In view of the above, the invention provides a water and fertilizer integrated sprinkling irrigation system, which adopts a mechanized structure and solves the problems that the sprinkling irrigation cost is too high and the water and the nutrients cannot be supplemented to crops at the same time in the existing design.
The scheme for solving the technical problems is as follows: a water and fertilizer integrated sprinkling irrigation system comprises a water supply device, a filtering device, a material application box, a stirring device and a sprinkling irrigation device, wherein a water outlet of the water supply device is communicated with a water inlet of the filtering device, a first booster pump is arranged between the water outlet of the water supply device and the water inlet of the filtering device, and a filtering layer is arranged in the filtering device to filter and clean water supplied by the water supply device; the filtering device is provided with a water outlet, and the water outlet of the filtering device is communicated with the application box so as to convey filtered and cleaned water to the application box; the stirring device comprises a stirring box, a first motor and a stirring blade, wherein the stirring box is provided with a feeding port, the output end of the first motor is connected with a rotating shaft, the rotating shaft is arranged inside the stirring box, the stirring blade is arranged on the rotating shaft, the bottom of the stirring box is provided with a first discharging port, and the first discharging port is communicated with the material application box; the sprinkling irrigation equipment includes second booster pump and spray tube, the spray tube with the case intercommunication of executing fertilizer, the second booster pump set up install in the second booster pump with between the spray tube, with will material in the case of executing fertilizer is discharged by the spray tube.

The water and fertilizer integrated sprinkling irrigation system provided by the invention has the following beneficial effects: the water supply device is communicated with the filtering device, the filtering layer arranged in the filtering device effectively filters and intercepts impurities in the water supplied by the water supply device, and the water flowing into the application tank becomes clean; the stirring blades in the stirring device rotate under the action of the first motor, so that the fertilizer put into the stirring device is uniform, the fertilizer is further refined and quickly dissolved in water in the application box due to the arrangement of the crushing device, the device can meet the requirements of irrigation water and nutrients, and the applicability is strong; the filter can effectively prevent the blockage of the second booster pump in the process of conveying materials; the first valve can adjust the flow sprayed out by the spray pipe, so that the efficiency is high, and the resources are saved.

The principles and features of this invention are described below in conjunction with the following drawings, which are set forth by way of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention. The invention is described in more detail in the following paragraphs by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings. Advantages and features of the present invention will become apparent from the following description and from the claims. It is to be noted that the drawings are in a very simplified form and are not to precise scale, which is merely for the purpose of facilitating and distinctly claiming the embodiments of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of a water and fertilizer integrated sprinkling irrigation system provided by the invention. The system comprises a water supply device 1, a filtering device 4, a stirring device 5, a crushing device 6, a material application box 7 and a sprinkling irrigation device 10, wherein the water supply device 1 is a box body, the top end of the water supply device 1 is provided with a water inlet 11, the side wall of the water supply device is provided with a water outlet, the water outlet is communicated with the top end of the filtering device 4 through a pipeline 3, and particularly, a first booster pump 2 is arranged on the pipeline 3 communicated between the water supply device 1 and the filtering device 4 so as to pump water in the water supply device 1 out and convey the water to the filtering device 4; the top of the filtering device 4 is provided with a water inlet which is communicated with the water outlet of the water supply device 1, a filtering layer is further arranged inside the filtering device 4 to intercept sundries in the conveyed water, the bottom of the filtering device 4 is provided with an opening and a cover body 41 which is matched with the opening, the side wall of the filtering device 4 is provided with a water outlet which is positioned below the filtering layer, and the water outlet of the filtering device 4 is communicated with a material application box 7; the stirring device 5 comprises a feeding port 51, a first motor 52, a stirring blade 53 and a stirring box 55, the feeding port 51 is arranged at the top end of the stirring box 55 and is funnel-shaped, so that fertilizer is poured into the stirring box 55, the first motor 52 is fixedly installed on the right side of the feeding port, the output end of the first motor 52 is connected with a rotating shaft, the stirring blade 53 is fixedly installed on the rotating shaft, so that the first motor 52 rotates to drive the stirring blade 53 to rotate, a first discharging port 54 is formed in the bottom of the stirring device 5, and the first discharging port 54 is communicated with the crushing device 6; the crushing device 6 comprises a box body 61, a first gear shaft 62, a second gear shaft 63 and a filter screen 64, wherein one end of the first gear shaft 62 and one end of the second gear shaft 63 are respectively provided with a first gear and a second gear which are matched with each other, namely the first gear and the second gear are meshed with each other, so that the first gear shaft 62 rotates to drive the second gear shaft 63 to rotate, the filter screen 64 is arranged in the box body 61 and is positioned below the first gear shaft 62 and the second gear shaft 63, the bottom of the box body 61 is provided with a second discharge hole 65, and the second discharge hole 65 is communicated with the top of the application box 7; the bottom of the dressing tank 7 is communicated with the inlet end of a filter 8, the outlet end of the filter 8 is communicated with the inlet end of a second booster pump 9, the filter 8 is preferably a mesh filter to block part of impurities discharged from the dressing tank 7 and ensure the normal use of the second booster pump 9, and it is noted that the filter 8 can be detached in a pipeline for cleaning and maintenance; the sprinkling irrigation device 10 comprises a first valve 101, a spray pipe 102 and a second valve 103, the outlet end of a second booster pump 9 is communicated with the liquid inlet end of the first valve 101, the liquid outlet end of the first valve 101 is communicated with the spray pipe 102, the flow of materials (water or a mixture of water and a fertilizer) discharged from the application tank 7 is adjusted and controlled by adjusting the first valve 101, spray holes are uniformly distributed on the outer surface of the spray pipe 102, so that the crop root system is fertilized more pertinently while resources are saved, in addition, the tail end of a pipeline communicated with the first valve 101 is also communicated with the second valve 103, and the second valve 103 can be adjusted, so that residual materials are discharged quickly.
