All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The following examples employ the following apparatus details:

Example 1
The total nutrient formula food for the tumor patients comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40 parts of non-dairy creamer, 5 parts of cane sugar, 25 parts of whey protein, 5 parts of soybean protein isolate, 5 parts of fructo-oligosaccharide, 5 parts of fish oil powder, 2 parts of maltodextrin, 7 parts of mineral substances, 2 parts of nucleotide, 1 part of vitamin, 1 part of citric acid, 0.5 part of xanthan gum, 1 part of fruit essence, 0.5 part of silicon dioxide and 0.05 part of sucralose.
The preparation process of the food is shown in figure 1, and comprises the following steps:
s1, weighing the raw materials in parts by weight;
s2, respectively crushing the sucrose and the citric acid, and sieving the crushed sucrose and the citric acid by a 60-mesh sieve for later use; respectively sieving non-dairy creamer, lactalbumin, soy protein isolate, fructo-oligosaccharide, fish oil powder, maltodextrin, mineral substances, nucleotide, vitamins, citric acid and xanthan gum with a 40-mesh sieve for later use;
s3, premixing the sieved sucrose, citric acid, mineral substances, maltodextrin, vitamins, nucleotides and fish oil powder by adopting a wet granulator to obtain premix; the premixing stirring time is 10 min; the frequency of the premixed motor is 30hz of bottom paddle and 45hz of side knife;
s4, putting the premix and the sieved non-dairy creamer, whey protein, soy protein isolate, fructo-oligosaccharide, xanthan gum, fruit essence, silicon dioxide and sucralose into a high-speed mixer for total mixing; after the total mixing is carried out for 10min under the motor frequency of 45hz, stopping the machine to check the mixing condition, mainly judging the physicochemical state and the edible flavor and taste of the premix, preventing the system from heating up due to overlong stirring time of equipment, facilitating the preservation of the nutrient components of the raw materials, and then continuing the total mixing for 5 min;
s5, checking whether the totally and uniformly mixed finished product has lumps, discharging, boxing, wrapping with a film, boxing, pasting a material label, and warehousing to be released; and opening and confirming that the powder packaging equipment can normally operate and checking that the material label is correct, and then performing powder packaging operation.
Example 2
The total nutrient formula food for the tumor patients comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 35 parts of non-dairy creamer, 3 parts of cane sugar, 20 parts of whey protein, 3 parts of soybean protein isolate, 3 parts of fructo-oligosaccharide, 3 parts of fish oil powder, 1 part of maltodextrin, 5 parts of mineral substances, 1 part of nucleotide, 0.5 part of vitamin, 0.5 part of citric acid, 0.3 part of xanthan gum, 0.5 part of fruit essence, 0.3 part of silicon dioxide and 0.03 part of sucralose.
The preparation process of the food is the same as that of example 1.
Example 3
The total nutrient formula food for the tumor patients comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 45 parts of non-dairy creamer, 8 parts of cane sugar, 30 parts of whey protein, 8 parts of soybean protein isolate, 8 parts of fructo-oligosaccharide, 8 parts of fish oil powder, 3 parts of maltodextrin, 9 parts of mineral substances, 3 parts of nucleotide, 1.5 parts of vitamin, 1.5 parts of citric acid, 0.8 part of xanthan gum, 1.5 parts of fruit essence, 0.8 part of silicon dioxide and 0.08 part of sucralose.
The preparation process of the food is the same as that of example 1.
Example 4
The total nutrient formula food for the tumor patients comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 38 parts of non-dairy creamer, 4 parts of cane sugar, 22 parts of whey protein, 4 parts of soybean protein isolate, 4 parts of fructo-oligosaccharide, 4 parts of fish oil powder, 1.5 parts of maltodextrin, 6 parts of mineral substances, 1.5 parts of nucleotide, 0.75 part of vitamin, 0.75 part of citric acid, 0.4 part of xanthan gum, 0.8 part of fruit essence, 0.4 part of silicon dioxide and 0.04 part of sucralose.
The preparation process of the food is the same as that of example 1.
Example 5
The total nutrient formula food for the tumor patients comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 42 parts of non-dairy creamer, 6.5 parts of cane sugar, 28 parts of whey protein, 6.5 parts of soybean protein isolate, 6.5 parts of fructo-oligosaccharide, 6.5 parts of fish oil powder, 2.5 parts of maltodextrin, 8 parts of mineral substances, 2.5 parts of nucleotide, 1.25 parts of vitamin, 1.25 parts of citric acid, 0.6 part of xanthan gum, 1.2 parts of fruit essence, 0.75 part of silicon dioxide and 0.06 part of sucralose.
The preparation process of the food is the same as that of example 1.
Comparative example
The total nutrient formula food for the tumor patients comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20 parts of whey protein powder, 3 parts of caprylic/capric glyceride, 5 parts of linseed oil, 2 parts of chia seed oil, 7 parts of sucrose, 45 parts of maltodextrin, 1 part of nucleotide, 1 part of vitamin, 5 parts of mineral substances, 5 parts of xanthan gum, 1 part of soybean lecithin, 2 parts of citric acid, 0.05 part of L-ascorbyl palmitate, 1.5 parts of essence, 1.5 parts of silicon dioxide and 0.05 part of sucralose.
The preparation process of the food is shown in fig. 2, and the preparation process adopts a pure wet granulation process, wherein the operation parameters of the wet granulator in the step of fig. 2 are as follows: bottom paddle 30hz, side knife 45hz, time 10 min.
By comparison, the tumor patient total nutrient formula food prepared by the preparation process has the advantages of weak hygroscopicity, good fluidity, good flavor and taste and good storage stability; according to the full-nutrition formula food for the tumor patients, liquid raw materials such as linseed oil and chia seed oil are not adopted in the raw materials, solid raw materials such as microencapsulated non-dairy creamer, whey protein and fish oil powder are uniformly adopted, and a dry preparation process is adopted, so that the preparation process of the food is simple, risk control points are reduced, the production cost is reduced, the production efficiency of the food is further improved, the production energy consumption is saved, and the material transportation and storage cost is reduced.

