Detailed Description
The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating embodiments of the invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
With the increasing market energy saving and noise, the inverter motor is widely used in the laundry treating apparatus due to its low power consumption and low noise. However, in a specific program of the laundry treatment apparatus, the washing process is generally performed around a certain beat or a certain regularly changing variable beat, which may be expressed as a stop-and-go ratio in the washing process, such as a beat 12/8, which may represent a 12 second pause of 8 seconds in the rotation of the drum.
The inventor of the present invention has found through research that the current washing cycle is often set according to the program of the clothes treatment device, and the influence of the amount of clothes on the washing cycle is not considered. However, in the case that the laundry treating apparatus washes a small amount of laundry, if the washing cycle is too large (i.e., the spin-stop ratio is too large), the laundry is difficult to be balanced, and is easily severely eccentric, thereby causing a tub crash, which causes a repeated and continuous water replenishing operation to be required, causing the washing time to be continuously lengthened, which prolongs the washing time on the one hand, and wastes detergent, water resource, and electric energy on the other hand. In addition, in the case that the laundry treatment apparatus performs the dehydration operation on a small amount of laundry, the dehydration rotation speed is not considered the amount of laundry washed by the laundry treatment apparatus, but is specific to the washing program, so that the laundry is difficult to keep balance due to the excessively high dehydration rotation speed when the laundry treatment apparatus performs the dehydration operation on the small amount of laundry, and serious eccentricity is easily generated, thereby causing tub collision. The above problems are more prominent under the condition that the capacity of the clothes treatment device on the market is larger and larger.
It should be noted that the "laundry treatment apparatus" mentioned in the present application includes any apparatus capable of treating laundry, such as a pulsator washing machine, a drum washing machine, a dry cleaning machine, etc., which is applicable to the technical solution provided in the present application.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a control device for a laundry treatment apparatus according to a first embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention also provides a control apparatus for a laundry treating device, the apparatus including: a receiving device 10 for receiving a laundry amount (e.g., weight of laundry) of laundry put into the laundry treating device; and a control device 20 for performing one or more of the following operations in case the amount of laundry is less than a preset amount of laundry: reducing the rotation-stop ratio in the washing process; and reducing the dehydration rotation speed.
The preset laundry amount may be a percentage of a rated capacity of the laundry treatment device (the rated capacity is a maximum laundry amount that can be washed by the laundry treatment device, such as a maximum weight of the laundry that can be washed), for example, 1/3 of the rated capacity of the laundry treatment device, but other ratios are also possible, and the invention is not limited thereto. With the continuous development of the technology of the laundry treatment apparatus, the rated capacity of the laundry treatment apparatus has a tendency to be increased.
The amount of laundry put into the laundry treatment apparatus may be input by a user through an input panel of the laundry treatment apparatus, for example, a laundry amount input button may be disposed on the input panel of the laundry treatment apparatus, and the user may input the laundry amount of the put-in laundry through the button; of course, other methods for determining the amount of laundry delivered to the laundry treatment device are also possible, for example, a laundry weight sensor may be provided in the laundry treatment device, and the laundry treatment device may determine the amount of laundry by itself by detecting the weight of laundry delivered to the laundry treatment device through the laundry weight sensor. The laundry amount of laundry put into the laundry treatment apparatus may also be input to the reception apparatus 10 by the user via the APP on his mobile terminal via the communication network.
The control device 20 may be a general purpose processor, a special purpose processor, a conventional processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), a plurality of microprocessors, one or more microprocessors in association with a DSP core, a controller, a microcontroller, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) Circuit, any other type of Integrated Circuit (IC), a state machine, and so forth. Which may be the same controller as a controller in the laundry treating device that performs control related to the laundry function.
Through the control equipment for the clothes treatment device provided by the figure 1, when the clothes treatment device washes a small amount of clothes, the clothes treatment device can change the original washing rhythm, a softer washing rhythm is adopted, and/or the dewatering rotating speed is reduced when the clothes treatment device carries out dewatering operation, so that the phenomenon of barrel collision is avoided or reduced, and then the water replenishing operation caused by barrel collision is avoided or reduced, so that the water and electricity saving can be realized, the washing time is controlled, and a better washing effect can be achieved.
