Detailed Description
The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the following drawings and examples.
Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this application belongs. The terminology used in the description of the present application herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the application.
In the related art, the cooling method after the clothes processing equipment is dried usually adopts an air cooling or water cooling mode, for example, for a water-cooled washing and drying integrated machine, the cooling method is to continuously feed condensed water and a fan always keeps working. Even then, generally, 10 to 30 minutes (minutes) are required, and the user waits too long for opening the door, so that the experience effect is poor.
In addition, the flow rate of the condensing valve is generally 0.2-1L/min (liter per minute), and the evaporation and the condensation are in a balanced state by controlling the on-off of the condensing valve in the drying process. When the clothes are completely cooled, the cooling speed is slow due to too small flow, and if the flow of the condensing valve is increased, the condensed water may enter the washing tub along the drying tunnel under the action of the fan due to the increased flow of the condensed water, so that the clothes are wetted.
Based on this, an embodiment of the present application provides a control method of a laundry treatment apparatus, which may be a washing and drying all-in-one machine having a drying function, and may include: the clothes drying system comprises a clothes treatment barrel, a drying channel, a heating device, a fan and a condenser; wherein, the clothes treating barrel comprises an outer barrel for containing water and a washing barrel arranged in the outer barrel for loading clothes; the heating device and the fan can be arranged in the drying tunnel, the fan is used for circularly introducing airflow in the drying tunnel, and the heating device is used for heating the airflow in the drying tunnel. For example, the heating device and the fan may be disposed outside the drying tunnel, communicating with the drying tunnel, as long as the air flow can be introduced into the drying tunnel. The heating device can be a heating pipe, and can also be a heat pump type heating system, for example, to the straight line type or the condensing type all-in-one washer dryer, the heating device is the heating pipe, to the heat pump type all-in-one washer dryer, the heating device is the heat pump type heating system, and the embodiment of the application does not specifically limit the form of the heating device.
As shown in fig. 1, the control method of a laundry treatment apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application includes:
step 101, in response to the drying ending or the drying suspension, controlling the clothes treatment equipment to alternately operate a first cooling mode and a second cooling mode; wherein the first cooling mode and the second cooling mode are both for cooling the laundry treating tub of the laundry treating apparatus, and the cooling efficiency of the first cooling mode is higher than that of the second cooling mode.
Here, the cooling efficiency is used to represent the cooling capacity of the laundry treatment machine for the laundry treatment tub, and may be determined based on a change in a temperature value of the laundry treatment tub per unit time length, and the cooling efficiency of the first cooling mode is higher than that of the second cooling mode, that is, the cooling rate of the laundry treatment tub in the first cooling mode is higher than that of the laundry treatment tub in the second cooling mode.
For example, the second cooling mode may be a conventional condensed water cooling mode, the first cooling mode with higher cooling efficiency than the second cooling mode is newly added, and the first cooling mode with high cooling efficiency and the second cooling mode with low cooling efficiency are alternately operated, so that the waiting time for opening the door of the clothes treatment device during the drying suspension process or after the drying is finished can be effectively shortened, and the user experience is further improved.
For example, the laundry treating apparatus may determine the drying end based on a drying control program, and the laundry treating apparatus starts a cooling control program in response to the drying end. Therefore, cooling control can be automatically started after drying is finished, and based on the control method provided by the embodiment of the application, the waiting time for opening the door after drying is finished is effectively shortened, and the user experience is further improved.
For example, the laundry treating apparatus may determine a drying pause based on a pause control command input by a user, and the laundry treating apparatus starts the cooling control program in response to the drying pause. For example, the user may input the pause control command through a button on the laundry treatment apparatus, a touch screen, or a remote controller wirelessly connected to the laundry treatment apparatus, which is not specifically limited in the present application. Therefore, drying can be suspended based on the requirements of the user in the drying process, and the control method based on the embodiment of the application effectively shortens the waiting time for opening the door after drying is suspended, so that the user experience is improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, controlling the laundry treating apparatus to operate the first cooling mode includes:
in step 201, a washing tub of a laundry treating tub is controlled to rotate at a first rotational speed.
In step 202, a first water inlet valve between the washing tub and the outer tub of the laundry treating tub is controlled to supply water at a first flow rate.
And step 203, controlling the clothes treatment equipment to be switched from the first cooling mode to the second cooling mode if the water supply time length of the first water inlet valve reaches the set time length.
