And fourthly, scanning by a scanning gun after the manager takes out the goods or inputting the SN number of the goods on the screen of the main cabinet, randomly putting the goods into a goods channel of the cabinet machine, and scanning the two-dimensional code corresponding to the goods channel by the scanning gun to bind the goods with the goods channel, so that the goods and the information of the cabinet machine are correspondingly transmitted to the background.
The fifth step: all goods are bound in a corresponding relation one by one according to the method and then are transmitted to the background, the goods are put on the shelf and completed, and meanwhile, the background forms all material accounts so as to achieve real-time account checking and automatic counting.

Claims (10)

1. The micro-warehouse equipment is characterized by comprising a cabinet body, a plurality of goods channels, a mechanical arm, a man-machine interaction module and a main control module, wherein the goods channels are positioned in the cabinet body;
the main control module is used for responding to the goods taking main body to send out a goods taking request,
acquiring identification information of the goods to be picked, which is input by the goods picking main body through the man-machine interaction module;
according to prestored goods channel binding information, determining the identification information of a goods channel bound by the identification information of the goods to be taken, wherein the goods channel binding information comprises the identification information of the goods and the identification information of the goods channel;
controlling the mechanical arm to take out the goods to be picked according to the identification information of the goods channel and providing the goods to the goods picking main body;
and updating the inventory record of the goods channel and the pick record of the pick body.
2. The micro-warehouse apparatus of claim 1, wherein the obtaining of the identification information of the goods to be picked input by the goods picking main body through the human-computer interaction module comprises:
and acquiring the SN number or the demand single bar code of the goods to be taken, which is input by the goods taking body through the man-machine interaction module, and acquiring the identification information of the goods to be taken according to the SN number or the demand single bar code of the goods to be taken.
3. The micro-silo device of claim 1, further comprising a robot;
the main control module is further configured to: after determining the identification information of the goods channel bound by the identification information of the goods to be taken, sending a goods taking notice to the robot, wherein the goods taking notice at least comprises the identification information of the goods channel bound by the identification information of the goods to be taken; and
after the robot moves to the corresponding goods taking port according to the identification information of the goods channel, the main control module sends a message of the position reached to the main control module, the main control module is used for controlling the mechanical arm to take out the goods to be taken out according to the identification information of the goods channel and transmit the goods to the goods taking port corresponding to the goods taking port after receiving the message, and after the goods taking port is controlled to be automatically opened, the mechanical arm is controlled to convey the goods to be taken out to the goods receiving device of the robot so as to indicate the robot to carry the goods.
4. The micro-warehouse apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising, before acquiring the identification information of the goods to be picked inputted by the goods-picking main body through the human-computer interaction module:
acquiring identity information input by the goods taking main body through the man-machine interaction module, wherein the identity information comprises an account number password, fingerprint information, face information and an electronic lock;
and performing identity verification on the goods taking main body according to the identity information.
5. The micro-warehouse apparatus of claim 1, wherein the master control module is further configured to, in response to the replenishment body issuing a replenishment request,
acquiring a goods identification of the replenishment goods scanned or input by the replenishment main body through a scanning device;
determining the cargo category of the replenishment cargo according to the cargo identification;
determining a pre-stored goods channel of the supplied goods according to the pre-stored goods channel binding information and the goods category;
controlling a replenishment door to be opened, and controlling the mechanical arm to convey the replenishment cargos to the pre-storage cargo channel after the replenishment cargos are put into the replenishment cargos through the replenishment door by the replenishment body;
and updating the stock record of the pre-stored goods channel and the replenishment record of the replenishment main body.

The micro-warehouse device according to claim 5, wherein the main control module is further configured to, after determining a pre-stored lane of the replenishment product, control the scanning device to display a code of the pre-stored lane, control the pre-stored lane indicator light to be on, or control a door of the pre-stored lane to be opened, so that the replenishment product is placed in the pre-stored lane by the replenishment product main body according to the code, the indicator light, or the opened lane.
7. The micro-silo device of claim 5 or 6, wherein the master control module is further configured to:
and sending a list needing replenishment to the replenishment main body according to the stock records of the goods channel.
8. The micro-warehouse apparatus as claimed in claim 5 or 6, further comprising, before acquiring the goods identifier of the replenishment goods scanned or input by the replenishment main body through the scanning device:
acquiring identity information input by the replenishment main body through the man-machine interaction module, wherein the identity information comprises an account number password, fingerprint information, face information and an electronic lock;
and performing identity authentication on the replenishment main body according to the identity information.
9. The micro-warehouse facility as claimed in claim 1 wherein the master control module is further configured to, in response to the replenishment body issuing a racking request,
acquiring a goods loading instruction input by the loading main body through the man-machine interaction module, and controlling the opening of the replenishing door;
scanning a two-dimensional code corresponding to a goods channel by the upper rack main body through a scanning device, inputting a goods channel number corresponding to the goods channel, and recording binding information of the two-dimensional code and the goods channel number so as to record the binding information of the two-dimensional code and the goods channel number of each goods channel in a plurality of goods channels in the cabinet body;
acquiring a goods identifier of goods on the shelf, which is scanned or input by the scanning device through the main body on the shelf;
acquiring a two-dimensional code of a goods channel into which goods on the shelf are randomly placed by the main body on the shelf, and recording the two-dimensional code of the goods channel and binding information of goods identification;
and updating the stock record of the goods channel and the shelving record of the shelving main body.
10. The micro-warehouse apparatus of claim 9, wherein prior to obtaining the goods loading command input by the loading body through the human-computer interaction module, the micro-warehouse apparatus further comprises:
acquiring identity information input by the upper main body through the man-machine interaction module, wherein the identity information comprises an account number password, fingerprint information, face information and an electronic lock;
and performing identity authentication on the upper main body according to the identity information.
