Abstract
本发明涉及一种减少废液的新型冷锻加工润滑剂及其制备方法,所述润滑剂包括如下质量百分比的组分:基础油30‑50%,润滑剂10‑20%,磷酸20‑40%,极压剂15‑30%,铁盐5‑10%,耦合剂1‑5%,去离子水1‑5%。本发明主要用于钢管表面磷化后拉拔的工艺,该润滑剂可以再在一定的温度和时间下与钢管表面形成致密的反应膜,在金属冷锻加工工艺中起到减轻摩擦提高润滑的作用,提高生产效率,节约能源,且减少废液的产生,属于环境友好型产品,拉拔后的钢管主要用于汽车转向柱、传动轴用管,发动机油气管以及流体管道用管和机械液压管等。

技术领域
本发明涉及钢管磷化拉拔领域,具体涉及一种减少废液的新型冷锻加工润滑剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
钢管是一种经济钢材,用于运输、机械制造等各行各业,可以减轻重量,节省金属20~40%,而且可实现工厂化机械化施工。在钢管的拉拔过程中,润滑剂的选择尤为重要。
传统的钢管拉拔是采用磷化皂化的工艺,通过磷化液的作用使钢管表面生产一层致密的磷化膜,可以钢管和模具之间的摩擦,水洗之后进行冷拔加工,过程中会产生大量的废水废渣,不符合节能环保的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种减少废液的新型冷锻加工润滑剂及其制备方法,用以解决现有技术中生产效率低、不环保的问题。
本发明一方面提供了一种空调冷凝器铝扩管油,包括如下质量百分比的组分:
进一步的,所述基础油为环烷油。
进一步的,所述润滑剂为芥酸酰胺、椰油酸但乙醇酰胺和油酸酰胺中的一种或多种。
进一步的,所述极压剂为硼酸酯、甘油酯和磷酸酯中的一种或多种。
本发明另一方面提供一种减少废液的新型冷锻加工润滑剂的制备方法,具体包括如下步骤:
(1)向反应釜中依次投入称量好的基础油、润滑剂、铁盐、极压剂,开始加热搅拌系统,温度75~80℃,时间35±5min;
(2)继续向反应釜中投放磷酸和耦合剂并加热搅拌,温度75~80℃,时间35±5min;
(3)最后投入去离子水并加热搅拌温度75~80℃,时间60±5min;之后得到减少废液的新型冷锻加工润滑剂。
采用上述本发明技术方案的有益效果是:
本发明减少废液的新型冷锻加工润滑剂,可以在一定的温度和时间下与钢管直接反应,生成一层致密的反应膜,反应膜可以提供优秀的润滑和防锈性,使拉拔后的钢管表面光亮无磨损,延长了模具寿命,提供生产效率,钢管拉拔过程中较少废液产生,达到环保的效果。

(1)向反应釜中依次投入称量好的基础油、润滑剂、铁盐、极压剂,开始加热搅拌系统,温度75~80℃,时间35±5min;
(2)继续向反应釜中投放磷酸和耦合剂并加热搅拌,温度75~80℃,时间35±5min;
(3)最后投入去离子水并加热搅拌温度75~80℃,时间60±5min;之后得到减少废液的新型冷锻加工润滑剂。

本发明减少废液的新型冷锻加工润滑剂,可以在一定的温度和时间下与钢管直接反应,生成一层致密的反应膜,反应膜可以提供优秀的润滑和防锈性,使拉拔后的钢管表面光亮无磨损,延长了模具寿命,提供生产效率,钢管拉拔过程中较少废液产生,达到环保的效果。

4.根据权利要求1所述的新型冷锻加工润滑剂,其特征在于,所述极压剂为硼酸酯、甘油酯和磷酸酯中的一种或多种。
5.一种减少废液的新型冷锻加工润滑剂的制备方法,其特征在于,具体包括如下步骤:
(1)向反应釜中依次投入称量好的基础油、润滑剂、铁盐、极压剂,开始加热搅拌系统,温度75~80℃,时间35±5min;
(2)继续向反应釜中投放磷酸和耦合剂并加热搅拌,温度75~80℃,时间35±5min;
(3)最后投入去离子水并加热搅拌温度75~80℃,时间60±5min;之后得到减少废液的新型冷锻加工润滑剂。
