Description

Decoration and heat preservation integrated exterior wall cladding
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of building exterior wall cladding, relates to an integrated external wall cladding, and particularly relates to a decoration and heat insulation integrated exterior wall cladding, which solves the problem that the traditional heat insulation integrated plate is easy to layer during heat insulation, is applied to an external environment, and has wear resistance and rain wash resistance.
Background
Building industrialization is a production mode of large industry through modern manufacturing, transportation, installation and scientific management to replace a scattered, low-level and low-efficiency handicraft production mode in the traditional building industry. The industrialization of buildings is also summarized into six types, namely serialization, standardization, conglomeration, scale, integration and mechanization, namely, the technology is taken as a guide, advanced and applicable technologies and equipment are adopted, the production of building structural accessories, products and equipment is developed on the basis of building standardization, a technical service system and a medium mechanism of the market are cultivated, and the production and operation activities of the building industry are gradually brought to the specialized and social roads. The fireproof heat-preservation decorative integrated board has very important research significance as an important branch of building industrialization.
The existing exterior wall cladding mainly comprises a stone exterior wall cladding, a fiber cement exterior wall cladding and the like; the stone exterior wall cladding has most functions required by the exterior wall cladding and is also used by a plurality of buildings. The stone exterior wall cladding has the defects that firstly, some stones have radiation and can cause certain damage to human bodies; secondly, the stone is a non-renewable resource and is expensive; thirdly, the weight is large, and the requirements on the outer wall body and the steel structure are high. The fiber cement external wall board is widely used for external walls at foreign countries, but has just emerged at home, is fireproof, anticorrosive, heat-insulating, anti-aging, non-radiation, low in manufacturing cost, energy-saving, environment-friendly, simple and convenient to construct, easy to carve, capable of creating a plain and natural building style, and started to be used in some national-level projects, such as Shanghai world exposition Chinese theme center, public security department badminton stadium and the like. With the progress of society, the fiber cement exterior wall cladding is increasingly used for various building walls and becomes the mainstream of buildings like abroad.
The existing integrated external wallboard has the following defects: (1) most of the integrated plates in the market at present adopt a wet-pasting integrated plate construction method, so that the risk of falling off exists; (2) the surface of the integrated plate has single shape and poor decorative effect. Based on this, the research to integrative external wallboard has important meaning.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems and provides a decoration and heat insulation integrated exterior wall cladding.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for realizing the purpose is as follows: the exterior wall cladding comprises a decorative surface layer, a structural layer, a heat insulation layer and a galvanized steel frame with an embedded part, wherein the embedded part penetrates through the heat insulation layer and extends into the structural layer, and the key point is that the outer surface of the decorative surface layer is coated with a protective layer, and the protective layer comprises 80-90 parts by weight of pure acrylic emulsion, 18-21 parts by weight of polyurethane associated thickening agent, 5-8 parts by weight of vinyl triethoxysilane, 12-15 parts by weight of hydroxyethyl cellulose, 25-30 parts by weight of vinyl alkoxy phosphate, 15-20 parts by weight of 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid, 8-10 parts by weight of n-dodecyl mercaptan and 70-100 parts by weight of water.
Furthermore, the decorative surface layer comprises, by weight, 1-2 parts of high-strength cement, 0.5-1 part of pigment stone, 2.5-4 parts of aggregate and 1-2.5 parts of water.
Furthermore, the structural layer comprises, by weight, 1-10 parts of high-strength cement, 0.5-2.5 parts of alkali-resistant fiber and 1.5-5 parts of water.
Furthermore, the raw materials of the heat-insulating layer comprise, by mass, 90-120 parts of portland cement, 30-34 parts of fly ash, 0.2-0.6 part of a foaming agent, 0.1-0.5 part of a polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent, 8-15 parts of polystyrene board particles and 50-60 parts of water.
Furthermore, the thickness of the decorative surface layer is 3-12mm, the thickness of the structural layer is 20-30mm, and the thickness of the insulating layer is 90-150 mm.
Further, the high-strength cement is concrete with the strength grade larger than C60.
Furthermore, the embedded part is of a structure shaped like a Chinese character 'ji'.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the decorative and heat-insulating integrated hanging plate solves the risk that an outer wall wet-sticking heat-insulating hanging plate is easy to fall off, changes the characteristic of single shape of the traditional hanging plate, and can be made into any shape desired by customers. When the heat-insulation integrated plate is manufactured, the decoration layer, the structural layer and the heat-insulation layer are constructed together, so that the surface layer, the structural layer, the heat-insulation layer and the mounting steel frame are integrally formed, and the problem that the traditional heat-insulation integrated plate is easy to layer due to heat insulation is solved. In addition, stone waste materials with various colors and aggregate crushed from construction waste are added in the surface layer modeling, thereby contributing to environmental protection.
The decorative and heat-preservation integrated hanging plate has the characteristics of water resistance, ice coating prevention, heat preservation, fire prevention and high strength, through the design of each layer, the decorative surface layer has the protection performances of wear resistance, rain erosion resistance and the like, the structural layer has the compression resistance and the folding resistance, the heat preservation layer achieves the purposes of heat preservation, fire prevention and high strength, the surface structural layer and the heat preservation layer are constructed together during manufacturing, the integrity of a product is ensured, and construction waste and falling risks caused by secondary bonding are avoided.
The invention relates to a decorative heat-insulating hanging plate applied to the external environment and damaged by wind, sand, rain and other environments for a long time.
