For example, under the condition that the intelligent cabinet lattice reservation is successful, the server side can issue the asset number of the article to be delivered and the target intelligent cabinet lattice information to the intelligent cabinet control equipment; when the intelligent cabinet control equipment detects a delivery operation instruction, the asset code of an article to be delivered can be scanned through the associated scanning gun to obtain the asset number, or a delivery person inputs the asset number in an input interface, and the obtained asset number is compared with the asset number issued by the intelligent cabinet control equipment, so that delivery verification is realized.

It should be noted that the delivery verification information may further include, but is not limited to, one or more of face information, card number information, and pickup code information.
Illustratively, the delivery code may be generated during the reservation of the intelligent cabinet grid and notified to the delivery person by delivery notification information.
Taking face verification as an example, under the condition that the intelligent cabinet lattice reservation is successful, the server side can issue a face picture of a deliverer to the intelligent cabinet control equipment; the intelligent cabinet control equipment can perform face modeling according to a face picture issued by a server to obtain a face model of a delivery person, and further, when a delivery operation instruction is detected, the face information of the delivery person is collected through the associated image collecting equipment, and the collected face information of the delivery person is verified according to the face model of the delivery person.
It should be noted that, in the case that the delivery verification is not passed, the current delivery process may be ended. For example, the user may return to the home interface, re-trigger the delivery process by the delivery person, or abort the delivery.
In addition, in order to avoid that a single article occupies the intelligent cabinet for a long time, in the article circulation process, when the reservation information is configured, a delivery validity period and a pickup validity period can be set, namely, delivery needs to be completed in the delivery validity period under the condition that a delivery person receives the delivery notification information; the retriever needs to complete the retrieval within the retrieval validity period when receiving the retrieval notification information.
And for the condition that the delivery validity period is over, delaying according to the actual scene requirements, or canceling the delivery and reserving again.
For the condition that the receiving validity period is over, the delay can be carried out according to the actual scene requirement, or other personnel replace the receiving, and the reservation is carried out again under the condition of requirement.
In addition, when the reservation information is configured, the door opening times allowed by a delivery person and/or the door opening times allowed by a retriever can be set, and the success rate of article circulation is improved under the condition that the article safety is ensured. For example, if the allowed door opening times of the delivery person and/or the allowed door opening times of the retriever are not set, the allowed door opening times of the delivery person and/or the allowed door opening times of the retriever can be set to a default value, such as 1.
Step S210, when the getting operation instruction is detected, getting verification is carried out according to getting verification information issued by a server; wherein, the drawing verification information is included in the reservation information of the target intelligent cabinet grid.

For example, the operation interface of the intelligent cabinet control device may include "deliver" and "pick up" function buttons, and the pick-up person may enter the item pick-up process by clicking the "pick-up" function button. When the intelligent cabinet control equipment detects a click instruction for the 'getting' function button, the operation interface can be switched to the getting verification interface.

For example, the claiming code may be generated during the booking process of the intelligent cabinet grid and notified to the claimant through the claiming notification message.

Under the condition that the intelligent cabinet control equipment determines that objects exist in the target intelligent cabinet lattice, the cabinet door of the target intelligent cabinet lattice can be refused to be closed.
For example, the cabinet door of the target intelligent cabinet lattice may be closed when the intelligent cabinet control device determines that no article is present in the target intelligent cabinet lattice.
In order to enable those skilled in the art to better understand the technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present application, the technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present application are described below with reference to specific examples.
The embodiment of the application provides an article circulation method based on an intelligent cabinet, and the method is based on personnel information and intelligent cabinet information managed by a server, and realizes authority control of the intelligent cabinet by issuing personnel information (such as delivery person information or pick-up person information) and cabinet lattice authority information (such as delivery verification information or pick-up verification information) to the intelligent cabinet. Through the authority control ability of the intelligent cabinet, the switch authority of the intelligent cabinet lattices is controlled, and the authority data of the intelligent cabinet lattices is changed by combining the operations of user reservation, delivery, getting and the like, so that the circulation of articles is realized.
For example, the reservation record and the operation record can be used as a reference for positioning subsequent articles.
Referring to fig. 3, a schematic flow chart of an overall flow of article circulation according to an embodiment of the present application is shown in fig. 3, where the overall flow may include:

