FIG. 2 is a flow chart of an embodiment of the method for sterilizing laundry in a drum washing machine according to the present invention.
Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are only for explaining the technical principle of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that in the description of the present invention, the terms of direction or positional relationship indicated by the terms "middle", "upper", "vertical", "inner", "outer", etc. are based on the directions or positional relationships shown in the drawings, which are only for convenience of description, and do not indicate or imply that the device or element must have a specific orientation, be constructed and operated in a specific orientation, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
Furthermore, it should be noted that, in the description of the present invention, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "disposed" and "connected" are to be interpreted broadly, and may be, for example, fixedly connected, detachably connected, or integrally connected; can be mechanically or electrically connected; they may be connected directly or indirectly through intervening media, or they may be interconnected between two elements. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those skilled in the art according to specific situations.
Based on the problem that the prior drum washing machine does not have the drying function and can not effectively disinfect and sterilize the clothes, the invention provides a clothes disinfecting and sterilizing method of the drum washing machine and the drum washing machine, aiming at ensuring that the drum washing machine can disinfect and sterilize the clothes by designing the control logic of the invention on the basis of not changing the original structure of the drum washing machine as much as possible, thereby effectively helping the user to defend virus and bacteria, and in the process of sterilizing the clothes, the water level is lower than the lowest point of the inner drum, so that the water in the outer cylinder can not wet the clothes, the clothes are always disinfected and sterilized by the action of the water vapor, therefore, the clothes can be dried quickly by a user after the clothes are treated, and the phenomenon that the user wastes too much time when repeatedly disinfecting and sterilizing the clothes is avoided.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the drum washing machine of the present invention includes a controller 1, an outer tub 2 and an inner tub 3 rotatably disposed in the outer tub 2, a heating element 4 capable of heating water in the outer tub 2 is disposed at the bottom of the outer tub 2, the controller 1 is configured to be capable of performing the sterilization method of the present invention, the heating element 4 may be an electric heating pipe or an electric heating wire, etc., a person skilled in the art may flexibly set the specific structure of the heating element 4 in practical application, the heating element 4 is connected with the controller 1, and the controller 1 controls the start, stop and power adjustment of the heating element 4. The clothes disinfection and sterilization method comprises the following steps: injecting water into the outer cylinder 2 to a set water level (the water level can be indirectly judged by the gas pressure of the air chamber at the bottom of the outer cylinder 2, the water level in the outer cylinder 2 can be directly detected by a water level sensor, or the water level in the outer cylinder 2 can be judged by collecting images by an image sensor, and a specific mode for judging the water level in the outer cylinder 2 can be flexibly set by a person skilled in the art in practical application); heating the water in the outer tub 2 until the temperature in the outer tub 2 reaches a target temperature (whether the temperature in the outer tub 2 reaches the target temperature can be directly judged by detecting the temperature of the gas in the outer tub 2, or whether the temperature in the outer tub 2 reaches the target temperature can be indirectly judged by detecting the temperature of the inner wall of the outer tub 2); keeping the temperature in the outer tub 2 within a set temperature range for a set time to sterilize the laundry in the inner tub 3; wherein the target temperature is higher than the lowest temperature value in the set temperature range and lower than the highest temperature value in the set temperature range, and the target temperature is set to prevent viruses and bacteria from surviving for a long time at the temperature, and the set water level is lower than the lowest point of the inner barrel 3. In the above, by heating the water in the outer tub 2 so that the water is heated to the steam, the outer tub 2 is filled with the steam to achieve the temperature increase in the outer tub 2. It should be noted that the above-mentioned "making the viruses and bacteria unable to survive for a long time at this temperature" does not mean that the temperature is selected to kill all known and unknown viruses and bacteria, which is an ideal condition, and in the actual implementation, the meaning of the above expression is met as long as most known viruses and bacteria can be killed, and therefore, the present invention is also within the protection scope. In addition, sterilization by high temperature requires a process which varies in time length depending on the kind of virus and bacteria, and therefore, the "long time" in the present invention does not require the duration of