Accordingly, such modifications and improvements are intended to be within the scope of the invention as claimed.
Claims (10)
1. The full-nutrition formula food for tumor patients is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 35-45 parts of non-dairy creamer, 3-8 parts of sucrose, 20-30 parts of whey protein, 3-8 parts of soybean protein isolate, 3-8 parts of fructo-oligosaccharide, 3-8 parts of fish oil powder, 1-3 parts of maltodextrin, 5-9 parts of mineral substances, 1-3 parts of nucleotide, 0.5-1.5 parts of vitamin, 0.5-1.5 parts of citric acid, 0.3-0.8 part of xanthan gum, 0.5-1.5 parts of fruit essence, 0.3-0.8 part of silicon dioxide and 0.03-0.08 part of sucralose.

The complete nutritional formula food for tumor patients according to claim 1, wherein the food comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40 parts of non-dairy creamer, 5 parts of cane sugar, 25 parts of whey protein, 5 parts of soybean protein isolate, 5 parts of fructo-oligosaccharide, 5 parts of fish oil powder, 2 parts of maltodextrin, 7 parts of mineral substances, 2 parts of nucleotide, 1 part of vitamin, 1 part of citric acid, 0.5 part of xanthan gum, 1 part of fruit essence, 0.5 part of silicon dioxide and 0.05 part of sucralose.
3. Process for the preparation of a food product according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that it comprises the following steps:
s1, weighing the raw materials in parts by weight;
s2, respectively crushing and sieving the sucrose and the citric acid for later use; respectively sieving non-dairy creamer, lactalbumin, soy protein isolate, fructo-oligosaccharide, fish oil powder, maltodextrin, mineral substances, nucleotide, vitamins, citric acid and xanthan gum for later use;
s3, premixing the sieved sucrose, citric acid, mineral substances, maltodextrin, vitamins, nucleotides and fish oil powder by adopting a wet granulator to obtain premix;
s4, putting the premix and the sieved non-dairy creamer, whey protein, soy protein isolate, fructo-oligosaccharide, xanthan gum, fruit essence, silicon dioxide and sucralose into a high-speed mixer for total mixing;
and S5, discharging, warehousing and packaging the finished product after the finished product which is mixed uniformly is inspected to be qualified.
4. The process for preparing a food according to claim 3, wherein the screened mesh number is 40-60 mesh in S2.
5. The process for preparing a food product according to claim 3, wherein the premixing in S3 is performed for 8-15 min.
6. The process for preparing a food product according to claim 5, wherein the premixing in S3 is performed for 10 min.
7. The process of claim 3, wherein the pre-mixing motor frequency is 30hz and 45hz at S3.
8. The process for preparing a food product according to claim 3, wherein the total mixing time in S4 is 10-20 min.
9. The process for preparing a food product according to claim 8, wherein the total mixing time in S4 is 15 min.
10. The process for preparing a food product according to claim 3, wherein the motor frequency of the total mixing is 45hz at S4.
