Detailed Description
Preferred embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are only for explaining the technical principle of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. For example, although the present application is described in conjunction with a washing machine, the technical solution of the present invention is not limited thereto, and the control method may be obviously applied to other laundry treating apparatuses such as a washer-dryer, a dryer, etc., without departing from the principle and scope of the present invention.
Based on the technical problems proposed in the background art, the present invention provides a control method for a washing machine, which aims to selectively disable all or part of the clothes processing modes selected by a user according to a determination result of whether the clothes processing programs selected by the user contain similar clothes processing modes, thereby avoiding the occurrence of the situation that similar operations are repeatedly performed on clothes to be cleaned when the clothes processing programs selected by the user contain similar clothes processing modes, so that the most reasonable operation can be provided for the clothes, the waste of resources is avoided, and the use experience of the user is improved.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, fig. 1 is a flowchart of a control method of the present invention; FIG. 2 is a flowchart of a control method according to a first embodiment of the present invention; fig. 3 is a flowchart of a control method according to a second embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the control method of the present invention includes the steps of:
s1, judging whether the clothes processing program selected by the user contains similar clothes processing modes;
s2, selectively forbidding the clothes processing mode selected by the user with partially similar clothes processing mode according to the judgment result of whether the clothes processing program selected by the user contains similar clothes processing mode.
In step S1, "determining whether the laundry processing program selected by the user includes a similar laundry processing mode" specifically includes: if the clothes treatment program selected by the user at least comprises a spray rinsing mode and an overflow rinsing mode, or the clothes treatment program selected by the user at least comprises a scalding mode and a sterilizing mode, the spray rinsing mode and the overflow rinsing mode are similar because the spray rinsing mode and the overflow rinsing mode are rinsing functions; since the scalding mode and the sterilization mode are both sterilization functions, if the scalding mode and the sterilization mode are similar, it is determined whether the similar laundry processing mode is included in the laundry processing program selected by the user. Of course, the similar modes are not limited to the above-listed modes, but may be an air washing mode and a water washing mode, or an ultraviolet sterilization mode and an ozone sterilization mode, and those skilled in the art may flexibly adjust and set the similar laundry treatment modes.
In a preferred embodiment, the step of selectively disabling the partially similar laundry processing mode selected by the user according to the determination result of whether the similar laundry processing mode is included in the laundry processing program selected by the user in step S2 specifically includes:
s21, if the clothes processing program selected by the user contains similar clothes processing modes, the washing machine disables the clothes processing mode selected by the user;
s22, if the clothes processing program selected by the user does not contain the similar clothes processing mode, the washing machine executes the whole clothes processing mode selected by the user.
In step S21, if the laundry processing program selected by the user includes a similar laundry processing mode, such as a similar spray rinsing mode and an overflow rinsing mode, if the washing machine directly operates the laundry processing program selected by the user, the washing machine will perform both the spray rinsing operation and the overflow rinsing operation on the laundry to be cleaned, and perform two rinsing operations; or the washing machine comprises a similar scalding mode and a similar sterilization mode, if the washing machine directly runs the clothes treatment program selected by the user, the washing machine can carry out both the scalding sterilization operation and the sterilization operation on the clothes to be cleaned, two times of sterilization operations are carried out, and the waste of resources is caused.
In step S22, if the laundry processing program selected by the user does not contain a similar laundry processing mode, the washing machine directly runs the laundry processing program selected by the user, and does not perform two similar operations on the laundry to be cleaned, for example, the washing machine does not perform both a spray rinsing operation and an overflow rinsing operation on the laundry to be cleaned, or the washing machine does not perform both a hot washing sterilization operation and a sterilization operation on the laundry to be cleaned, which does not cause waste of resources, and in order to meet the personalized use requirement of the user, the washing machine is made to execute all the laundry processing modes selected by the user.
Example one
The similar laundry treating modes selected by the user include a spray rinsing mode and an overflow rinsing mode as an example. As shown in fig. 2, preferably, the step of "causing the washing machine to disable the partially similar laundry treatment mode selected by the user" in step S21 specifically includes:
s211, judging whether the number of the clothes to be cleaned is smaller than a preset number threshold value or not;
s212, if the number is smaller than the preset number threshold, the washing machine disables the overflow rinsing mode selected by the user and executes the spray rinsing mode selected by the user;
and S213, if the number is larger than or equal to the preset number threshold, disabling the spray rinsing mode selected by the user and executing the overflow rinsing mode selected by the user.
In step S212, if the number is smaller than the preset number threshold, it indicates that the number of the laundry is small, the operating water level of the washing machine is low, if overflow rinsing is to be implemented, a large amount of water needs to be fed, which will cause waste of water resources, and a small amount of laundry can completely remove bubbles by using a spray rinsing mode, and can rinse the laundry clean, so that the washing machine disables the overflow rinsing mode selected by the user, and executes the spray rinsing mode selected by the user.
In step S213, if the number is greater than or equal to the preset number threshold, it indicates that the number of the laundry to be cleaned is large, the effect of removing foam from a large amount of laundry by using an overflow rinsing method is poor, and it is difficult to rinse the laundry clean, and since the operating water level of the washing machine is high, waste of water resources is not caused when the water level reaches the overflow water level, the washing machine disables the spray rinsing mode selected by the user, and executes the overflow rinsing mode selected by the user.
