The restaurant waste disposal system is suitable for disposing of waste generated in a restaurant. When the garbage delivery assembly 11 pours the garbage in the garbage can into the inlet end 121 of the water filtering packing auger 12, the discharge port 113 corresponds to the inlet end 121.
The fine separation and crushing device 13 is used for mincing and extruding the restaurant garbage after water filtration so as to enable the restaurant garbage to be convenient for respective treatment. It is contemplated that the inlet end 121 of the drainage auger 12 is in communication with the oil-water separator 16 so that the mixture of water and oil filtered by the drainage auger 12 can be separated.
The screw stacking machine 17 is a prior art, sewage is treated through interaction between a screw shaft and a movable ring and a stationary ring, moisture in garbage is separated through a special process, the separated garbage can be directly bagged and transported, the separated liquid can be discharged into the oil-water separation device 16 again, and the treatment process includes conveying the garbage, injecting liquid medicine, concentrating and dehydrating the garbage to a discharged garbage cake, so that material-liquid separation is realized. Through the treatment of the stack screw machine 17, the restaurant garbage is finally changed into dry garbage, water and oil, so that the subsequent treatment can be facilitated.
The water collecting device 18 is disposed at the inlet end 121 and the discharge port 113 side of the water filtering auger 12, and is used for receiving the liquid flowing out from the inlet end 121 and the discharge port 113.
