A control method and apparatus of a laundry treating apparatus and a laundry treating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a control method of a laundry processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application.
The control method of the clothes treatment device in the embodiment of the application can be executed by the clothes treatment device. The laundry treatment device may be a drum washing machine, a pulsator washing machine, a washing and drying machine, or the laundry treatment device may be other types of devices, which is not limited in this application.
As shown in fig. 1, the control method of the laundry treating apparatus includes the steps of:
step 101, controlling a water inlet valve of the clothes treatment device to be opened to fill water.
As a possible implementation manner, a target water filling amount or a target water level may be determined according to the weight or volume of the laundry to be washed, and then, the water inlet valve of the laundry treating apparatus may be controlled to be opened to fill water, to fill water to the target water level, or to fill water to the target water filling amount. The clothes to be washed may include clothes made of special materials, such as silk, wool, etc., which need to be washed gently.
As another possible implementation manner, the user may set the target water filling amount or the target water level directly according to the user's own requirement, and then, the water inlet valve of the laundry treatment apparatus may be controlled to be opened to fill water to the target water level or to fill water to the target water filling amount.
As still another possible implementation manner, the target water filling amount or the target water level may be preset directly by a built-in program of the laundry treatment apparatus, and then, the water inlet valve of the laundry treatment apparatus may be controlled to be opened to fill water, fill water to the target water level, or fill water to the target water filling amount.
As another possible implementation manner, the target water filling time may be preset by a built-in program of the laundry treatment apparatus, or the target water filling time may be set by the user according to the user's own requirement. Then, the water inlet valve of the clothes treatment device can be controlled to be opened to inject water until the water injection time reaches the target water injection time.
As an example, the water filling valve may include a pre-washing valve and a main washing valve, wherein when the pre-washing valve is opened, water is directly sprayed to the laundry through the nozzle, and when the main washing valve is opened, the water inlet pipeline passes through the washing box to flush the detergent in the washing box into the washing tub. In the water injection process, the pre-washing valve can be controlled to be opened, water is injected for a first time, or water is injected to a first water level, or water is injected to a first water injection amount, and clothes are wetted. And then closing the pre-washing valve and controlling the main washing valve to open, and filling water to a target water level (such as a washing water level), or enabling the total water filling time to reach the target water filling time, or enabling the total water filling amount to reach the target water filling amount so as to fully soak the clothes.
As another example, during the water filling process, the pre-washing valve may be first controlled to be opened, and water may be filled for a first time period, or water may be filled to a first water level, or water may be filled to a first water filling amount, so as to wet the laundry. And then controlling the main washing valve to be opened, and simultaneously filling water to a target water level (such as a washing water level) through the prewashing valve and the main washing valve, or enabling the total water filling time to reach the target water filling time, or enabling the total water filling amount to reach the target water filling amount so as to fully soak the clothes.
As another example, during the water filling process, the main wash valve may be first controlled to open, and the water may be filled for a second time period, or the water may be filled to a second water level, or the water may be filled to a second water filling amount. And then closing the main washing valve and controlling the pre-washing valve to open, and filling water to a target water level (such as a washing water level), or enabling the total water filling time to reach the target water filling time, or enabling the total water filling amount to reach the target water filling amount so as to fully soak the clothes.
As still another example, during the water filling process, the main wash valve may be first controlled to be opened, and the water may be filled for a second time period, or the water may be filled to a second water level, or the water may be filled to a second water filling amount. And then controlling the pre-washing valve to open, and simultaneously filling water to a target water level (such as a washing water level) through the pre-washing valve and the main washing valve, or enabling the total water filling time to reach the target water filling time, or enabling the total water filling amount to reach the target water filling amount, so as to fully soak the clothes.
After the pre-washing valve is opened, the injected cold water can be used, and after the main washing valve is opened, in order to fully dissolve the detergent, so that the washing effect of the clothes is improved, the injected warm water can be used, the temperature of the warm water can be set by a user, or the temperature of the warm water can be preset by a built-in program of the clothes treatment device, and the application is not limited to this.