In the above process, a conclusion of judging whether to disable the spray rinsing mode or the overflow rinsing mode is given by setting the preset number threshold, so that the washing machine can execute a more reasonable clothes treatment mode under different conditions. The preset number threshold is the maximum number of the to-be-cleaned clothes which can be judged to execute the spray rinsing mode, and the preset number threshold may also be other numbers, for example, the number of experiments obtained by a person skilled in the art according to experiments under a specific working condition, or the number of experiments obtained according to the experience, and whether the spray rinsing mode or the overflow rinsing mode is forbidden or not may be judged no matter what number is adopted.
Example two
Similar laundry treatment modes selected by the user include a scalding mode and a sterilization mode, for example. As shown in fig. 3, preferably, the step of "causing the washing machine to disable the partially similar laundry treatment mode selected by the user" in step S21 specifically includes:
s214, judging whether the clothes processing program selected by the user contains a special material mode and a baby mode;
s215, if the clothes processing program selected by the user does not contain the special material mode but contains the infant mode, disabling the sterilization mode selected by the user and executing the scalding mode selected by the user;
s216, if the clothes processing program selected by the user contains the special material mode, the washing machine disables the scalding mode selected by the user, and the sterilization mode selected by the user is executed;
s217, if the clothes processing program selected by the user does not contain the special material mode or the infant mode, the washing machine selectively disables the scalding mode or the sterilizing mode selected by the user according to the quantity of the clothes to be washed.
Wherein the special material mode is a wool, cashmere or down mode; the baby mode is a mode for cleaning clothes of a baby.
Here, the hot ironing mode is a high-temperature ironing mode in which the temperature of the high-temperature ironing mode is greater than or equal to 90 ℃, for example, 92 ℃, 94 ℃ or the like, but, of course, the temperature of the high-temperature ironing mode is not limited to the above-listed temperatures, and the temperature of the low-temperature ironing mode may be greater than or equal to 60 ℃, or greater than or equal to 80 ℃, and those skilled in the art can flexibly adjust and set the temperature of the high-temperature ironing mode.
Wherein, the sterilization mode comprises an ultraviolet sterilization mode and an ozone sterilization mode.
In step S215, if the clothes processing program selected by the user does not contain a special material mode but contains a child mode, it indicates that the child clothes need to be cleaned by the user, and the child clothes are not made of wool, cashmere, or down, and the like, and it indicates that the child clothes do not shrink or be damaged during the high-temperature hot washing process, and because the child has poor resistance, to avoid the child infecting bacteria, the clothes of the child need to be sterilized, and because the sterilization effect of the high-temperature hot washing mode is better than that of the ultraviolet sterilization mode and the ozone sterilization mode, the washing machine disables the sterilization mode selected by the user, and executes the high-temperature hot washing mode selected by the user.
In step S216, if the clothes processing program selected by the user contains the special material mode, it indicates that the material of the clothes to be cleaned is wool, cashmere, or down, so that the clothes to be cleaned will shrink and be damaged during the high-temperature ironing process, and no matter whether the clothes processing program selected by the user contains the infant mode, the high-temperature ironing mode cannot be executed; and because the sterilization mode comprises an ultraviolet sterilization mode and an ozone sterilization mode, the ultraviolet sterilization mode and the ozone sterilization mode are used for sterilizing the clothes at natural temperature, the clothes are not shrunk and damaged, the high-temperature scalding mode selected by a user is forbidden for the washing machine, and the sterilization mode selected by the user is executed.
Preferably, in step S217, if the laundry processing program selected by the user does not include the special material mode or the infant mode, it indicates that the laundry is not made of wool, cashmere, or down, it indicates that the laundry does not shrink down or be damaged during the high-temperature ironing process, and the laundry is not an infant laundry, the laundry can be sterilized in both the high-temperature ironing mode and the sterilization mode, but because the high-temperature ironing mode has high energy consumption, in order to avoid energy waste, the washing machine selectively disables the ironing mode or the sterilization mode selected by the user according to the number of the laundry.
Preferably, the step of causing the washing machine to selectively disable the user-selected scalding mode or sterilizing mode according to the number of the laundry to be washed in the step S217 specifically includes:
s2171, judging whether the number of the clothes to be cleaned is smaller than a preset number threshold value;
s2172, if the number is less than the preset number threshold, the washing machine disables the sterilization mode selected by the user, and executes the scalding mode selected by the user;
and S2173, if the number is greater than or equal to the preset number threshold, disabling the scalding mode selected by the user and executing the sterilization mode selected by the user.
In step S2172, if the number is smaller than the preset number threshold, it indicates that the number of the laundry is small, and for the washing machine in the high temperature scalding mode in which the scalding water level is fixed, the scalding water level is usually low, and the laundry can be scalded cleanly and sterilized thoroughly by using the low scalding water level; for the washing machine with the adjustable scalding water level in the high-temperature scalding mode, the washing machine can completely scald and wash clothes and sterilize thoroughly by adopting a lower scalding water level, waste of water resources is avoided, and the sterilization effect of the high-temperature scalding mode is better than that of the ultraviolet sterilization mode and the ozone sterilization mode, so that the washing machine forbids the sterilization mode selected by a user and executes the scalding mode selected by the user.
