As shown in fig. 1, a control method of a laundry treating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
step 101, controlling a clothes treatment device to work in a first mode and a second mode, wherein the first mode is used for controlling water in the clothes treatment device to flush a washing barrel, and the second mode is used for controlling a steam generator in the clothes treatment device to generate steam and guiding the steam into the washing barrel.
Here, the laundry treating apparatus control method according to an embodiment of the present invention may be started when the laundry treating apparatus requires self-cleaning of the washing tub. The laundry treating apparatus, which may be a dryer or a washing and drying all-in-one machine having a drying function, includes: a washing barrel, a steam generator, a heating device and a fan; wherein, the washing barrel comprises an outer barrel for containing water and an inner barrel arranged in the outer barrel for loading clothes; the steam generator is used for generating water steam, the steam generator can be arranged in the box body of the clothes treatment equipment and is communicated with the drying channel of the clothes treatment equipment, and the inlet and the outlet of the drying channel of the clothes treatment equipment are both communicated with the washing barrel; the heating device and the fan can be arranged in the drying tunnel. The heating device and the fan can work in a drying mode to dry the clothes in the washing tub. In the embodiment of the invention, when the clothes treatment equipment needs to carry out self-cleaning on the washing barrel, the fan can introduce the water vapor generated by the steam generator into the drying channel, the water vapor entering the drying channel can be secondarily heated by the heating device and converted into gaseous vapor (also called superheated vapor), namely vapor with the temperature of more than or equal to 100 ℃, and thus the water vapor generated by the steam generator is converted into the superheated vapor to enter the washing barrel under the action of the fan and the heating device so as to sterilize and dry the washing barrel. The heating device may be a heating pipe, and may also be a heat pump type heating system, for example, for a direct-discharge type or a condensing type washing and drying integrated machine, the heating device is a heating pipe, and for a heat pump type washing and drying integrated machine, the heating device is a heat pump type heating system, and the form of the heating device is not particularly limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
In the embodiment of the invention, the first mode is used for controlling water in the clothes treatment equipment to flush and wash the washing barrel, and the second mode is used for controlling water vapor in the clothes treatment equipment to sterilize and dry the washing barrel, so that the inner barrel and the outer barrel of the washing barrel can be cleaned, the cleaned washing barrel is sterilized and dried, water and bacteria remained between the inner barrel and the outer barrel after cleaning are avoided, and the sterilization and cleaning effects of the washing barrel of the clothes treatment equipment can be effectively improved. Compared with the traditional scheme of washing the washing barrel by high-temperature water flushing, the embodiment of the invention can adopt normal-temperature water to flush the washing barrel, thus being beneficial to saving electric energy; in addition, the washing barrel is sterilized and dried through the water vapor in the second mode, the sterilization and disinfection of the water vapor and the drying characteristic of the superheated vapor are utilized, so that the washing barrel is synchronously sterilized, disinfected and dried, the water vapor is colorless, odorless and residue-free, and the problem of secondary bacterial breeding caused by residual water between the inner barrel and the outer barrel after high-temperature washing is solved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, controlling the laundry treating apparatus to operate in a first mode includes:
step 201, controlling the clothes treatment equipment to feed water;
the clothes treatment equipment controls the water inlet valve for water inlet to be opened, and closes the water inlet valve after water with set quantity enters the clothes treatment equipment, and the set water quantity can be reasonably set according to requirements or is prestored by the clothes treatment equipment.
Step 202, controlling water in the clothes treatment equipment to flush the washing tub;
the laundry treating apparatus controls the inner tub to rotate so as to generate a water flow to wash the inner tub and the outer tub of the washing tub.
And step 203, controlling the clothes treatment equipment to discharge the water after the washing.
The laundry treating apparatus controls the drain valve to be opened, thereby draining the water in the washing tub.
Here, in the first mode, the inner tub and the outer tub of the washing tub may be washed with water of normal temperature without heating the water in the washing tub, i.e., without washing the inner tub and the outer tub of the washing tub with high-temperature water.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, controlling the laundry treating apparatus to operate in the second mode includes:
step 301, controlling the clothes treatment equipment to start a steam generator;
here, in the second mode, the laundry treating apparatus controls the laundry treating apparatus to start the steam generator first, and at this time, since the heating device and the blower are not started yet, the steam generated by the steam generator may also sterilize the washing tub.