For example, the pre-washing valve may be controlled to open for 13 seconds, and then the main washing valve is controlled to open to flush the detergent into the washing tub, wherein the opening time may be 5 minutes, so as to achieve sufficient soaking of the laundry.
Step 102, controlling a motor of the clothes treatment device to drive a washing barrel to execute a washing process; wherein, the rotating speed of the washing barrel in the washing process is 25rpm to 35rpm, and the operating rate of the washing barrel is 25 percent to 30 percent.
In the embodiment of the present application, the operation rate of the washing tub refers to a ratio of an actual operation time of the washing tub to an effective operation time, that is, the operation rate of the washing tub refers to a ratio of a rotation time of the washing tub to (a rotation time of the washing tub + a stop time of the washing tub), wherein the rotation time of the washing tub refers to a continuous rotation time of the washing tub. For example, if the washing tub rotation time period is 6 seconds and the washing tub stopping time period is 16 seconds, the washing tub operation efficiency is 6/(6+16) ═ 27.3%, and the washing tub rotation/stopping time period ratio (washing tub rotation time period/washing tub stopping time period) is: 6: 16-3: 8.
In the embodiment of the present application, after the water injection is completed, a washing process may be performed, and specifically, a motor of the laundry treatment device may be controlled to drive the washing tub to perform the washing process, wherein a rotation speed of the washing tub in the washing process is 25rpm to 35rpm, and a rotation rate of the washing tub is 25% to 30%. Therefore, the washing barrel is driven by the motor to wash at a low rotating speed and a low running rate, on one hand, clothes can be wetted, so that the clothes are fully mixed with washing water, the washing water permeates into fabric fibers of the clothes, the clothes are fully soaked, and the washing effect of the clothes is improved; on the other hand, the fabric fiber of the clothes can be prevented from being damaged, and the clothes can be maximally cared and washed.
For example, in the washing process, the motor can be controlled to drive the washing barrel to operate at the rotation speed of 30rpm of the washing barrel, the rotation time of the washing barrel is 6 seconds, the stop time of the washing barrel is 16 seconds, and the washing barrel is driven by the motor to wash at a low rotation speed and a low operation rate, so that on one hand, the clothes can be fully mixed with washing water, a large amount of sweat stains, stains and dust in the clothes can be effectively removed, and the washing effect of the clothes is improved; on the other hand, the fabric fibers of the clothes can be prevented from being damaged, the clothes can be protected and washed to the maximum extent, the comfort and the attractiveness of the clothes are improved, and the service cycle of the clothes is prolonged.
And 103, controlling a drain valve of the clothes treatment device to be opened to drain water.
In the embodiment of the present application, after washing is completed, a draining process may be performed, and particularly, a draining valve of the laundry treating apparatus may be opened to drain water. After the drainage time is preset, the drainage valve of the clothes treatment device can be controlled to be closed to finish the drainage process. For example, after draining for 2 minutes, the drain valve may be controlled to be closed to perform the next process.
And 104, controlling a motor to drive the washing barrel to operate so as to dewater.
In the embodiment of the present application, after the draining is finished, the dehydration process may be performed. Specifically, the motor may be controlled to drive the washing tub to operate, so as to perform dehydration.
As a possible implementation manner, in the dehydration process, in order to effectively remove moisture from the laundry while saving energy, moderate speed dehydration may be adopted. Alternatively, the motor may be controlled to operate the washing tub at a washing tub rotation speed of 350pm to 450rpm for 4 minutes to 6 minutes, for example, the motor may be controlled to operate the washing tub at a washing tub rotation speed of 400rpm for 5 minutes. Therefore, on the basis of caring the fabric fibers of the clothes, the deformation of the clothes can be avoided, and the comfort and the attractiveness of the clothes are further improved.
According to the control method of the clothes treatment device, water is filled by controlling the opening of the water inlet valve of the clothes treatment device, and then the motor of the clothes treatment device is controlled to drive the washing barrel to execute a washing process; wherein, the rotating speed of the washing barrel in the washing process is 25rpm to 35rpm, the operating rate of the washing barrel is 25 percent to 30 percent, then, the drain valve of the clothes treatment device is controlled to be opened to drain, and finally, the motor is controlled to drive the washing barrel to operate to dewater. Therefore, the washing barrel is driven by the motor to wash at a low rotating speed and a low running rate, on one hand, the clothes can be fully mixed with washing water, a large amount of sweat stains, stains and dust in the clothes can be effectively removed, and the washing effect of the clothes is improved; on the other hand, the fabric fibers of the clothes can be prevented from being damaged, the clothes can be protected and washed to the maximum extent, the comfort and the attractiveness of the clothes are improved, and the service cycle of the clothes is prolonged.