2. An intelligent cabinet is created.

For example, the information of the intelligent cabinet may include information of an area to which the intelligent cabinet belongs, information of a device name, IP information, port information, a user name and password information, and the like.
3. And reserving the cabinet grids of the intelligent cabinet.
Illustratively, in the reservation process of the intelligent cabinet lattices, data interaction can be carried out with the intelligent cabinet according to intelligent cabinet information and a preset intelligent cabinet communication protocol to acquire the state of the intelligent cabinet lattices, free cabinet lattices are selected to fill in information for reservation, authority information is issued to the intelligent cabinet according to the reservation information, and delivery personnel are notified and the reservation list state is changed into delivery after the reservation is successful.
4. And (5) delivering the article.
Illustratively, when the delivery person receives the delivery notification information, the delivery person can go to the intelligent cabinet control device (which may be called a master control device) to perform authority authentication, and after the authentication is passed, the delivery person opens the cabinet to store articles.
When the article delivery is completed, the intelligent cabinet control equipment can report the delivery event. The server side can issue permission change data to the intelligent cabinet according to the reservation information, the permission information on the intelligent cabinet control equipment side is changed from delivery verification information to receiving verification information, and after the permission information is successfully delivered, a receiving person is notified and the reservation list state is changed to receiving.
5. And (6) taking the article.
Illustratively, when the retriever receives the retrieval notification information, the retriever can go to the intelligent cabinet control equipment to perform authority authentication, and opens the cabinet to retrieve the articles after the authentication is passed.
When the article is received, the intelligent cabinet control equipment can report the receiving event. The server side can issue authority deleting information to the intelligent cabinet according to the reservation information, the receiving verification information of the intelligent cabinet control equipment side is deleted, and the reservation list state is updated to be ended after the success.
Illustratively, the service end can also support viewing and exporting of operation records such as reservation recording, delivery, pickup and the like, and the functions of deferring, permission re-issuing and the like are provided according to reservation states in the reservation recording.
The respective sub-flows will be described below.
First, creating basic information

Illustratively, the server supports a personnel management function, and a user can create personnel information through an adding function of a personnel management interface.
For example, the personal information may include information such as unique identification, organization to which the person belongs, name, gender, mobile phone, mail, and the like.
Illustratively, the personnel management interface can support functions such as modification, deletion, import, export and the like in addition to the above-mentioned adding function.
And 1.3, managing face information.
For example, the user may upload a face picture or perform face snapshot through a function add sub-interface or a function modify sub-interface, and the face picture is stored in a storage service, such as a database.

2.2, creating an intelligent cabinet.
Illustratively, the server supports a smart cabinet management function (which may be referred to as a device management function), and the user may create smart cabinet information through an add-on function of the device management interface.
Illustratively, the smart cabinet information may include information such as a unique identification, a smart cabinet name, a network IP, a port, a user name, a password, and the like.
For example, the device management interface may support functions such as modification, deletion, and online check (checking the online status of the smart cabinet) in addition to the above-mentioned add button.
Illustratively, the server can start a synchronous intelligent cabinet grid information task at regular time or when receiving an intelligent cabinet addition notification, connect the intelligent cabinet through protocol authentication according to the intelligent cabinet information, and inquire the online state of the intelligent cabinet.

And 3.4, issuing delivery verification information to the target intelligent cabinet control equipment under the condition that the reservation is successful.
Illustratively, after the user confirms the reservation operation, the server starts the permission issuing task.
The server side can issue delivery personnel authority (namely delivery verification information) to the target intelligent cabinet control equipment according to the reservation list state.

Fourth, delivery process

4.8, the server side determines the authority issuing state according to the information returned by the target intelligent cabinet control equipment; if the authority is successfully issued, executing 4.9; if the authority is failed to issue, updating the reserved record state to be that the pickup authority is not issued and recording the failure reason.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 13, the apparatus may further include: a smart cabinet control unit 1230 and an item detection unit 1240;

The processor 1401, the communication interface 1402 and the memory 1403 communicate with each other via a communication bus 1404. Wherein the memory 1403 stores thereon a computer program; the processor 1401 can execute the above-described intelligent cabinet-based item circulation method by executing a program stored on the memory 1403.
Memory 1403 referred to herein may be any electronic, magnetic, optical, or other physical storage device that can contain or store information such as executable instructions, data, and the like. For example, memory 1403 may be: a RAM (random Access Memory), a volatile Memory, a non-volatile Memory, a flash Memory, a storage drive (e.g., a hard drive), a solid state drive, any type of storage disk (e.g., an optical disk, a dvd, etc.), or similar storage medium, or a combination thereof.
Embodiments of the present application also provide a computer-readable storage medium, such as the memory 1403 in fig. 14, storing a computer program, which can be executed by the processor 1401 in the electronic device shown in fig. 14 to implement the intelligent cabinet-based article circulation method described above.
Embodiments also provide a computer program, which is stored in a computer readable storage medium, such as the memory 1403 in fig. 14, and when executed by a processor, causes the processor 1401 to perform the intelligent cabinet-based item circulation method described above.

