Abstract
The invention discloses a warp-knitted spacer fabric without spacer yarn loops, which comprises a fabric body integrally knitted on a double-needle-bed warp knitting machine, wherein the fabric body is provided with a front surface layer, a bottom surface layer and a spacer yarn layer, the spacer yarn layer is not knitted into loops on the front surface layer and the bottom surface layer, extension lines of the spacer yarn layer are in cross connection with extension lines of the front surface layer and extension lines of the bottom surface layer, so that the front surface layer, the bottom surface layer and the spacer yarn layer are connected and formed, the spacer yarn layer is knitted by transversely moving the guide bar without making needles, and yarn padding loops are not formed on front and back needle beds of the double-needle-bed warp knitting machine to form a structure without loops with the front surface layer and the bottom surface layer. The invention omits the loop forming structure of the spacing yarn by the spacing yarn layer not looping with the front layer and the bottom layer, thereby reducing the dosage of the spacing yarn and leading the fabric to have the characteristics of light weight, thinness, softness, resistance to snagging and pilling, and the like.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of textile fabrics, and particularly relates to a warp-knitted spacer fabric without spacer yarns being looped.
Background
The common warp-knitted spacer fabric is heavy, thick and hard in hand feeling, the anti-snagging and pilling performance of a cloth cover is poor, objective factors such as yarn selection, a post-finishing process and the like are eliminated, mainly because spacer yarns connecting two sides in the warp-knitted spacer fabric are usually looped on two sides of the fabric, the yarn length of the spacer yarns is usually very large, the spacer fabric is usually very heavy and thick, after the fabric is pulled out on a loom, the spacer yarns are easy to snag due to lack of holding of a knitting needle and are in a loose state, the snagging and pilling performance is poor, if the spacer yarns are used as monofilaments, the snagging and pilling performance can be improved, but the hand feeling can be seriously influenced because the monofilaments protrude out of the surface of the fabric.
Patent CN 108950852 a, "a partially hollow warp-knitted spacer fabric", discloses a partially hollow warp-knitted spacer fabric which is partially connected with a surface layer and a bottom layer through a connecting layer, thereby achieving good air permeability and good visual stimulation. The purpose is to form a partially hollow structure in the middle, thereby making the whole light and thin.
Patent CN 108998965 a, "a sandwich seat fabric and a preparation method thereof", discloses a sandwich fabric which adopts flame-retardant polyester fibers and cotton fibers, uses monofilaments as connecting yarns, and has flame retardancy, stronger moisture absorption, air permeability and antibacterial property through a mesh surface, connecting monofilaments and a plain cloth bottom surface, and is not easy to generate static electricity.
Patent CN 206970818U, "double-faced jacquard spacer warp knitting fabric", discloses a double-faced jacquard spacer warp knitting fabric formed by a surface layer, a bottom layer and a middle layer through a jacquard warp knitting machine in one step, wherein the surface layer and the bottom layer can both have jacquard patterns, and the middle layer can adopt spacer yarns, such as polyester 30D monofilaments. The purpose is to make the surface of the fabric smoother after being stressed by using interweaving points formed by the spacing yarns and the upper surface layer and the lower surface layer.
Patent CN 110029439 a, "a warp knitted fabric of sheath-core structure", reports a warp knitted fabric in which two surface fabric layers are connected by introducing monofilaments of sheath-core structure as spacer yarns, and the sheath of the monofilaments of sheath-core structure can be removed by means of after-finishing, reducing the risk of breakage during weaving.
In view of the above, although widely studied, warp-knitted spacer fabrics still have some problems. The effect achieved by using the connection layer to be locally connected with the surface layer and the bottom layer or using a single-filament mode can cause poor hand feeling and easy hooking and pilling due to the looping of the spacing yarns with the surface layer and the bottom layer, and the weaving efficiency is also influenced; the monofilaments with the sheath-core structures are removed in a post-finishing mode, although the method can reduce the risk of breakage in the weaving process, the problem that the monofilaments are easy to hook and ball on the cloth surface to influence the appearance effect can still not be solved, and the overall thickness is thick.

The invention aims to provide a warp-knitted spacer fabric without spacer yarns being looped.

