a judging unit, further configured to determine whether there is a first candidate container 20 in a third waiting state at the intelligent container 30; or when the first candidate container 20 in the third waiting state exists in the intelligent container 30 and the item information of the candidate medical items stored in the first candidate container 20 does not conform to the medical item order, further judging whether a second candidate container 20 in the second waiting state exists in the intelligent container 30;
a generating unit, further configured to, when there is no first candidate container 20 in the third waiting state at the intelligent container 30, but there is a second candidate container 20 in the second waiting state at the intelligent container 30; or when the first candidate container 20 in the third waiting state exists at the intelligent container 30, but the object information of the candidate medical objects stored in the first candidate container 20 does not conform to the medical object order, and the second candidate container 20 in the second waiting state exists at the intelligent container 30, generating a control instruction;

Further, the method also comprises the following steps: a robot; the robot includes: a third communication module, a mobile module;
the processing module 3112 is further configured to find a target container 20 that meets the medical article order and then generate a dispatch instruction;
the first communication module 11 is connected with the third communication module and is further used for sending a dispatching instruction to the third communication module;
the moving module is connected with the third communication module and used for moving the container to a target goods taking area according to the dispatching instruction acquired from the third communication module and transporting the loaded target container 20 to a corresponding goods delivery destination; the target pick-up area is an area where the indicating device 34 is located to switch from the waiting state to the waiting state of the container 20.
Further, the intelligent container 30 further comprises: a detection module, a control module 31, an analysis module and a marking module; the cargo box 20 includes: a fourth communication module;
a detection module for detecting a placement state of the container 20 at the cargo space 33;

Further, the cargo box 20 includes: the scanning identification module and the scanning processing module;
the scanning identification module is used for scanning the article label of the standby medical article to obtain article information of the article label of the scanned standby medical article; the standby medical articles are obtained by sorting warehouse staff or a sorting robot according to the operation scheduling information and/or the attendance reservation information;

Claims (12)