In the design and manufacture stage of the clothes treatment device, the washing operation can be performed by simulating the washing process, selecting different washing programs and different clothes amounts, and collecting experimental data during the washing operation. The inventor of the present invention has found that, when the amount of laundry is less than one third of the rated capacity of the laundry treatment apparatus, the drum collision phenomenon is very likely to occur under the original washing cycle and the dewatering rotation speed, and the water replenishing operation caused by the drum collision phenomenon is performed. Therefore, in the technical solution of the present application, it is preferable that the preset laundry amount is defined as one third of a rated capacity of the laundry treatment device, that is, in a case that the laundry amount of the laundry put into the laundry treatment device is less than one third of the rated capacity of the laundry treatment device, the laundry amount of the laundry put into the laundry treatment device is regarded as a small amount of laundry. When washing the small amount of clothes, a softer washing beat and a lower dehydration rotation speed can be adopted.
In the experimental process, the time of washing stop can be continuously adjusted by controlling the different washing rotating time. After a large amount of experimental data are obtained and a linear regression method is adopted for the data, the following results can be obtained:
that is, the rotation/stop ratio in the washing process is changed from n to n0/n10Is adjusted to n0/n1
n1=n10+30(M/M0)
Wherein,M0For the rated capacity of the laundry treatment device, M is the amount of laundry put into the laundry treatment device, n0And n10The time for rotating the drum of the clothes processing device and the time for stopping the drum of the clothes processing device in the previous washing beat are respectively adjusted to be 0.1 second and n1The unit for adjusting the drum stop time of the clothes treatment device in the next washing beat is 0.1 second.
Therefore, when the clothes treatment device washes a small amount of clothes, the clothes treatment device changes the original washing rhythm, and adopts a softer washing rhythm, thereby avoiding or reducing the times of barrel collision and water supplement, saving water and electricity, controlling the washing time, and simultaneously achieving better washing effect.
In addition, by performing multiple tests and data acquisition on the dehydration stage, the following results can be obtained:
adjusting the spinning speed according to the following formula:
N-100(M/M0)
wherein M is0The rated capacity of the clothes treatment device is M, the amount of clothes put into the clothes treatment device is M, and the dehydration rotating speed before adjustment is N, wherein the unit is rotation/minute.
Therefore, when the clothes treatment device washes a small amount of clothes, the dehydration rotating speed can be properly reduced, thereby avoiding or reducing the collision of the barrel and the water replenishing times.
In addition, when the dehydration rotation speed is reduced, the dehydration effect may be reduced and the moisture content of the laundry may be increased. For this reason, the control device 20 may preferably also appropriately prolong the dewatering time, so as to ensure that the dewatering water content reaches the standard. After a plurality of experiments and combining experimental data, the following results can be obtained:
the dehydration time may be increased according to the following formula:
T+300(M/M0)
wherein M is0The laundry treating apparatus includes a laundry treating apparatus, a spin drying unit, a controller, and a controller.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a control method for a laundry treating apparatus according to a second embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, a second embodiment of the present invention provides a control method for a laundry treating apparatus, the method including: receiving a laundry amount of laundry put into the laundry treating apparatus; and performing one or more of the following operations in case the amount of laundry is less than a preset amount of laundry: reducing the rotation-stop ratio in the washing process; and reducing the dehydration rotation speed.
Alternatively, the preset laundry amount may be one third of a rated capacity of the laundry treating apparatus.

Optionally, the dewatering speed may be adjusted according to the following formula:
N-100(M/M0)
wherein M is0The rated capacity of the clothes treatment device is M, the amount of clothes put into the clothes treatment device is M, and the dehydration rotating speed before adjustment is N, wherein the unit is rotation/minute.
Optionally, in the case of reducing the dehydration rotation speed, the method may include: the dewatering time is increased.
Optionally, the dewatering time is increased according to the following formula:
T+300(M/M0)
wherein M is0For the rated capacity of the laundry treatment device, M is the amount of laundry put into the laundry treatment deviceAnd T is the dehydration time before adjustment, and the unit is second.
For specific details and benefits of the control method provided by the present invention, reference may be made to the above description of the control device provided by the present invention, and details are not described herein again.
Correspondingly, the embodiment of the invention also provides a clothes treatment device, which comprises the control equipment.