Here, the first rotation speed is such that the water supplied from the first water inlet valve, which is capable of cooling at least one of the washing tub, the outer tub, and the air between the washing tub and the outer tub, does not flow into the washing tub.
Illustratively, the first rotation speed is greater than 80rpm (revolutions per minute), and the first water inlet valve may be a wash water inlet valve of the laundry treating apparatus.
It can be understood that, the flow rate (i.e. the first flow rate) of the washing water inlet valve is generally larger, and the water can be directly supplied between the washing tub and the outer tub of the laundry processing tub, and since the washing tub rotates at a high speed, the water entering between the washing tub and the outer tub is thrown away rapidly due to the centrifugal force after touching the outer wall of the washing tub, thereby preventing the supplied water from entering the washing tub and wetting the laundry. In addition, when the supplied water contacts with the outer wall of the high-temperature washing barrel, a part of heat in the washing barrel is cooled by the water, and the thrown water can quickly cool the air between the washing barrel and the outer barrel and the wall body of the outer barrel, so that the circulation is repeated for many times, and the heat dissipation speed in the washing barrel can be effectively accelerated. The common washing water inlet valve can save the arrangement of the valve body and the corresponding mounting structure, and save the hardware cost.
It is understood that, in other embodiments, the first water inlet valve may be a water supply valve separately provided for supplying water between the washing tub and the outer tub, which is not limited in this application, as long as the water supplied by the first water inlet valve can cool the washing tub rapidly and does not flow into the washing tub on the premise that the washing tub rotates at a high speed.
Here, the set time period may be appropriately set by those skilled in the art according to the cooling demand. For example, the set time period may be 2 to 10 seconds, and the first flow rate may be 8 to 12L/min.
For example, the set time period may be gradually reduced as the number of operations of the first cooling mode increases, and the operation time period of the first cooling mode in the cooling control is gradually reduced by gradually reducing the set time period, which is advantageous for alleviating a drum sticking or a knotting phenomenon of the laundry.
In some embodiments, the set time duration corresponding to each first cooling mode may be equal, and the embodiments of the present application do not limit this.
For example, the laundry treating apparatus may control the first water inlet valve to supply water after determining that the rotation speed of the washing tub reaches the first rotation speed, and switch from the first cooling mode to the second cooling mode after determining that a water supply time period of the first water inlet valve reaches a set time period.
Illustratively, the controlling the laundry treating apparatus to switch from the first cooling mode to the second cooling mode includes: the first water inlet valve is closed and the second cooling mode is entered based on the control parameters of the second cooling mode.
For example, in order to further enhance the cooling effect in the first cooling mode, the laundry treating apparatus controls the fan to operate in the first cooling mode. Therefore, the fan can drive the airflow in the washing barrel to sequentially flow through the condenser, the drying tunnel inlet and the drying tunnel outlet and flow back into the washing barrel, and the airflow exchanges heat with the water supplied by the first water inlet valve in the circulating process of the airflow, so that the cooling effect of the airflow is enhanced.
It can be understood that, in the embodiment of the present application, the flow rate of the water supplied by the first water inlet valve is greater than that of the water supplied by the conventional condensed water valve, and even under the condition that the fan is operated, the water supplied by the first water inlet valve is not located in the condenser, and the water cannot enter the washing tub along the drying tunnel to wet the clothes under the action of the fan, so that the defect that the conventional condensed water flow rate is increased and the risk of wetting the clothes is overcome.
In order to prevent the laundry in the washing tub from being wetted by the water remaining in the outer tub, in some embodiments, the laundry treating apparatus controls the drain pump to operate in the first cooling mode.
Here, the drain pump is a pump that drains water in the tub, and for example, in the first cooling mode, the drain pump is controlled to operate at the first on/off ratio so as to drain water supplied from the first water supply valve in time. The first on-off ratio is a ratio of an operation time period of the drain pump to a stop time period in one cycle, for example, the drain pump is operated at a beat of 6 seconds of operation and 3 seconds of stop. In some embodiments, the duration of operation or the on-off ratio of the drain pump may be dynamically adjusted as the duration of operation of the first cooling mode changes.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, controlling the laundry treating apparatus to operate the second cooling mode includes:
and 301, controlling the washing barrel of the clothes processing barrel to rotate forwards and backwards alternately at a second rotating speed.
