Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples.
Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used in the description of the invention herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention.
The embodiment of the invention provides a washing control method of a clothes treatment device, the clothes treatment device can be a washing and drying integrated machine with a drying function, and the clothes treatment device comprises: a washing barrel, a heating device and a fan; wherein, the washing barrel comprises an outer barrel for containing water and an inner barrel arranged in the outer barrel for loading clothes; the heating device and the fan can be arranged in the drying tunnel, the fan is used for circularly introducing airflow in the drying tunnel, the heating device is used for heating the airflow in the drying tunnel, the heating device can be a heating pipe, and can also be a heat pump type heating system, for example, for a straight-line type or condensation type washing and drying all-in-one machine, the heating device is a heating pipe, for a heat pump type washing and drying all-in-one machine, the heating device is a heat pump type heating system, and the form of the heating device is not particularly limited in the embodiment of the invention.
In the related art, the water heating pipe at the bottom of the outer barrel is often adopted to heat the washing water in the washing barrel, so that the clothes in the inner barrel are subjected to mite removal through the heated washing water, but the mode is large in power consumption and long in mite removal time, and the inner corners of the washing barrel (such as between the inner barrel and the outer barrel) are difficult to clean, so that the clothes are not thoroughly mite-removed. Based on this, in various embodiments of the present invention, a mite removing washing control is introduced to the laundry treatment apparatus, that is, a fan and a heating device of the laundry treatment apparatus are controlled to operate while the laundry treatment apparatus is washing, so that water molecules in the washing tub can be brought into the drying tunnel by the fan, the water molecules in the drying tunnel are converted into water vapor by the heating device, and the water vapor can heat the washing water in the washing tub while removing mites from the laundry in the washing tub, so that the temperature of the washing water in the washing tub is raised, and mite removal during washing is achieved.
As shown in fig. 1, a washing control method of a laundry treatment apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes:
step 101, controlling a washing barrel of the clothes treatment equipment to feed water to a first washing water level;
here, the first wash water level is a wash water level corresponding to the mite removing wash to be distinguished from the second wash water level corresponding to the normal wash. In order to accelerate mite removal efficiency and reduce power consumption, the first washing water level is lower than the second washing water level.
In some embodiments, controlling a washing tub of a laundry treating apparatus to be filled with water to a first washing water level includes:
controlling the washing barrel of the clothes treatment equipment to feed water to a water level at least submerging the clothes in the inner barrel.
Here, the laundry treating apparatus may feed water into the tub through the water inlet valve, and may control the tub to feed water to the first washing water level by controlling the amount of water fed through the water inlet valve or based on the water level detected by the liquid level detecting device, as long as the laundry in the inner tub is submerged.
Step 102, controlling a fan and a heating device of the clothes treatment equipment to work while controlling the clothes treatment equipment to wash.
Here, after the water inlet valve of the clothes treatment device finishes water inlet, the clothes treatment device can control the inner drum to rotate at the first washing rotating speed, so that the clothes in the inner drum are driven to be washed, and the heating device and the fan are started. The fan is started to bring water molecules in the washing barrel into the drying tunnel, the heating device converts the water molecules in the drying tunnel into water vapor, and the water vapor is used for removing mites on clothes in the washing barrel.
In some embodiments, the controlling the laundry treating apparatus to perform washing while controlling the fan and the heating device of the laundry treating apparatus to operate includes:
controlling an inner barrel of the clothes treatment equipment to rotate at a first washing rotating speed, controlling the fan to circulate to drive water molecules to enter the drying tunnel, controlling the heating device to heat the water molecules into water vapor, and introducing the water vapor into the washing barrel.
Here, because there is a small amount of washing water in the washtub, the fan can circulate and drive the air current that presss from both sides and take the hydrone to get into the drying tunnel, and under heating device's heating action, the hydrone can be heated and generate steam, steam after the heating gets into the washtub through the drying tunnel export, can remove the mite in the washtub all-roundly, and the steam in the washtub can also heat the washing water in the washtub, because the water yield of washing water is limited, can be under the heating of steam, rapid heating, the washing water after the heating can remove the mite to the clothing and the region between inner tube and the outer bucket under the drive of inner tube again. Therefore, both the water vapor and the heated washing water can remove the mites on the clothes, so that the mite removing efficiency of the clothes is high and the mite removing effect is more thorough under the condition that the water vapor and the hot washing water exist simultaneously.
In addition, the mite removal to the clothes in the existing drying mode is easy to cause clothes wrinkles and damage clothes fabrics. According to the embodiment of the invention, the clothes are subjected to mite removal through mite removal washing, and the defects caused by drying and mite removal are effectively overcome.
In some embodiments, controlling the heating device of the laundry treating apparatus to heat the water molecules into water vapor includes:
acquiring the monitoring temperature at the outlet of the drying tunnel;
determining that the monitored temperature reaches or exceeds the upper limit value of a temperature threshold value, and controlling the heating device to stop heating; or determining that the monitored temperature reaches or is lower than a lower limit value of a temperature threshold value, and controlling the heating device to recover heating;
turning off the heating device based on the number of times of heating by the heating device or the temperature of the washing water.