time to be long enough to kill all known and unknown viruses and bacteria, which is an ideal state, and in the actual implementation, most known viruses and bacteria can be killed after the duration of time, which is in accordance with the above-mentioned meaning, and thus will fall within the scope of the present invention. For example, when the virus on the laundry is killed completely at a high temperature of 56 degrees celsius for 30 minutes, the target temperature may be set to 56 degrees celsius and the set time may be set to 30 minutes, and those skilled in the art may flexibly set the target temperature and the set time according to the type of virus and/or bacteria killed and the type of material of the laundry. In addition, the setting temperature range can be flexibly set, and still taking the target temperature as 56 degrees celsius as an example, the setting temperature range can be 55 to 57 degrees celsius, that is, the setting of the setting temperature range allows small fluctuation within a range of ± 1 degree celsius with respect to the target temperature, so that the temperature in the outer tub 2 can be always maintained within an effective temperature range for sufficiently killing viruses. Through repeated tests, comparison and analysis by the inventor, most of bacteria and viruses can be eliminated by setting the target temperature to 56 ℃ and the setting time to 30 minutes, and most of clothes made of materials are not deformed (for example, shrinkage deformation), of course, the target temperature can be set to be higher than 56 ℃, and the setting time can be set to be lower than 30 minutes. It should be noted that the values of the target temperature, the setting time, and the setting temperature range are exemplary and do not limit the present invention.
The drum washing machine of the present invention can realize the disinfection and sterilization of the clothes by designing the control logic, compared with the traditional drum washing machine, the drum washing machine of the present invention can directly put the clothes into the inner drum 3 for disinfection and sterilization when the user wants to disinfect and sterilize the clothes, which saves time, the traditional drum washing machine can realize the complete washing of the clothes after a series of complex operation flows such as heating washing and dehydration, the drum washing machine of the present invention is particularly suitable for the situation that the clothes need to be disinfected and sterilized frequently, the user needs to disinfect and sterilize the clothes every day and even after going home every time, at this time, the user does not need a lot of time to carry out complex washing (such as heating washing and dehydration) of the clothes frequently, the pain point on the time can be fully responded through the control logic of the present invention, and the actual use requirements of users are met. Compared with a drum washing and drying integrated machine, the drum washing machine provided by the invention can realize disinfection and sterilization of clothes without a complex air duct structure and a heat pump type or condensation type drying device, and meets the actual use requirements of users.
Preferably, simultaneously with or before the step of "filling the water into the outer tub 2 to the set water level", the laundry sterilizing method of the present invention further comprises: the inner tub 3 is rotated to shake up the laundry. Among them, it is preferable that the laundry is shaken by the reverse rotation (i.e., counterclockwise rotation) of the inner tub 3, thereby improving the shaking effect of the laundry. In addition, the operation of water injection and shaking-out of the clothes can be carried out simultaneously, or the operation of water injection can be carried out after shaking-out of the clothes.
In one possible case, the step of "injecting water into the outer tub 2" comprises in particular: water is intermittently injected into the outer cylinder 2. Of course, it is also possible to fill the outer cylinder 2 with water in a continuous manner.
Preferably, the step of "keeping the temperature in the outer tub 2 within the set temperature range" specifically includes: acquiring the temperature of the gas in the outer cylinder 2; if the gas temperature in the tub 2 is higher than the target temperature, the heating power of the heating element 4 is reduced; if the temperature of the gas in the tub 2 is lower than the target temperature, the heating power of the heating element 4 is increased. By such a heating power adjustment manner, it can be ensured that the temperature in the outer tub 2 does not deviate too much from the target temperature, i.e., fluctuates slightly in the vicinity of the target temperature, thereby ensuring the sterilizing effect on the laundry. Wherein, can acquire the gas temperature in urceolus 2 through gas temperature sensor, this gas temperature sensor can be connected on urceolus 2 and with controller 1 connection, and gas temperature sensor can transmit the gas temperature who detects to controller 1. Alternatively, the above-mentioned acquiring the temperature of the gas in the outer cylinder 2 may be replaced by acquiring the temperature of the inner wall of the outer cylinder 2, at this time, a surface temperature sensor may be used to detect the temperature of the inner wall of the outer cylinder 2, and the surface temperature sensor may be connected to the controller 1 to transmit the detected temperature of the inner wall of the outer cylinder 2 to the controller 1.
