Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used in the description of the invention herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a method for controlling a laundry treating apparatus, which may be a dryer or a washing machine having a drying function, the laundry treating apparatus including: a clothes processing cavity, a heating device and a fan; wherein, the clothes treatment cavity is used for carrying clothes to be treated; the heating device and the fan can be arranged in the drying tunnel, the fan is used for circularly introducing airflow in the drying tunnel, the heating device is used for heating the airflow in the drying tunnel, the heating device can be a heating pipe, and the heated airflow in the drying tunnel enters the clothes treatment cavity under the action of the fan. The laundry treating apparatus further includes: the condenser is communicated with the clothes treatment cavity and the drying channel and is used for condensing air flow in the clothes treatment cavity and guiding the condensed air flow into the drying channel; the steam generator is communicated with the drying channel and used for introducing steam into the drying channel. For example, the steam generator may include a water storage tank and a heater, wherein a certain amount of water is injected into the water storage tank, the heater heats and evaporates the water into steam, the steam may be introduced into the drying tunnel, and the steam enters the laundry treatment chamber from the drying tunnel; the steam from the steam generator can enter the drying tunnel and then be heated again by the heating device to generate superheated steam which flows into the clothes processing cavity. The following description will be made with steam introduced into the laundry treating chamber as superheated steam.
In the related art, as shown in fig. 1, a curve represents the temperature change of an air outlet (i.e., air entering a washing tub) of a drying tunnel of a clothes processing device, and the periodic work is performed according to the rule that superheated steam is introduced for 15min and hot air is introduced for 15min, wherein AA 'is a superheated steam stage, i.e., a stage in which steam and hot air are introduced and generated simultaneously, a' B is a stage in which hot air is introduced and steam is not introduced, and the like follows.
As shown in fig. 2, a control method of a laundry treating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
step 201, acquiring a temperature value at a condenser of a clothes treatment device;
and 202, controlling the operation of the steam generator of the clothes treatment device based on the temperature value.
For example, a Temperature sensor, for example, an NTC (Negative Temperature Coefficient) Temperature sensor may be provided at a condenser of the laundry treating apparatus, and the laundry treating apparatus acquires a Temperature value detected by the Temperature sensor and controls the operation of the steam generator, i.e., controls the on or off of the steam generator, based on the detected Temperature value. It is understood that the NTC temperature sensor may be disposed at an inlet, an outlet, a sidewall, etc. of the condenser, which is not particularly limited in the embodiments of the present invention.
In the related art, the operation of the steam generator is often controlled based on the operation duration, for example, the steam generator is controlled to operate for 15min, and the operation of the steam generator is controlled according to a rule that the steam generator is stopped for 15min, as shown in fig. 1, a → B is a first operation period, where a → a 'is a process in which the steam generator and the heater are simultaneously turned on, and a' → B is a process in which the steam generator is turned off and the heating tube is turned on; the first period is normal in operation; in the second period, in the process of B → B', the steam generator and the heating pipe are simultaneously opened, but after the steam is introduced, the latent heat of the steam is relatively large, and the heat generated by the heating pipe is absorbed, so that the temperature in the drying tunnel is relatively reduced, and further the working time of the heating pipe is prolonged, but along with the time, in the working process of the second 15min in fig. 1, the temperature in the barrel is higher than the temperature in the first 15min, so before the second 15min is not completed, the switching of closing and opening of the heating pipe can occur, once the heating pipe is closed, the temperature in the barrel can be reduced, and the drying time is prolonged, thereby affecting the drying efficiency, even causing the liquid water to enter the clothes treatment cavity, and affecting the drying and sterilizing effects. Based on this, the invention provides a control method for improving drying efficiency.
In the embodiment of the invention, the operation of the steam generator of the clothes treatment equipment is controlled based on the temperature value at the condenser of the clothes treatment equipment, so that the control of the opening and closing states of the steam generator is more accurate, the stop of the heating pipe in the operation process of the steam generator can be effectively avoided, the reasonable control of the amount of steam generated by the steam generator is facilitated, and the clothes treatment equipment can achieve a better wrinkle removing effect and improve the drying efficiency.