As a possible implementation manner, after the washing is finished, a small amount of detergent and dirt may remain in the laundry, and at this time, the laundry may be rinsed to improve the washing effect of the laundry. The above process is described in detail with reference to example two.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a control method of a laundry processing apparatus according to a second embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 2, the control method of the laundry treating apparatus may specifically include the steps of:
step 201, controlling a water inlet valve of the clothes treatment device to be opened to fill water.
The execution process of step 201 may refer to the execution process of step 101 in the above embodiments, which is not described herein again.
Step 202, controlling a motor of the clothes treatment device to drive a washing barrel to execute a washing process; wherein, the rotating speed of the washing barrel in the washing process is 25rpm to 35rpm, and the operating rate of the washing barrel is 25 percent to 30 percent.
As a possible implementation manner, in order to improve the washing effect of the laundry while saving power, in the present application, the washing process may include a heating stage in which the heater of the laundry treatment apparatus is turned on to heat the washing water, and by heating the washing water, sufficient dissolution of the detergent may be achieved to improve the washing effect of the laundry, and a non-heating stage in which the heater of the laundry treatment apparatus is controlled to be turned off to save power.
It should be noted that, in order to avoid the situation that the temperature is too high and damages the material of the clothes, the heating temperature in the washing process is not too high, for example, the heating temperature may be between 30 degrees and 40 degrees, so as to protect the fabric of the clothes and ensure the washing effect of the clothes.
In the embodiment of the present application, the heating phase may be performed before the non-heating phase, or the heating phase may also be performed after the non-heating phase, which is not limited in the present application. Preferably, in order to enhance the washing effect of the laundry, the heating stage may be performed before the non-heating stage in which the temperature of the washing water in the washing tub is higher than the temperature of the washing water before heating even though the heater is turned off, to enhance the removal rate of the contaminants.
Wherein the washing process may be operated for 25 to 33 minutes, the heating stage may be performed for 10 to 14 minutes, and the non-heating stage may be performed for 15 to 19 minutes.
Step 203, controlling a drain valve of the laundry treatment apparatus to open for draining.
The process of step 203 may refer to the process of step 103 in the above embodiments, which is not described herein again.
And step 204, controlling the water inlet valve to fill water again.
In the embodiment of the application, the dehydration process is not carried out after washing, the water inlet valve is controlled to inject water again, the textile fiber of the clothes can be cared, and the deformation of the clothes is avoided.
Specifically, after the draining is completed, the water inlet valve of the laundry treating apparatus may be controlled to be opened again to perform the water filling. For example, in order to improve the water injection efficiency, and considering that a user may use a detergent such as a softener in the rinsing process, the main wash valve may be controlled to be opened to perform water injection, and after the water injection time reaches a target time, the main wash valve may be controlled to be closed to perform the rinsing process.
Wherein, in the water injection process, the injected water can be cold water to save energy, or the injected water can also be warm water to improve the washing effect of clothes.
It should be noted that, since the dewatering process is not performed after the draining, the laundry contains a large amount of water, and thus, the target time period should not be set to be excessively long, for example, 2 minutes.
Step 205, controlling the motor to drive the washing tub to perform a rinsing process.
In the embodiment of the present application, after the water injection is completed, the rinsing process may be performed. Specifically, the motor may be controlled to drive the washing tub to perform the rinsing process. Therefore, by executing the rinsing process, the detergent and the dirt remained in the clothes can be removed, and the washing effect of the clothes is improved.
As a possible implementation, in order to prevent the fabric fibers of the laundry from being damaged, thereby achieving maximum care of the laundry, the rinsing may be performed at a low rotation speed and a low operation rate during the rinsing process. For example, the motor may be controlled to operate the washing tub at a washing tub rotation speed of 25rpm to 35rpm, and the washing tub may be controlled to operate at an operation rate of 25% to 30%.
