The quantity of materials can be fed back in real time when the materials are taken and supplemented, the auxiliary material management, the material checking, the material getting and the material supplementing on an assembly site are facilitated, time and labor are saved, a large amount of manpower and time are saved, the materials are checked, the intelligent counting machine is more intelligent, the material management efficiency is improved, and the errors of manual operation can be reduced. The automatic identification stock reminds the material supplementing personnel to supplement the materials when the material storage quantity is insufficient, reduces the production risk caused by untimely manual judgment, and reduces the error probability. The material taking personnel can not take more materials, so that the material waste is reduced. The camera module 26 is used for scanning the two-dimensional code on the material wrapping bag, sends two-dimensional code information to the main control board 13, and the main control board 13 judges whether the material of depositing is correct. The intelligent management facilitates the auxiliary material management, material checking, material getting and material supplementing of the assembly site.
Both sides all are provided with intelligent operation screen 11 around intelligent control cabinet 1, and the feed supplement cabinet door 22 of material cabinet 2 is towards the inboard of "a word shape of returning to the heart", and the material cabinet door 21 of getting of material cabinet 2 is towards the outside of "a word shape of returning to the heart".