Here, the second rotation speed is less than the first rotation speed, for example, the second rotation speed may be 20rpm or 30rpm, and the washing tub is alternately rotated in forward and reverse directions, and the laundry scattering effect may be achieved.
It can be understood that, in the first cooling mode, because the washing barrel rotates at a high speed, the clothes in the washing barrel are easy to stick to the washing barrel and knot, and after the washing barrel is switched to the second cooling mode, the washing barrel is controlled to rotate forward and backward alternately at the second rotating speed, so that the knotting of the clothes can be effectively improved, and the effect of recovering the fluffiness of the clothes is achieved.
Step 302, controlling a second water inlet valve at a condenser of the laundry treating apparatus to supply water at a second flow rate.
Illustratively, the second inlet valve is a condensate valve for supplying condensate to the condenser.
Here, the second flow rate is smaller than the first flow rate, and illustratively, the second flow rate is 0.2 to 1L/min.
It can be understood that, in the second cooling mode, the laundry treatment apparatus further controls the operation of the fan, and the fan can drive the airflow in the washing tub to flow back into the washing tub through the condenser, the drying tunnel inlet, and the drying tunnel outlet in sequence, and exchange heat with the water supplied by the second water inlet valve in the circulation process of the airflow, so as to enhance the cooling effect of the airflow.
Step 303, obtaining a temperature value of the laundry processing tub.
For example, a temperature sensor may be provided to detect a temperature value of the laundry treating tub, based on which the laundry treating apparatus obtains the temperature value of the laundry treating tub.
For example, the temperature sensor may be disposed at a position of an outer tub, a drying tunnel inlet, a drying tunnel outlet, or a door, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application.
For example, in the second cooling mode, the laundry treating apparatus may acquire the temperature value detected by the temperature sensor based on a set time interval, for example, the temperature value detected by the temperature sensor is acquired every 30 seconds.
And step 304, if the temperature value is determined to be greater than the first set temperature, controlling the clothes treatment device to switch from the second cooling mode to the first cooling mode.
The clothes treatment equipment compares the acquired current temperature value with a first set temperature, and if the current temperature value is greater than the first set temperature, the clothes treatment equipment is controlled to be switched from a second cooling mode to a first cooling mode, and the switching process comprises the following steps: closing the second water inlet valve, and controlling the clothes treatment apparatus to reenter the first cooling mode based on the control parameter of the first cooling mode.
Here, the first set temperature may be a temperature threshold higher than the safe door opening temperature, if the current temperature of the laundry processing tub is higher than the first set temperature, the rapid cooling based on the first cooling mode with high cooling efficiency is required to be continued, and after the first cooling mode is operated, the second cooling mode is returned, and the operation in the second cooling mode is maintained until the obtained temperature value is less than or equal to the first set temperature based on the comparison of the obtained temperature value and the first set temperature value.
It is understood that, in the first cooling mode and the second cooling mode, the control method further includes:
controlling the operation of a fan of the laundry treating apparatus.
Namely, in the whole cooling control process, the fan of the clothes treatment equipment is controlled to be kept in an open state, so that the air flow can be quickly cooled.
It is to be understood that, in the first cooling mode and the second cooling mode, the control method further includes:
controlling operation of a drain pump of the laundry treating apparatus.
The drainage pump of the clothes treatment equipment is controlled to operate, so that the water supplied by the first water inlet valve and the second water inlet valve can be drained in time, and the phenomenon that the clothes in the washing barrel are wetted due to excessive water contained in the outer barrel is avoided.
Illustratively, controlling a drain pump operation of the laundry treating apparatus includes:
in the first cooling mode, controlling the drainage pump to work at a first start-stop ratio;
in the second cooling mode, controlling the drainage pump to work at a second start-stop ratio;
the first start-stop ratio and the second start-stop ratio are the ratio of the running time length and the stopping time length of the drainage pump in one period, and the first start-stop ratio is larger than the second start-stop ratio.
It will be appreciated that since in the first cooling mode the first inlet valve supplies water at a first flow rate; in a second cooling mode, the second water inlet valve supplies water at a second flow rate. The first flow is larger than the second flow, so that the first start-stop ratio of the drainage pump in the first cooling mode is larger than the second start-stop ratio of the drainage pump in the second cooling mode, and the drainage requirement in the corresponding cooling mode can be met. For example, in the first cooling mode, the drain pump is operated at a beat of 6 seconds of operation and 3 seconds of stop; in the second cooling mode, the drain pump is operated at a beat of 3 seconds of operation and 3 seconds of stop.