In one possible case, before the step of "filling the water into the outer drum 2 to the set water level", the laundry sterilizing method of the present invention further comprises: directly making the drum washing machine execute the water drainage program. That is, the water discharge process may be directly performed without detecting the water in the outer tub 2 before the water injection, the water may be directly discharged if there is water in the outer tub 2, and the water discharge process may be "empty-performed" once if there is no water in the outer tub 2, that is, the water is not actually discharged although the water discharge process is performed, and this embodiment may not detect the water in the outer tub 2, and may simplify the control logic.
In another possible case, before the step of "filling the water into the outer tub 2 to the set water level", the laundry sterilizing method of the present invention further includes: judging whether water is stored in the outer cylinder 2; if water is stored in the outer cylinder 2, draining water and then performing the step of injecting water into the outer cylinder 2 to a set water level; if there is no water stored in the outer tub 2, the step of "filling water to the outer tub 2 to a set water level" is directly performed. That is, before water is filled, it is necessary to determine whether water is in the outer tub 2, and if water is in the outer tub, water is filled after water is drained, and if water is not in the outer tub, water is directly filled. Similarly to the above-mentioned detection of the water level in the outer tub 2, the mode of determining whether there is water in the outer tub 2 can indirectly determine whether there is water in the outer tub 2 by the gas pressure of the gas chamber at the bottom of the outer tub 2, can also directly determine whether there is water in the outer tub 2 by the water level sensor, or can determine whether there is water in the outer tub 2 by collecting images by the image sensor, and those skilled in the art can flexibly set a specific mode of determining whether there is water in the outer tub 2 in practical application.
Preferably, the outer cylinder 2 is provided with a water inlet, and a vertical plane of the water inlet and the inner cylinder 3 are arranged in a staggered manner so that water entering the outer cylinder 2 from the water inlet does not pass through the inner cylinder 3. Through the arrangement, when water enters from the water inlet, the water can directly flow to the bottom of the outer barrel 2 from the space between the inner barrel 3 and the outer barrel 2 and cannot pass through the inner barrel 3, and therefore the clothes in the inner barrel 3 are prevented from being wetted. Alternatively, a water inlet may be provided at a position close to the bottom of the window mat of the drum washing machine, so that water directly flows to the bottom of the outer tub 2 to avoid wetting the laundry in the inner tub 3.
Preferably, the laundry sterilizing method of the present invention further includes, simultaneously with the step of "heating the water in the outer tub 2 to heat the water into steam": the water level in the tub 2 is acquired, and if the water level in the tub 2 is lower than the set water level, water is supplied into the tub 2 to the set water level. By such a control mode, the phenomenon that the heating element 4 is dried due to too low water level can be avoided.
In the following, a preferred embodiment of the present invention is described with reference to fig. 2, which illustrates a method for sterilizing laundry, comprising:
s1: a correction water level detection element;
s2: the inner cylinder 3 rotates anticlockwise and water is fed intermittently;
s3: judging whether the current water level reaches a set water level or not;
s41: if so, stopping water inflow and starting the heating element 4 to sterilize the clothes; s42: if not, continue to execute S2;
s5: judging again whether the current water level reaches the set water level after the heating element 4 is turned on;
s61: if yes, continuously judging whether the disinfection and sterilization time reaches the set time; s62: if not, continue to execute S2;
s71: if the disinfection and sterilization time reaches the set time, the heating element 4 is closed; s72: if the disinfection and sterilization time reaches the set time, continuing to execute S41;
s8: after the heating element 4 is switched off, the drain pump 5 drains;
s9: after the drain pump 5 drains, the inner tub 3 stops rotating.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
