Description

Traditional Chinese medicine composition containing fingered citron, preparation and application
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition containing fingered citron, a preparation and application thereof.
Background
Fat accumulation is classified according to the quantity of qi and blood of skin and flesh of people in Huangdi's classic, and fat, paste and meat are classified, wherein the paste is slowly cooked in longitudinal and abdominal puffiness, the fat is firmly cooked in popliteal flesh, and the skin and flesh of meat people are not separated from the body and are large. The fat of the 'cream person' is accumulated in the abdomen, the body shape is small, the abdominal circumference is large, the grease is concentrated in the abdomen, the appearance and the fat amount of the abdomen are far larger than those of the fat person, and the fat-cream type abdominal obesity belongs to abdominal obesity. Abdominal obesity is generally fat accumulated in the peritoneum of the abdominal cavity and the abdominal cavity of organs, and is mainly surrounded by the subcutaneous and epididymis, and its appearance is mainly marked by a significant increase in waist circumference.
The pathogenesis of obesity is various, but the root cause of obesity is closely related to the life style of modern people, and adverse reactions such as overeating, smoking and alcoholism promote fat deposition and insulin resistance, so that the abdominal circumference is increased to cause abdominal obesity. Insulin resistance is the pathological basis of diabetes, and currently, insulin resistance is commonly used as insulin sensitizers, such as metformin and thiazolidinediones, but the medicines often have gastrointestinal reactions, anaphylactic reactions and the like. Thiazolidinedione drugs are not suitable for patients with absolute insulin deficiency, severe or acute heart failure, and have common side effects of headache, dizziness, hypodynamia, nausea, and liver injury of some patients. The traditional Chinese medicine has obvious curative effects on losing weight and reducing fat, and has the advantages of multiple components, multiple targets, multiple ways, lasting and mild property, less adverse reaction after long-term use and the like.
In the prior art, most weight-reducing medicines can cause diarrhea after being taken, and chitosan is a natural high molecular polymer and has good safety when being used as a natural fat adsorbent compared with other weight-reducing and lipid-lowering foods and medicines. However, the dosage of the chitosan is often required to be large in the aspect of reducing weight and fat, but constipation symptoms are easily caused by increasing the dosage, and the ideal effect cannot be achieved by excessively low dosage.
The fingered citron mainly contains chemical components such as volatile oil, flavonoid, polysaccharide and the like, has the effects of eliminating phlegm, relieving cough and asthma, and also has the effects of resisting inflammation, resisting bacteria, reducing blood pressure, resisting cancer and resisting depression. However, the fingered citron extract has low bioavailability and poor absorption, and the traditional Chinese medicine extract adopting water extraction is easy to hydrolyze or oxidize to generate hydrolysis or deterioration in the storage process.
Therefore, the search for a medicament which has definite curative effect, safety, reliability and good stability, can be used for losing weight and reducing fat for a long time and has the function of insulin resistance is very important.

Preferably, the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5 parts of fingered citron, 3 parts of glossy privet fruit, 1 part of Japanese thistle herb, 0.5 part of Pu' er tea, 1 part of chitosan, 2 parts of Chinese yam and 2 parts of rhizoma alismatis.
The invention also provides a traditional Chinese medicine composition oral preparation containing fingered citron, which is prepared by taking water extracts or enzyme extracts of fingered citron, glossy privet fruit, Japanese thistle herb, Pu' er tea, chitosan, Chinese yam and oriental waterplantain rhizome as effective components and adding pharmaceutically acceptable auxiliary components.
Preferably, the oral preparation is decoction, extract, capsule, pill, mixture, tablet or granule. In the embodiment of the invention, the oral preparation can be decoction, and pharmaceutically acceptable auxiliary components can be added in other embodiments to prepare extract, capsule, pill, mixture, tablet or granule.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the fingered citron-containing traditional Chinese medicine composition oral preparation, and the oral preparation is prepared by the following steps:
(1) weighing fingered citron, glossy privet fruit, Japanese thistle herb, Pu' er tea, Chinese yam and rhizoma alismatis in parts by weight according to a formula, crushing, adding 10 times of distilled water by volume, decocting for 30-45 min, filtering, adding 8 times of distilled water by volume into filter residues, decocting for 30-45 min, filtering, and combining the filtrate to obtain a mixed solution A;
(2) weighing chitosan according to a formula, adding 0.5% trichoderma viride with the same volume as the mixed solution A in the step (1), stirring for dissolving, soaking for 2 hours, adding the extracting solution in the step (1), and standing for 3-6 hours to obtain a mixed solution B;
(3) concentrating the mixed B obtained in the step (2) to 1g/mL, adding pharmaceutically acceptable auxiliary components, and preparing into oral preparation.
In addition, the invention also provides application of the fingered citron-containing traditional Chinese medicine composition in preparing medicines for losing weight, reducing fat and improving insulin resistance.
The fingered citron extract has low bioavailability and poor absorption, and the fingered citron extract which is extracted by water is easy to hydrolyze or oxidize to generate hydrolysis or deterioration in the storage process.
Furthermore, the stability of the traditional Chinese medicine composition is proved by the stability of the test example 1, the stability of the traditional Chinese medicine composition is good, and the pharmacodynamics experiment of the test example 2 proves that the traditional Chinese medicine composition has obvious treatment effect on insulin resistance and obesity, and has no obvious toxic or side effect.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages: 1) the traditional Chinese medicine composition has the advantages of good stability, low price of medicinal materials, wide sources and simple extraction process; 2) the traditional Chinese medicine composition is a natural medicine extract, has simple medicine composition and small administration dosage, has obvious treatment effect on insulin resistance and obesity through pharmacodynamic experiment verification, and has no obvious toxic or side effect; 3) the traditional Chinese medicine composition has the liver protection effect.