Here, in order to avoid the damage of high temperature to the clothing fabric, the temperature of the water vapor can be controlled to be within a reasonable temperature threshold range, so that the clothing damage in the mite removing process can be effectively avoided. In addition, the water temperature control of the washing water in the washing tub can be indirectly realized by counting the heating times of the heating device. According to the embodiment of the invention, the heating device can be closed based on the directly monitored water temperature of the washing water or the indirectly reflected water temperature of the washing water based on the heating times, so that the water temperature of the washing water meets the mite removing washing requirement.
In some embodiments, the turning off the heating device based on the number of times the heating device heats or the water temperature of the washing water includes:
determining that the heating times of the heating device reach a preset time threshold value, and closing the heating device; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and determining that the water temperature of the washing water reaches or exceeds a set washing water temperature, and turning off the heating device.
Illustratively, when the heating device heats up three times, that is, the heating device is turned on and off three times, the heating device is turned off. Illustratively, it is determined that the temperature of the washing water reaches or exceeds 60 degrees celsius, the heating means is turned off. It will be appreciated that the fan may also be turned off to further save energy consumption and reduce heat loss from the wash water.
In order to make the mite killing effect more thorough, in some embodiments, after turning off the heating device, the method further comprises:
controlling the clothes treatment equipment to continue washing for a first preset time.
At this time, since the water temperature of the washing water in the washing tub reaches the set washing water temperature, the washing water can be fully utilized to remove mites on the laundry by driving the inner tub to rotate.
In an application example, the value range of the first preset time is 15-25 minutes.
It should be noted that the mite removing washing may be an independent treatment program, or may be a treatment process within a certain treatment program, for example, the mite removing washing may be a treatment process for removing mites separately from laundry to meet the mite removing requirement of a user, or the mite removing washing may be a partial treatment process for washing laundry, for example, may be combined with normal washing to meet the mixed requirement of washing and mite removing.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises:
controlling the laundry treating apparatus to perform normal washing.
Here, the normal washing refers to a washing stage in the washing tub corresponding to the second washing water level, and the normal washing may be performed before the mite removing washing or after the mite removing washing. It can be understood that, during normal washing, the water heating pipe may be used to heat the washing water in the washing tub to a predetermined temperature, for example, 40 degrees celsius, so as to improve the dirt-removing power during washing and enhance the washing efficiency.
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following application examples.

after the water inlet of the clothes treatment equipment is finished, the fan and the heating device are started.
Step 204, circularly driving water molecules into a drying tunnel by using a fan, generating water vapor under the action of a heating device, and enabling the water vapor to enter a washing barrel;
the fan can circularly drive airflow with water molecules to enter the drying channel, the water molecules can be heated to generate water vapor under the heating action of the heating device, and the heated water vapor enters the washing barrel through the outlet of the drying channel, so that the mites can be removed in the washing barrel in all directions. At the same time, the water vapor also heats the washing water in the washing tub.
Step 205, the heating device works based on the monitored temperature of the drying tunnel outlet;
here, a temperature sensor may be disposed at an outlet of the drying tunnel, the clothes treatment apparatus may obtain a monitored temperature of the temperature sensor, determine that the monitored temperature is greater than or equal to an upper limit value of a temperature threshold, control the heating device to stop heating, determine that the monitored temperature is less than or equal to a lower limit value of the temperature threshold, and control the heating device to resume heating. It is understood that the upper temperature threshold value and the lower temperature threshold value can be set reasonably according to the heating requirement.
Step 206, determining that the heating times of the heating device reach the set times, and turning off the heating device and the fan;
the clothes treatment equipment also counts the times of heating by starting the heating device, and when the heating times of the heating device reaches the preset times, the heating device and the fan are closed. It can be understood that the set number of times can also be reasonably selected according to the heating requirement, for example, the set number of times is three, and at this time, the temperature of the water in the washing tub can reach more than 60 ℃.
Step 207, after the washing is continued for the first set time, washing and water replenishing are carried out;
the laundry treating apparatus controls the inner tub to rotate to remove mites using the washing water of high temperature. Here, the first set time period for continuing the washing may be preset, and for example, the water inlet valve may be controlled to replenish the water to a level required for the normal washing, that is, the aforementioned second washing water level, after continuing the washing for 15 minutes.
Step 208, the water heating pipe is opened to heat the water in the washing barrel to the washing water temperature;
the laundry treating apparatus may turn on the water heating pipe to heat the water temperature of the washing water in the tub to the washing water temperature, for example, 40 degrees celsius.
Step 209, continuously washing for a second set time;
the laundry treating apparatus controls the washing tub to wash for a second set time period, for example, to finish washing after 20 minutes of washing.
Step 210, rinsing and finishing the washing.