In some embodiments, the obtaining of the temperature value at the condenser of the laundry treatment apparatus comprises: acquiring a temperature value at the condenser during a drying process of the laundry treatment apparatus. So, can cooperate with the stoving procedure, introduce the steam that steam generator produced in the stoving process, realize fast drying, remove wrinkle and effect such as disinfect.
In some embodiments, the controlling of the operation of the steam generator of the laundry treating apparatus based on the temperature value includes:
determining that the temperature value reaches or is lower than a lower limit value of a temperature threshold value, and controlling the steam generator to be started; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and determining that the temperature value reaches or is higher than an upper limit value of a temperature threshold value, and controlling the steam generator to be shut down.
Here, because the steam generated by the steam generator can play a role in raising the working temperature in the clothes treatment cavity, a proper temperature threshold value can be set at the moment, when the temperature value at the condenser reaches or is higher than the upper limit value of the temperature threshold value, the clothes treatment equipment closes the steam generator, and the heating pipe can be matched to control the temperature in the drying tunnel and the barrel, so that the starting and stopping times of the heating pipe in the drying process are reduced; when the temperature value at the condenser reaches or is lower than the lower limit value of the temperature threshold value, the steam generator can be started, the drying efficiency is improved by utilizing the steam generated by the steam generator, and the effects of wrinkle removal, sterilization and the like in the clothes drying process are improved.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises: controlling the on-off of a condensing valve of the laundry treating apparatus based on the temperature value. The temperature value detected here can control both the operation of the steam generator and the on/off of the condensing valve of the laundry treating apparatus.
In some embodiments, the controlling the opening and closing of the condensation water valve of the laundry treating apparatus based on the temperature value includes:
and determining that the temperature value is greater than or equal to a preset temperature value, and controlling the condensate water valve to open, wherein the preset temperature value is less than the lower limit value of the temperature threshold value.
Optionally, if the temperature value is smaller than a preset temperature value, controlling the condensed water valve to open.
For example, the preset temperature value is smaller than the lower limit value of the temperature threshold value, so that the working temperature of the steam generator is larger than the working temperature of the condensed water valve. For example, the temperature value for controlling the operation of the steam generator may be 60 ℃ to 80 ℃, the temperature for controlling the opening of the condensation valve may be 40 ℃ to 50 ℃, and the operation temperature of the steam generator is controlled to be higher than the operation temperature of the condensation water valve, so as to ensure that the temperature in the tub is maintained in a relatively high and relatively stable state during the drying process, which is beneficial to improving the drying efficiency.
In some embodiments, different temperature thresholds may be set for different load amounts, based on which the method further includes, before controlling the operation of the steam generator of the laundry treatment apparatus based on the temperature value:
acquiring the load of clothes to be treated;
determining the temperature threshold based on the amount of load.
In some embodiments, said determining said temperature threshold based on said amount of load comprises:
if the load amount is a half load amount of the clothes treatment equipment, determining that the temperature threshold is 65-80 ℃; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and if the load is the full load of the clothes treatment equipment, determining that the temperature threshold is 75-85 ℃.
Here, the half load amount and the full load amount may be a load amount section determined based on a rated load amount of the laundry treating apparatus.

the clothes treatment equipment periodically acquires the temperature value detected by the NTC temperature sensor in the drying process, and if the temperature value is 65 degrees, the clothes treatment equipment starts the steam generator.
Step 304, drying with superheated steam;
here, the steam generated by the steam generator enters the drying tunnel and is secondarily heated by the heating pipe, and is converted into heated superheated steam, and the heated superheated steam enters the clothes treatment cavity to sterilize and dry the clothes in the clothes treatment cavity.
Step 305, when the temperature detected by the NTC temperature sensor at the condenser is 80 degrees, the steam generator is closed;
if the clothes treatment equipment determines that the temperature value is 80 degrees according to the temperature value detected by the NTC temperature sensor, the clothes treatment equipment closes the steam generator.