In some embodiments, controlling the laundry treating apparatus to alternately operate the first cooling mode and the second cooling mode includes:
controlling the clothes treatment equipment to operate the first cooling mode and then operate the second cooling mode, and circulating the operation until the temperature value of the clothes treatment barrel in the second cooling mode is less than or equal to the first set temperature; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and controlling the clothes treatment equipment to firstly run the second cooling mode and then run the first cooling mode, and circulating the steps until the temperature value of the clothes treatment barrel in the second cooling mode is less than or equal to the first set temperature.
It is understood that, in an embodiment, after the laundry treating apparatus starts the cooling control in response to the drying ending or the drying suspension, the first cooling mode may be operated first, the second cooling mode may be operated, and the operation may be repeated until the temperature value of the laundry treating tub in the second cooling mode is less than or equal to the first set temperature. Because the temperature of the clothes processing barrel is relatively high at the beginning of the cooling control, the clothes processing barrel can directly run in the first cooling mode with high cooling efficiency, the number of times of alternate running of the cooling modes is reduced, and the cooling time is further shortened.
It is understood that, in other embodiments, after the laundry treating apparatus starts the cooling control in response to the drying ending or the drying suspension, the laundry treating apparatus may operate the second cooling mode first and then operate the first cooling mode for a plurality of cycles until the temperature value of the laundry treating tub in the second cooling mode is less than or equal to the first set temperature.
It should be noted that, the control process of the first cooling mode and the control process of the second cooling mode may refer to the foregoing description, and are not described herein again.
In some embodiments, after the temperature value of the laundry treating tub in the second cooling mode is less than or equal to the first set temperature, the method further includes:
controlling the clothes treatment equipment to continuously run in the second cooling mode until the temperature value of the clothes treatment barrel is less than or equal to a second set temperature or the total running time of the cooling control of the clothes treatment equipment reaches a rated time, and finishing the cooling control;
the first set temperature is greater than the second set temperature, and the second set temperature is the safe door opening temperature.
It is understood that, if the laundry treating apparatus determines that the temperature value of the laundry treating tub is less than or equal to the first set temperature in the second cooling mode, the laundry treating apparatus may be controlled to continue to operate in the second cooling mode until the temperature value of the laundry treating tub is less than or equal to the second set temperature or the total operation time period of the cooling control of the laundry treating apparatus reaches the rated time period, and then the cooling control is ended, for example, the second water inlet valve is controlled to be closed, the fan is controlled to be closed, the drain pump is controlled to be closed, and the washing tub is controlled to be stopped. Namely, the cooling control is ended under the condition that the temperature value of the laundry treating tub is less than or equal to the safety door opening temperature or the total operation time period of the cooling control reaches the rated time period.
It should be noted that, after the temperature value of the laundry treating tub is less than or equal to the first set temperature, the laundry treating apparatus is operated in the second cooling mode until the cooling control is finished, so that the laundry treating apparatus always completes the cooling control of the last stage in the second cooling mode. Compare in first cooling mode, because under the second cooling mode, the washtub is positive reverse in turn with the second rotational speed, can effectively improve the clothing and tie a knot to have the fluffy effect of recovery clothing, the clothing in the washtub pastes the bucket or ties when having avoided opening the door, does benefit to and promotes user experience.
In some embodiments, the control method further comprises:
in response to the end of the cooling control, instruction information indicating that the user opens the door is output.
For example, the clothes treatment device may output a sound prompt message through a buzzer or wirelessly send the prompt message to a terminal device such as a mobile phone of a user, so as to remind the user that a door body of the clothes treatment device may be safely opened.
As can be understood from the above description, the first cooling mode and the second cooling mode are alternately operated by controlling the laundry treating apparatus; wherein, first cooling mode and second cooling mode all are used for cooling off the clothing processing barrel of clothing processing apparatus, and the cooling efficiency of first cooling mode is higher than the cooling efficiency of second cooling mode, so, through the first cooling mode of high cooling efficiency of operation in turn and the second cooling mode of low cooling efficiency, can effectively shorten the waiting duration that the door was opened after the clothing processing apparatus drying process or the stoving was ended, and then promote user experience.