The front layer of the fabric body is knitted and looped on the bottom layer, and the bottom layer is knitted and looped on the front layer.
When the spacing yarn layer is knitted, the guide bar is not used for front needle traversing, and front needle bed and back needle bed yarn laying looping are not carried out on the front needle bed and the back needle bed of the double needle bed warp knitting machine to form a structure which is not looped with the front surface layer and the bottom surface layer.
The spacer yarn is a functional yarn comprising a spun yarn, a metal yarn or a low-strength yarn.
The front layer of the fabric body is mesh cloth or plain cloth, and the bottom layer is mesh cloth or plain cloth.
The yarns woven by the fabric body are natural fibers, chemical fibers or mixed fibers.
The fabric body is formed by knitting more than 3 guide bars on a double-needle bed warp knitting machine, the number range of the double-needle bed warp knitting machine is from 6 needles per inch to 32 needles per inch, and the breadth range is from 130 inches to 260 inches.
The invention omits the loop forming structure of the spacing yarn by the spacing yarn layer not looping with the front layer and the bottom layer, thereby reducing the dosage of the spacing yarn and leading the fabric to have the characteristics of light weight, thinness, softness, resistance to snagging and pilling, and the like.

For further understanding of the features and technical means of the present invention, as well as the specific objects and functions attained by the present invention, the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and detailed description.
As shown in attached figures 1 and 2, the invention discloses a warp-knitted spacer fabric without spacer yarn loops, which comprises a fabric body integrally knitted on a double-needle bed warp knitting machine, wherein the fabric body is provided with a front surface layer 1, a bottom surface layer 3 and a spacer yarn layer 2, the spacer yarn layer is not knitted into loops on the front surface layer and the bottom surface layer, and extension lines of the spacer yarn layer are crosswise connected with extension lines of the front surface layer and extension lines of the bottom surface layer, so that the front surface layer, the bottom surface layer and the spacer yarn layer are connected and formed. The front layer of the fabric body is looped when being knitted, the front layer is looped when the bottom layer is knitted, and the fabric body is stably connected through the mutual looping of the front layer and the bottom layer.
The spacing yarn layer does not loop with the front surface layer and the bottom surface layer, so that a loop structure of the spacing yarn layer in the front surface layer and the bottom surface layer is omitted, the yarn consumption of the spacing yarn layer is reduced, and the fabric has the characteristics of light weight, thinness, softness, yarn hooking and pilling resistance and the like.
During specific weaving, the following principle is adopted for weaving, and a non-loop structure of the spacing yarn layer is guaranteed to be formed.
1. The guide bar where the spacing yarn layer is located does not do needle front shogging, namely, the front needle bed and the rear needle bed are not padded with yarn to form loops;
2. two adjacent guide bars of the guide bar on which the spacing yarn layer is arranged need to be looped on the back needle bed close to the front needle bed, and need to be looped on the front needle bed close to the back needle bed. The front layer weaving guide bar is knitted into a loop on the bottom layer, the bottom layer weaving guide bar is knitted into a loop on the front layer, and the respective extension threads are in cross connection with the spacing yarn layer.
When the spacing yarn layer is knitted, the guide bar is not used for front needle traversing, and front needle bed and back needle bed yarn laying looping are not carried out on the front needle bed and the back needle bed of the double needle bed warp knitting machine to form a structure which is not looped with the front surface layer and the bottom surface layer.
The spacer yarn is a functional yarn comprising a spun yarn, a metal yarn or a low-strength yarn.

the spacing yarn layer is not knitted into loops on the front surface layer and the bottom surface layer, and the extension lines of the spacing yarn layer are in cross connection with the extension lines of the front surface layer and the extension lines of the bottom surface layer, so that the front surface layer, the bottom surface layer and the spacing yarn layer are connected and formed.

4. The warp-knitted spacer fabric without loops of spacer yarns according to claim 3, wherein the spacer yarns are functional yarns comprising spun yarns, metal yarns or low strength yarns.
5. The warp-knitted spacer fabric without loops of spacer yarns as claimed in claim 4, wherein the fabric body has a front layer of mesh or flat cloth and a bottom layer of mesh or flat cloth.
6. The warp-knitted spacer fabric without loops of spacer yarns according to claim 5, wherein the yarns knitted by the fabric body are natural fibers, chemical fibers or hybrid fibers.
7. The warp-knitted spacer fabric without spacer yarn loops of claim 6, wherein said fabric body is knitted with more than 3 guide bars on a double needle bed warp knitting machine having a gauge ranging from 6 to 32 needles per inch and a breadth ranging from 130 to 260 inches.