For a better illustration of the comminution apparatus, reference is made to fig. 2. The first gear shaft 62 penetrates through the box body 61, one end of the first gear shaft is provided with a first gear, the other end of the first gear shaft is fixedly connected with a second motor 66, the second gear shaft 63 and the first gear shaft 61 are arranged side by side, a second gear on the second gear shaft 63 is meshed with the first gear, the part, located on the box body 61, of the first gear shaft 62 is provided with first convex ribs 67 in an outward protruding mode at intervals, the part, located on the box body 61, of the second gear shaft 63 is also provided with second convex ribs 68 at intervals, and the first convex ribs 67 and the second convex ribs 68 are arranged in a staggered mode to further crush fertilizer entering the box body 61.
The specific working process of the invention is as follows, if only irrigation supplement of water is needed to be carried out on crops, the first booster pump 2 is started to lead water in the water supply device 1 into the filtering device 4, the supplied water flows into the application box 7 after being filtered and cleaned under the action of a filtering layer in the filtering device 4, the second booster pump 9 is started, the water in the application box 7 is discharged to the irrigation device 10 through the filter 8 and is discharged to the root system part of the crops through the spray pipe 102, in the process, the first valve 101 can be adjusted to control the water yield of the spray pipe 102, and the filter 8 can be detached and cleaned after the spray irrigation is finished; if irrigation of water and fertilizer is required to be simultaneously carried out on crops, fertilizer is added into a feeding port 51 in the stirring device 5, a first motor 52 is started, the rotation of the first motor 52 drives a stirring blade 53 to rotate, the fertilizer in the stirring device 5 is further stirred uniformly, a first discharging port 54 is opened, the stirred fertilizer falls into the crushing device 6, at the moment, a second motor 66 is started, the rotation of the second motor 66 drives a first gear shaft 62 to rotate, the rotation of the first gear shaft 62 drives a second gear shaft 63 to rotate, the first gear shaft 62 and the second gear shaft 63 which rotate oppositely can further extrude and crush the fallen fertilizer by virtue of first ribs 67 and second ribs 68 which are arranged in a staggered mode, so that part of the block fertilizer still existing after stirring is crushed, the crushed fertilizer with finer particles falls into the fertilizer application box 7, and the fertilizer is rapidly dissolved in water in the application box 7, it should be noted that the amount of water in the application box 7 and the fertilizer added therein should be controlled to ensure a proper ratio of the amount of water to the fertilizer, scales can be set in the application box 7, after the amount of water is determined, a certain amount of fertilizer is added, so that the ratio of the water and the fertilizer is controlled, after the water and the fertilizer are mixed, the second booster pump 9 is started, the water and the fertilizer in the application box 7 are firstly filtered by the filter 8 to intercept the fertilizer impurities and the like which are not fully dissolved, then the water and the fertilizer are discharged to the spray pipe 102 through the first valve 101 and are discharged to the root part of the crop through the spray pipe 102, and in the whole fertilization process, the first valve 101 can be adjusted in real time to control the flow rate of the water and the fertilizer; after fertilization is finished, a proper amount of water can be continuously supplemented into the fertilization box 7, and the second booster pump 9 is started to flush the spray pipe 102, so that the spray pipe 102 after drying is prevented from being blocked by residual fertilizer, and the next use is facilitated.
According to the water and fertilizer integrated sprinkling irrigation system provided by the invention, the water supply device is communicated with the filtering device, the first booster pump is arranged between the water supply device and the filtering device, the filtering device is communicated with the application box, and the filtering layer arranged in the filtering device effectively filters and cleans water supplied by the water supply device and then discharges the water into the application box; a first discharge port of the stirring device is communicated with the top of the crushing device, a stirring blade is arranged in the stirring device, the stirring blade can uniformly stir the fertilizer added into the stirring device under the drive of a first motor, a first gear shaft and a second gear shaft are arranged in the crushing device, a second motor drives the first gear shaft to rotate, the rotation of the first gear shaft drives the second gear shaft to rotate, and therefore first convex edges and second convex edges which are staggered on the first gear shaft and the second gear shaft rotate oppositely to crush the stirred fertilizer, and a filter screen arranged below the first gear shaft and the second gear shaft intercepts the crushed fertilizer with larger blocks, so that fine particles enter a fertilizer application box and are quickly dissolved; the bottom of the dressing box is sequentially communicated with the filter, the second booster pump, the first valve, the spray pipe and the second valve, the second booster pump is started, the materials in the dressing box are discharged to the root system part of the crop through the spray pipe, the filter is arranged, the second booster pump is effectively prevented from being blocked, the first valve is convenient for adjusting the discharge flow of the spray pipe, and the effects of high efficiency and saving are achieved; this system can supplement moisture to the crop alone, also adds fertilizer in the aquatic, realizes the irrigation of liquid manure integration, in addition, after fertilizing the crop, can also directly wash convenient rapid to the spray tube.