Claims (13)

1. An article circulation method based on an intelligent cabinet is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving an intelligent cabinet reservation request, and responding to the intelligent cabinet reservation request to output an intelligent cabinet reservation interface;
determining reservation information of a target intelligent cabinet lattice according to reservation configuration operation aiming at the target intelligent cabinet lattice; the reservation information comprises delivery verification information and pickup verification information;
sending the delivery verification information to target intelligent cabinet control equipment so that the target intelligent cabinet control equipment carries out delivery verification according to the sent delivery verification information when detecting a delivery operation instruction; the target intelligent cabinet control equipment is control equipment of an intelligent cabinet to which the target intelligent cabinet grid belongs;
and issuing the pickup verification information to the target intelligent cabinet control equipment so that the target intelligent cabinet control equipment carries out pickup verification according to the issued pickup verification information when detecting a pickup operation instruction.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the reservation information further comprises courier information, retriever information, the method further comprising:
sending delivery notification information to a delivery person according to the information of the delivery person under the condition that the delivery verification information is successfully issued so as to notify the delivery person to carry out article delivery processing;
and sending pickup notification information to a pickup according to the pickup information under the condition of successful delivery so as to notify the pickup to carry out article pickup processing.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
under the condition that the reservation is successful, generating a reservation sheet, and initializing the state of the reservation sheet to be the reservation success;
under the condition that the delivery verification information is successfully issued, updating the state of the reservation ticket to be in delivery;
and under the conditions that delivery is successful and the pickup verification information is successfully issued, updating the state of the reservation sheet into pickup.
4. The method according to any of claims 1-3, wherein the delivery verification information comprises: target intelligent cabinet lattice information and asset identification;
the sending the delivery verification information to the target intelligent cabinet control equipment so that the target intelligent cabinet control equipment carries out delivery verification according to the sent delivery verification information when detecting a delivery operation instruction, and the method comprises the following steps: sending the delivery verification information to target intelligent cabinet control equipment so that the target intelligent cabinet control equipment performs delivery verification according to the asset identification when detecting a delivery operation instruction, and opening the target intelligent cabinet lattice under the condition that the verification is passed;
the receiving the verification information includes:
target intelligent cabinet lattice information and asset identification;
the sending the delivery verification information to the target intelligent cabinet control equipment so that the target intelligent cabinet control equipment carries out delivery verification according to the sent delivery verification information when detecting a delivery operation instruction, and the method comprises the following steps:
and sending the delivery verification information to target intelligent cabinet control equipment so that the target intelligent cabinet control equipment performs pickup verification according to the asset identification when detecting a delivery operation instruction, and opens the target intelligent cabinet lattice under the condition that the verification is passed.
5. An article circulation method based on an intelligent cabinet is characterized by comprising the following steps:
under the condition that a delivery operation instruction is detected, delivery verification is carried out according to delivery verification information issued by a server; the delivery verification information is included in the reservation information of the target intelligent cabinet lattice, and the reservation information of the target intelligent cabinet lattice is determined by the server according to the reservation configuration operation aiming at the target intelligent cabinet lattice;
under the condition that a pickup operation instruction is detected, carrying out pickup verification according to pickup verification information issued by the server; and the receiving verification information is included in the reservation information of the target intelligent cabinet grid.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein after the delivery verification is performed according to the delivery verification information issued by the server, the method further comprises:
under the condition that delivery verification is passed, opening a cabinet door of the target intelligent cabinet lattice;
when a door closing operation instruction for the target intelligent cabinet lattice is detected, detecting whether articles exist in the target intelligent cabinet lattice;
refusing to close the cabinet door of the target intelligent cabinet lattice under the condition that no article exists in the target intelligent cabinet lattice;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
after the obtaining verification is performed according to the obtaining verification information issued by the server, the method further comprises the following steps:
under the condition that the drawing verification is passed, opening a cabinet door of the target intelligent cabinet lattice;
when a door closing operation instruction for the target intelligent cabinet lattice is detected, detecting whether articles exist in the target intelligent cabinet lattice;
and under the condition that the target intelligent cabinet lattice contains articles, closing the cabinet door of the target intelligent cabinet lattice is refused.
7. The method of claim 5, wherein the delivery verification information comprises: target intelligent cabinet lattice information and asset identification;
the delivery verification according to the delivery verification information issued by the server comprises the following steps:
delivery verification is carried out according to the asset identification;
after the delivery verification is performed according to the delivery verification information issued by the server, the method further comprises the following steps:
under the condition that the verification is passed, opening the target intelligent cabinet grid;
the receiving the verification information includes: target intelligent cabinet lattice information and asset identification;