Step 302, controlling the clothes treatment equipment to start a heating device and a fan, so that the water vapor generated by the steam generator is heated by the heating device and then is guided into the washing tub;
here, because heating device and fan all start, and steam generator intercommunication drying tunnel, under the effect of fan, steam that steam generator generated gets into the drying tunnel and is carried out the secondary heating by heating device, converts the superheated steam after the heating into, superheated steam gets into the washtub to disinfect and dry the inner tube and the outer bucket of washtub, thereby dry the remaining moisture of the interior corner department of washtub, and superheated steam has still played the sterilization effect simultaneously. It can be understood that the steam generated by the steam generator is heated by the heating device for the second time to be superheated steam, a certain heating time is required, and the steam which is not converted into the superheated steam at the previous stage can also play a role in sterilization.
Step 303, controlling the clothes treatment device to turn off the steam generator, the heating device and the fan.
The laundry treating apparatus determines that the operation duration of the second mode is finished, and turns off the steam generator, the heating device, and the fan. Here, the operation time period of the second mode may be preset or determined by the laundry treating apparatus based on the detected temperature and/or humidity between the drum and the tub.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, controlling the laundry treating apparatus to operate in the second mode includes:
step 401, controlling the clothes treatment equipment to start a heating device and a fan;
here, the clothes treatment apparatus starts the heating device and the blower fan first, that is, the heated air can be used to heat the inside of the washing tub, and the moisture in the washing tub can be dried.
Step 402, determining that the monitored temperature of the clothes treatment equipment reaches a set threshold, controlling the clothes treatment equipment to start a steam generator, and leading steam generated by the steam generator into the washing tub after the steam is heated by the heating device;
here, can just start steam generator when clothes treatment facility's monitoring temperature reaches the settlement threshold value, so, the steam that steam generator produced can be converted into superheated steam after heating by heating device, and then plays the effect of disinfecting and drying simultaneously, avoids bacterial growing. In some embodiments, the laundry treating apparatus may determine whether a start condition of the steam generator is satisfied according to the monitored temperature at the condenser, for example, when it is determined that the temperature monitored by the temperature sensor at the condenser reaches a set temperature threshold, the steam generator is started, and thus, the sterilization and drying of the tub may be performed by making full use of the water vapor generated by the steam generator.
Step 403, controlling the laundry treating apparatus to turn off the steam generator, the heating device and the fan.
5, controlling the laundry treating apparatus to operate in the second mode includes:
step 501, controlling the clothes treatment equipment to start a heating device, a fan and a steam generator at the same time, wherein water steam generated by the steam generator is heated by the heating device and then is guided into the washing tub;
here, the clothing treatment facility starts heating device simultaneously, fan and steam generator, because the steam that steam generator produced is heated and needs for certain duration for superheated steam, the steam that does not convert to superheated steam in earlier stage can play the effect of disinfecting to the washtub, heating temperature at heating device improves the back, steam that steam generator generated gets into the drying tunnel and by heating device secondary heating, convert into superheated steam, superheated steam gets into the washtub, with inner tube and the outer bucket to the washtub disinfect and dry, thereby dry the residual moisture of washtub corner department, and superheated steam has still played the sterilization effect simultaneously.
Step 502, controlling the laundry treating apparatus to turn off the steam generator, the heating device and the fan.
In some embodiments, controlling the laundry treating apparatus to operate in a first mode and a second mode includes:
controlling the clothes treatment equipment to work in the sequence of firstly operating the first mode and then operating the second mode until the second mode is operated for the last time; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
controlling the clothes treatment equipment to work in the sequence of firstly operating the second mode and then operating the first mode until the second mode is operated for the last time and then the operation is finished.
It can be understood that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the laundry treating apparatus may cyclically operate for at least one period in the order of the first mode and the second mode, and after the second mode is operated for the last time, the control method for self-cleaning the washing tub may be exited. The clothes care equipment can also circularly run for at least one period according to the sequence of the first mode and the second mode, as long as the second mode is ensured to be run last, and the self-cleaning control method of the washing barrel is quitted after the second mode is run for the last time. So, can scrub and wash with clean inner tube and outer bucket through the water-washed to the washtub to the steam that produces through steam generator disinfects disinfection and drying to the washtub, and ensures the washtub after the cleanness dry, thereby has solved the problem that the bacterium secondary that residual water leads to breeds between inner tube and outer bucket. It should be noted that the operation durations of the first mode corresponding to each period may be equal or different, and the operation durations of the second mode corresponding to each period may be equal or different. For example, the operating duration of the first mode may be gradually reduced as the number of cycles increases. In addition, the second mode corresponding to each period may adopt any one of the operation modes of the aforementioned second mode, that is, the second mode corresponding to each period may adopt the same operation mode or adopt a different operation mode.
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following application examples.