For example, during the rinsing process, the motor may be controlled to drive the washing tub to operate at a washing tub rotation speed of 30rpm, the washing tub rotation time is 6 seconds, and the washing tub stop time is 16 seconds, i.e. the washing tub operation efficiency is 6/(6+16) ═ 27.3%. Therefore, the washing barrel is driven by the motor to be rinsed at a low rotating speed and a low running rate, so that residual detergent and stains in clothes can be removed, meanwhile, fabric fibers of the clothes can be prevented from being damaged, and the service cycle of the clothes is prolonged.
And step 206, controlling the drain valve of the clothes treatment device to be opened again to drain water.
In the embodiment of the present application, after the rinsing is completed, the draining process may be performed, and in particular, the drain valve of the laundry treating apparatus may be controlled to be opened again to drain the water. After the draining time is preset, the draining valve of the laundry treating apparatus may be controlled to close again to end the draining process. For example, after draining for 2 minutes, the drain valve may be controlled to be closed to perform the next process.
And step 207, controlling the motor to drive the washing barrel to operate so as to dewater.
The execution process of step 207 may refer to the execution process of step 104 in the above embodiments, which is not described herein again.
According to the control method of the clothes treatment device, the washing process comprises the heating stage and the non-heating stage, on one hand, the washing effect of clothes can be improved, and on the other hand, energy can be saved. And, there is no dehydration process after washing, can take care of the textile fiber of the clothes, avoid the clothes to deform. By executing the rinsing process, the residual detergent and dirt in the clothes can be effectively removed, and the washing effect of the clothes is improved.
It should be noted that, since there is no dehydration process after washing, a large amount of detergent and/or a small amount of dirt may remain in the laundry, and at this time, the washing effect of the laundry may not be ensured only by performing the rinsing process once. Therefore, in the present application, in order to achieve effective removal of the detergent and the stain remaining in the laundry, the steps of controlling the water inlet valve to refill water, controlling the motor to drive the washing tub to perform the rinsing process, and controlling the water discharge valve of the laundry treatment apparatus to be opened again for water discharge may be performed at least two times, that is, steps 204 to 206 may be performed at least two times. By performing the rinsing process at least twice, the residual detergent and dirt in the clothes can be removed as much as possible, and the washing effect of the clothes is improved.
As an example, to perform the rinsing course twice, referring to fig. 3, the control method of the laundry treating apparatus may include the steps of:
step 301, controlling a water inlet valve of the clothes treatment device to be opened to fill water.
Step 302, controlling a motor of the laundry treatment apparatus to drive a washing tub to perform a washing process.
Wherein, the rotating speed of the washing barrel in the washing process is 25rpm to 35rpm, and the operating rate of the washing barrel is 25 percent to 30 percent.
Step 303, controlling a drain valve of the laundry treatment apparatus to open for draining.
In step 304, the water inlet valve is controlled to refill water.
Step 305, controlling the motor to drive the washing tub to perform a rinsing process.
For example, in the first rinsing process, the motor may be controlled to drive the washing tub to operate at a washing tub rotation speed of 30rpm for 3 minutes, wherein the washing tub rotation time is 6 seconds, and the washing tub stop time is 16 seconds.
And step 306, controlling the drain valve of the laundry treating apparatus to be opened again to drain water.
And 307, controlling the water inlet valve to inject water again.
And 308, controlling the motor to drive the washing barrel to perform a rinsing process.
Wherein, the rinsing parameters in the second rinsing process may be the same as the rinsing parameters in the first rinsing process.
In step 309, the drain valve of the laundry treating apparatus is controlled to be opened again to drain the water.
And step 310, controlling the motor to drive the washing tub to operate so as to perform dehydration.
According to the control method of the clothes treatment device, after the washing process and the non-last rinsing process, no dehydration process exists, textile fibers of clothes can be protected, and deformation of the clothes is avoided. By carrying out the rinsing process twice, the residual detergent and stain in the clothes can be effectively removed, and the washing effect of the clothes is improved.
