the washing temperature and the washing time of the subsequent heating washing are adjusted based on the turbidity value.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, three turbidity values A, B and C are preset, and a < B < C, four washing temperatures D1, D2, D3, and D4 are preset, and D1 < D2 < D3 < D4, four washing times T1, T2, T3, and T4 are preset, and T1 < T2 < T3 < T4. When the turbidity value is detected to be not more than A, the cleaning temperature of the subsequent heating washing is set to be D1 and the cleaning time is set to be T1, when the turbidity value is detected to be more than A and not more than B, the cleaning temperature of the subsequent heating washing is set to be D2 and the cleaning time is set to be T2, when the turbidity value is detected to be more than B and not more than C, the cleaning temperature of the subsequent heating washing is set to be D3 and the cleaning time is set to be T3, and when the turbidity value is detected to be more than C, the cleaning temperature of the subsequent heating washing is set to be D4 and the cleaning time is set to be T4. The turbidity values may be set to any number other than three.
And step six, heating and washing.
In this step, the steam generator stops operating, the washing pump operates, and the washing water is heated.
And step seven, detecting the turbidity value of the cleaning water, and adjusting the number of times of circulating washing according to the turbidity value.
In this step, whether to perform the following cycle washing and the number of cycle washing are determined according to the turbidity value. Each of the circulation washes includes a steam wash and a heating wash which are sequentially performed, and a turbidity value of the washing water is detected before the heating wash, and a washing temperature and a washing time of the heating wash are adjusted according to the turbidity value.
Specifically, if the turbidity value detected at this time is not higher than the preset value, the water discharge operation is performed after the heating washing, and then the rinsing stage is performed. And if the turbidity value is higher than the preset value, adjusting the frequency of subsequent circulating washing according to the specific turbidity value, and performing circulating washing once or more times after heating washing, wherein the specific circulating washing frequency is determined by the turbidity value detected after the first heating washing.
In the present embodiment, three turbidity values a, b and C are preset, and a < b < C, when it is detected that the turbidity value is not more than a, the water discharge operation is performed after the heating washing, and then the rinsing stage is entered, when it is detected that the turbidity value is more than a and not more than b, the X-time circulation washing is performed after the heating washing, then the water discharge operation is performed again and the rinsing stage is entered, when it is detected that the turbidity value is more than b and not more than C, the Y-time circulation washing is performed after the heating washing, then the water discharge operation is performed again and the rinsing stage is entered, when it is detected that the turbidity value is more than C, the Z-time circulation washing is performed after the heating washing, and then the water discharge operation is performed again and the rinsing stage is entered, where X < Y < C. The turbidity values may be set to any number other than three.
As shown in FIG. 2, in addition to the above-described determination of the number of times of the circulating washing based on the turbidity value detected after the first heating washing, it can also be determined based on the difference between the turbidity values detected after the adjacent two heating washes. At this time, if the difference is smaller than the set value, the cycle washing cycle is finished, the drainage operation is performed after the heating washing and the rinsing stage is entered, and if the difference is not smaller than the set value, the next cycle washing is performed. For example, the turbidity value detected after the previous heating and washing is Z1, the turbidity value detected after the current heating and washing is Z2, and it is determined whether Z2 to Z1 are smaller than a set value, if so, the cycle washing is ended after the current heating and washing, and if not, the steam washing is started again after the current cycle washing.
And step eight, circularly washing.
Each of the circulation washes includes a steam wash and a heating wash which are sequentially performed, and a turbidity value of the washing water is detected before the heating wash, and a washing temperature and a washing time of the heating wash are adjusted according to the turbidity value.
And step nine, draining water.
The washing operation is completed and the washing water is drained out of the dishwasher and then enters the rinsing stage.
The invention also provides a dishwasher, and the washing program of the dishwasher comprises the washing method.
In the dishwasher, after steam washing, the turbidity value of the washing water is detected, and the washing temperature and the washing time of subsequent heating washing are adjusted, so that the matching of the heating washing and the steam washing is more targeted on the basis of the steam washing, and the steam washing effect is fully exerted.
It should be understood that the above-described embodiments of the present invention are merely examples for clearly illustrating the present invention and are not intended to limit the embodiments of the present invention. Other variations and modifications will be apparent to persons skilled in the art in light of the above description. And are neither required nor exhaustive of all embodiments. Any modification, equivalent replacement, and improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the claims of the present invention.