The present application will be described in further detail with reference to the following application examples.
As shown in fig. 4, the control method of the laundry treating apparatus according to the embodiment of the present application includes:
in step 401, cooling control is initiated.
Here, the laundry treating apparatus determines that drying is finished or drying is suspended, and starts cooling control. For example, the laundry treating apparatus may determine drying end based on a drying control program, in response to which the laundry treating apparatus starts cooling control; alternatively, the laundry treating apparatus may determine a drying pause based on a pause control command input by a user, and the laundry treating apparatus starts the cooling control in response to the drying pause.
Step 402, controlling the washing tub to rotate at a first rotation speed.
Here, the laundry treating apparatus is operated in the aforementioned first cooling mode, and controls the washing tub to be rotated at a first rotation speed at a high speed. Illustratively, the laundry treating apparatus also controls a drain pump and a blower to be turned on.
At step 403, the first water inlet valve is controlled to feed water for a set period of time.
Here, the laundry treating apparatus controls the first water inlet valve, which may be a wash water inlet valve, to feed water between the wash tub and the outer tub based on the first flow rate, to feed water for a set period of time. Because the washing barrel rotates at a high speed, water entering between the washing barrel and the outer barrel can be quickly thrown away under the action of centrifugal force after the water touches the outer wall of the washing barrel, and the supplied water is prevented from entering the washing barrel to wet clothes. In addition, when the supplied water contacts with the outer wall of the high-temperature washing barrel, a part of heat in the washing barrel is cooled by the water, and the thrown water can quickly cool the air between the washing barrel and the outer barrel and the wall body of the outer barrel, so that the circulation is repeated for many times, the heat dissipation speed in the washing barrel can be effectively accelerated, and the cooling at a higher speed is realized. And the water supplied by the first water inlet valve can be drained in time by the drainage pump, so that the phenomenon that the clothes in the washing barrel are wetted by excessive water contained in the outer barrel is avoided.
The laundry treating apparatus determines that the first water inlet valve is filled for a set time period, controls the first water inlet valve to be closed, and performs step 404 to switch to the second cooling mode operation.
And step 404, controlling the washing barrel to rotate forwards and backwards alternately at a second rotating speed.
Here, after the first water inlet valve is closed, the washing tub is controlled to alternately rotate forward and backward at the second rotation speed, and at the same time, the operation of the blower and the drain pump can be continuously maintained.
Here, the second rotation speed is less than the first rotation speed, and the washing tub is alternately rotated forward and backward, so that the laundry is shaken up and down.
And step 405, controlling the second water inlet valve to be normally opened.
Here, the second water inlet valve may be a condensing valve for supplying condensed water on the condenser, and the second water inlet valve supplies water at a flow rate smaller than that of the first water inlet valve.
For example, in the second cooling mode, the on-off ratio of the drain pump may be appropriately reduced.
Step 406, determining whether the temperature value is greater than a first set temperature, if yes, returning to step 402; if not, go to step 407.
Here, the clothes treatment apparatus may obtain a temperature value detected by a temperature sensor, and the temperature sensor may be disposed at a position of the outer tub, the drying tunnel inlet, the drying tunnel outlet, or the door, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application.
If the temperature value is greater than the first set temperature, it indicates that the current temperature value is still high, and it is necessary to return to step 402 to continue operating the first cooling mode for cooling.
Step 407, judging whether the temperature value is greater than a second set temperature, if so, returning to the step 404; if not, go to step 408.
Here, the second set temperature is a safe door opening temperature, and the first set temperature is greater than the second set temperature.
If the temperature value is determined to be less than or equal to the first set temperature and greater than the second set temperature, the step 404 is returned to continue to cool down to the end of cooling based on the second cooling mode.
In step 408, the cooling control is ended.
If the current temperature value of the clothes processing barrel is less than or equal to the second set temperature, controlling the second water inlet valve to be closed, the fan to be closed, the drainage pump to be closed and the washing barrel to stop rotating, and thus finishing the cooling control.
For example, the clothes treating apparatus may further output a sound prompt message through a buzzer or wirelessly send a prompt message to a terminal device such as a mobile phone of the user, so as to remind the user that a door of the clothes treating apparatus may be opened safely.
