Abstract
The invention discloses a double-weft-insertion jacquard multi-comb warp knitted fabric and a knitting method thereof, wherein four jacquard combs with half machine numbers are arranged in a ground net to be used as weft insertion padding yarns, and the jacquard padding yarns of a multi-comb warp knitting machine are matched, so that the knitted fabric has the characteristics of clear gradation, transparent meshes, attractive appearance, good strength and the like, and completely subverts the cognition of the traditional double-half machine jacquard single-weft insertion jacquard multi-comb knitted fabric.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a knitting method of warp knitting fabric and fabric thereof, in particular to a knitting method of jacquard multi-comb warp knitting fabric and fabric thereof.
Background
The transparent and delicate mesh effect is one of the most important qualities of high-grade lace fabrics. Often, lace fabrics with these through and delicate meshes have poor wearability, mainly manifested by poor bursting, bursting and anti-snagging properties, and are difficult to withstand daily use or repeated washing and abrasion.
Even if a pad design process is adopted, the conventional single-weft-inserted jacquard multi-bar warp knitted fabric has to be padded on two adjacent transverse rows to form fuzzy meshes, and when the through meshes are knitted, the strength of the fabric is poor due to insufficient transverse connection of weft-inserted jacquard yarns, repeated washing is not resisted, and yarn hooking and breakage are easy to occur in the actual use process. In addition, the conventional single-weft-insertion jacquard multi-comb warp knitted fabric only has two half-jacquard as weft insertion yarns, so that the changeable mesh types are limited; and no matter whether the cushion foundation structure is adopted or not, most of the straight chain loops are pulled by unidirectional jacquard yarns to generate coil distortion, meshes are not correct enough, and the strength is not enough.
With the increasing demands of people on fineness, style, permeability and the like of meshes, innovations in processes and methods are needed.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects that only two half machine number jacquard guide bars are used as weft insertion padding yarns, the variability of mesh structures is less, the strength is insufficient, the permeability is insufficient and the like in the conventional multi-bar warp knitted fabric with weft insertion jacquard, a novel process method is provided, through the research and development of a multi-bar warp knitting machine, the four half machine number jacquard padding yarns are realized, the variability of meshes is greatly enriched, and the wearability of the fabric is enhanced.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: the fabric is double-weft-insertion jacquard multi-comb warp knitted fabric comprising a ground mesh tissue and a jacquard yarn pattern, the ground mesh tissue comprises a chain stitch and weft insertion padding yarns, the fabric takes four half machine number jacquard guide bars as weft insertion padding yarns, and each chain of the fabric is lined with at least two jacquard yarns.
Further, the four half jacquard guide bars can be arranged at any position of the warp knitting machine.
Further, the four half jacquard guide bars can be independently controlled, and the basic tissue yarn laying directions can be combined at will: all the yarns are laid in the same direction or some yarns are laid in the same direction.
Furthermore, when the four jacquard guide bars are used for weaving the pad, the basic chain numbers of the jacquard guide bars can be combined at will.
Furthermore, the four jacquard guide bars can adopt various alignment threading modes.

Each transverse jacquard connecting point is respectively fed with jacquard yarns in two directions, the connecting points between the knitting chains can be as few as one transverse row, and the connection between the wales is very stable.
The invention has the following beneficial effects: in a conventional multi-bar warp knitting machine with weft insertion jacquard, only two half jacquard guide bars are arranged, and the invention is provided with four half jacquard guide bars. The weaving method of the invention can weave a transparent and stable ground net, and the ground net has the appearance transparent effect which can not be achieved by common meshes and has good wearability. One of the special pad aligning technologies combined with double jacquard is the pad aligning technology taking 0-0/1-1//, 1-1/0-0// as basic chain numbers, and each straight knitting chain has up to 4 weft inserted jacquard yarns. The number of jacquard pad yarns crossing between two adjacent knitting chains in the same transverse row can reach 2, and the yarns are padded from different directions, so that the straight knitting chains are neat and attractive, and the strength is very high.
