In the specific implementation process, the raw kitchen waste is conveyed to the large substance sorting unit by the bottom screw after being subjected to water filtration treatment in the receiving hopper. The big substance sorting unit mainly functions to separate big substances in the kitchen waste, such as plastic bags, glass bottles, pop-top cans and the like. The large material sorting machine is of an upper layer shaftless spiral structure and a lower layer shaftless spiral structure, is not easy to block and wind, and is provided with a screen with a hole in the middle. During the spiral propelling process of the garbage, the materials and liquid smaller than the screen holes fall under the screen. The materials larger than the sieve pores are spirally pushed to the impurity discharge hole to be taken as large-substance impurities to be separated from the system, and the removal rate of the large impurities in the equipment is larger than 90 percent. The shaftless screw has a crushing effect on the bag during the propulsion. The bottom of the sorting machine for the large substances is provided with a grid, residual oil and water in the garbage are further leached out, and the leached oil and water are sent into a filtrate temporary storage pool through a pipeline.
In the specific implementation process, the crushing pulping unit is mainly used for crushing the kitchen waste sent by the large-substance sorting unit into pulp with the particle size of below 8mm, and simultaneously separating light substances and part of other impurities which are not easy to crush in the kitchen waste. After the kitchen waste enters a crushing pulping sorting machine, large solid matters (food, bones, paper and the like) and easily crushed heavy matters (shells, glass, ceramic chips and the like) are crushed into slurry with the size of less than 8mm, and light matters (plastics, fibers, bamboo, wood and the like) and part of impurities such as metals and the like which are not easy to crush are discharged out of the system by the crushing pulping sorting machine. The separated impurities are dry and can be directly incinerated.

In the specific implementation process, the oil extraction unit mainly comprises a three-phase horizontal centrifuge, an oil temporary storage tank and the like, and the oil in the organic slurry is separated through a centrifugal separation process, so that the recovery of crude oil is realized. The three-phase horizontal centrifuge can divide the slurry into three parts, grease, waste residue and waste water.
In an alternative embodiment, the grease separated by the three-phase separator may be processed into biodiesel.
In an alternative embodiment, the first wastewater separated by the three-phase separator is recycled by being introduced into the crushing and pulping step.
In an alternative embodiment, the inorganic waste sorted in the waste sorting step is sent to a landfill for disposal.
In an alternative embodiment, the second wastewater from the dewatering step is treated by a wastewater treatment system and discharged after reaching standards.
In an optional embodiment, the waste gas generated in the solid-liquid separation step, the garbage sorting step, the crushing and pulping step and the dehydration step is collected in a centralized manner, and the waste gas is subjected to deodorization treatment by a deodorization system and is discharged after reaching the standard.
In an optional embodiment, the deodorization system comprises a secondary spray tower and a biological spray tower which are communicated in sequence, and the biological spray tower adopts plant deodorization liquid to purify and deodorize the waste gas. In the specific implementation process, the secondary spray tower comprises an advanced oxidation reactor and an alkaline washing reactor, the advanced oxidation deodorization process is to oxidize odor substances by strong oxidation, and the odor removal rate of the advanced oxidation reaction is about 40%. The alkali washing reaction deodorization process is characterized in that acid-base neutralization reaction principles are utilized, acid odoriferous substances are neutralized by caustic soda, and the odor removal rate of the alkali washing reaction is about 35%. The plant liquid micro-fog reaction process is characterized in that plant liquid is used for absorbing odor-causing substances, part of gas-phase substances are transferred to a liquid phase, the liquid-phase substances are subjected to neutralization oxidation reaction in the process, and the odor removal rate of the plant liquid micro-fog reaction process section is 20%.
In the specific implementation process, after the malodorous gas is generated, the malodorous gas is firstly collected in a closed chamber, the polluted gas is immediately captured by a negative pressure closed chamber, then enters a spray tower, ammonia and sulfide are removed under the action of spray liquid, then the malodorous gas is degraded through a physical reaction of a plant deodorizing additive, and finally the gas after the odor purification is degraded through a chemical reaction of the plant deodorizing liquid in a biological tower is exhausted in high altitude through an exhaust pipe. The deodorization system has the advantages of high purification efficiency at one time and capability of purifying various pollutants simultaneously.
In an optional embodiment, the biological conditioner comprises biological bacteria A and biological bacteria B, the biological bacteria A and the biological bacteria B are uniformly stirred with tap water according to a preset proportion, and then the liquor is pumped into the slurry through a metering pump according to a preset flow rate so as to stir and sterilize the slurry.

Adding the medicament into a medicament preparation tank, adding tap water according to a proportion, uniformly stirring, and pumping the medicament into the combined reactor by a medicament metering pump according to a preset flow rate to react with the slurry.
In an alternative embodiment, the organic residue after the garbage conditioning liquid is dehydrated is subjected to high-temperature aerobic composting and high-temperature extrusion granulation treatment in sequence to prepare mud cakes. In the specific implementation process, the biomass processing unit is of a full-automatic structure and comprises the procedures of granulating, lifting, cooling, screening, dedusting, packaging and the like, and the whole set of unit is controlled by a unified electric control cabinet. The biomass processing unit can also adjust the size of the product according to the condition of the material and the market requirement so as to meet different customer requirements.

Compared with the prior art, the invention can carry out harmless and resource treatment on the kitchen waste, saves environmental protection and circular economy, and can realize coordination and unification of environmental, social and economic benefits.
It should be understood that the above examples are only for clarity of illustration and are not intended to limit the embodiments. Other variations and modifications will be apparent to persons skilled in the art in light of the above description. And are neither required nor exhaustive of all embodiments. And obvious variations or modifications therefrom are within the scope of the invention.