In step S2173, if the number is greater than or equal to the preset number threshold, it indicates that the number of the laundry is large, and for the washing machine in the high-temperature scalding mode in which the scalding water level is fixed, the scalding water level is usually low, and it is difficult to completely scald the laundry and sterilize the laundry with the low scalding water level; for the washing machine with the adjustable scalding water level in the high-temperature scalding mode, the washing machine can completely scald and wash clothes and sterilize the clothes only by adopting a higher scalding water level, so that waste of resources such as water, electricity and the like can be caused, the washing machine is enabled to disable the scalding mode selected by a user, and the sterilization mode selected by the user is executed.
In the above process, the conclusion of judging whether to disable the ironing mode or the sterilizing mode is given by setting the preset number threshold, so that the washing machine can execute a more reasonable clothes processing mode under different conditions. The preset number threshold is the maximum number of the to-be-cleaned clothes which can be judged to be in the hot washing mode, and the preset number threshold may also be other numbers, for example, the number of experiments obtained by a person skilled in the art according to an experiment under a specific working condition, or the number of experiments obtained according to an experience, and any number may be adopted as long as whether the hot washing mode or the sterilization mode is forbidden. It should be further noted that the preset number threshold in the first embodiment and the preset number threshold in the second embodiment may be the same or different, and those skilled in the art may flexibly adjust and set the preset number threshold in the first embodiment and the preset number threshold in the second embodiment.
Alternatively, for the area where the electricity fee is charged in stages, if the laundry treatment program selected by the user does not include the special material mode nor the child mode, the washing machine is selectively disabled from the user-selected scalding mode or the sterilizing mode according to the operation time period of the washing machine in step S217.
Preferably, the step of "making the washing machine selectively disable the scalding mode or the sterilizing mode selected by the user according to the operation time period of the washing machine" in the step S217 specifically includes:
s2174, judging whether the operation time period of the washing machine is in the peak time period of power utilization;
s2175, if the operation time period of the washing machine is in the peak time period of electricity utilization, the washing machine disables the scalding mode selected by the user, and the sterilization mode selected by the user is executed;
and S2176, if the operation time period of the washing machine is not in the peak time period of power utilization, the washing machine disables the sterilization mode selected by the user, and executes the scalding mode selected by the user.
In step S2175, if the operation time period of the washing machine is in the peak time period of electricity consumption, for example, 8: 00-22: and when the power consumption peak time is up to 14 hours, the peak power price is carried out, the power price is high, and the clothes to be cleaned can be sterilized by adopting the high-temperature scalding mode and the sterilization mode, so that the washing machine is disabled from the scalding mode selected by the user and the sterilization mode selected by the user is executed in order to avoid the waste of energy.
In step S2176, if the washing machine operation time period is not in the peak power consumption time period, i.e., in the low power consumption time period, 22: 00-day 8: 00 hours is 10 hours in total in a power consumption valley period, the valley power price is implemented, the power price is lower, and the sterilizing effect of the high-temperature ironing mode is better than that of the ultraviolet sterilizing mode and the ozone sterilizing mode, so that the sterilizing mode selected by the user is forbidden for the washing machine, and the ironing mode selected by the user is implemented.
It should be further noted that the time interval division of the peak time period and the valley time period is not limited to the above-mentioned time intervals, and may be 14:00-17:00, 19:00-22:00 for peak time period, 22: 00-14: 00 next day, 17: 00-19: 00 next day for valley time period, and those skilled in the art can flexibly adjust and set the peak time period and the valley time period according to the local power consumption situation.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiment is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is only used for illustrating the principle of the method of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the protection scope of the present invention, and in practical applications, those skilled in the art can implement the above-mentioned function allocation by different steps, i.e. re-dividing or combining the steps in the embodiment of the present invention, as required. For example, the steps of the above embodiments may be combined into one step, or further divided into multiple sub-steps to complete all or part of the functions described above. For the names of the steps involved in the embodiments of the present invention, they are only for distinguishing the respective steps, and are not to be construed as limiting the present invention.
Although not shown in the drawings, in another aspect, the present invention also provides a washing machine including a detection module and a control module, wherein the detection module is configured to detect whether a similar laundry processing mode is included in a laundry processing program selected by a user; the control module is used for detecting the detection result of the module to execute the control method.
Preferably, the washing machine further includes a number detection module for detecting the number of the laundry to be washed. It should be noted that the method for detecting whether the similar clothes treatment mode is included in the number of clothes to be washed and the clothes treatment program selected by the user should not limit the present invention.
Preferably, the control module may be a control module of the washing machine itself, or may be an additional control module or other mobile terminals, which are not described herein again. In physical form, the control module may be any type of controller, such as a programmable controller, a combinational logic controller, and the like.
So far, the technical solutions of the present invention have been described in connection with the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions of related technical features can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions can fall into the protection scope of the invention.