1. A method for managing the configuration of a medical article, comprising the steps of:
s100, the server acquires the use states of all containers from the intelligent container; the using state of the container comprises a to-be-placed state and a to-be-taken state of the container; the states to be placed comprise a first state to be placed, a second state to be placed and a third state to be placed; the states to be placed comprise a first state to be placed, a second state to be placed and a third state to be placed;
s200, the server searches out a target container which accords with the order of the medical article according to the using state and generates a state switching instruction; medical articles with the same type and quantity as the medical articles of the medical article order are stored in the target container, and article labels are arranged on the medical articles;
s300, the intelligent container switches the indicating device at the corresponding cargo space from the state to be placed to the state to be taken of the container according to the state switching instruction acquired from the server; the intelligent container is provided with a plurality of cargo spaces and an indicating device.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the step S200 of finding a target container that meets the order of the medical article according to the usage status and generating the status switching instruction by the server specifically includes the steps of:
s210, the server judges whether a first candidate container in a third waiting state exists at the intelligent container; if yes, go to step S220;
s220, the server judges whether the article information of the candidate medical articles stored in the first candidate container accords with the medical article order or not; if yes, go to step S230;
s230, the server determines that the first candidate container is a target container, generates a state first switching instruction and sends the state first switching instruction to the intelligent container;
s300, the step of switching the indicating device at the corresponding cargo space from the to-be-placed state to the to-be-taken state of the cargo container by the intelligent cargo container according to the state switching instruction acquired from the server specifically comprises the following steps:
s310, the intelligent container switches the indicating device at the position of the cargo space where the target container is placed from the third state to a container state to be taken according to the first state switching instruction.
3. The method for configuration management of medical objects according to claim 2, wherein the step S200 of the server finding a target container that meets the order of the medical object according to the usage status and generating the status switching command further comprises the steps of:
s240, when the server judges that the first candidate container in the third waiting state does not exist at the intelligent container, the server judges whether a second candidate container in the second waiting state exists at the intelligent container or not; if yes, go to step S260; otherwise, go to step S290; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
s250, when the server judges that the first candidate container in the third waiting state exists at the intelligent container, but the article information of the candidate medical articles stored in the first candidate container does not conform to the medical article order, the server judges whether a second candidate container in the second waiting state exists at the intelligent container; if yes, go to step S260; otherwise, go to step S290;
s260, the server generates a control instruction and sends the control instruction to the intelligent container;
s261 the intelligent container pops up the corresponding second candidate container in the second waiting state according to the control instruction;
s270 after sorting the medical articles according to the medical article order and storing the medical articles in the second candidate container, the server judges whether the article information of the candidate medical articles stored in the second candidate container conforms to the medical article order; if yes, go to step S280; otherwise, repeatedly executing step S270;
s280, the server determines that the second candidate container is a target container, generates a second state switching instruction and sends the second state switching instruction to the intelligent container;
s290, the server generates prompt information for reminding a user of putting a new container to an idle goods space;
s295, after the spare container in the new empty container state is placed according to the prompt information, the intelligent container switches an indicating device at a cargo space where the spare container is placed from a first to-be-placed state to a second to-be-placed state and sends a switching result to the server;
s300, the intelligent container switches the indicating device at the corresponding cargo space from the to-be-placed state to the to-be-taken state of the container according to the state switching instruction acquired from the server, and the method specifically comprises the following steps:
s320, the intelligent container switches the indicating device at the position of the cargo space where the target container is placed from the second state to be placed into the container state to be taken according to the second state switching instruction.
4. The medical article configuration management method according to claim 1, wherein the intelligent container switches the indicating device at the corresponding cargo space from the waiting state to the container waiting state according to the state switching instruction acquired from the server S300; the intelligent container comprises the following steps after being provided with a plurality of cargo spaces and indicating devices:
s400, after finding out a target container which accords with the medical article order, the server generates a dispatching instruction and sends the dispatching instruction to the robot;
s500, the robot moves to a target goods taking area according to the dispatching instruction acquired from the server, and transports the loaded target container to a corresponding delivery destination; the target goods taking area is an area where the indicating device is switched from the to-be-placed state to the to-be-taken state of the container.
5. The method for managing the allocation of medical articles according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein S100 the server comprises the steps of, before acquiring the use status of each container from the intelligent container:
s010, the intelligent container detects the placement state of the container at a cargo space;
s020 the intelligent container controls the communication state between the intelligent container and the container according to the placement state of the container at the cargo space;
s030, when the container is not placed at the cargo space, the intelligent container controls the intelligent container to break the communication connection with the container, and the intelligent container determines that the indicating device at the cargo space where the container is placed is in the first state to be placed and marks the indicating device;
s040, when the container is placed at a cargo space, the intelligent container controls the communication between the intelligent container and the container, and the storage state information of medical articles in the container is obtained from the container;
s050, when the communication state between the intelligent container and the container is communicated and the container is in an empty state according to the container identification analysis, the intelligent container determines that an indicating device at a cargo position where the container is placed is in the second to-be-placed state and marks the second to-be-placed state;
s060 when the communication state between the intelligent container and the container is communication and the medical articles stored in the container are analyzed according to the container identification, the intelligent container determines that the indicating device at the container position where the container is placed is in the third waiting state and marks the indicating device;
s070, when the communication state between the intelligent container and the container is communicated and the medical articles stored in the container are analyzed to be in accordance with the medical article orders according to the container identification, the intelligent container determines that the indicating device at the position of the container where the container is placed is in the container waiting state and marks the indicating device.
6. The method according to claim 5, wherein the step S010, before the intelligent container analyzes the use state of the container according to the communication state between the intelligent container and the storage state of the medical article in the container, comprises:
s001, scanning an article label of the standby medical article by the container to obtain article information of the article label of the scanned standby medical article; the standby medical articles are obtained by sorting warehouse staff or a sorting robot according to the operation scheduling information and/or the attendance reservation information;
s002, binding the container mark with the object information of the object label of the scanning backup medical object by the container to obtain the storage state information of the medical object in the container.

A system for configuration management of a medical article, comprising: the system comprises a server, a container and an intelligent container; the server includes: the device comprises a first communication module and a processing module; the intelligence packing cupboard is equipped with a plurality of goods position and indicating device, the intelligence packing cupboard includes: the second communication module and the control module;
the first communication module is connected with the second communication module and used for acquiring the use state of each container from the second communication module; the using state of the container comprises a to-be-placed state and a to-be-taken state of the container; the states to be placed comprise a first state to be placed, a second state to be placed and a third state to be placed; the processing module is connected with the first communication module and used for finding out a target container which accords with the order of the medical article according to the using state and generating a state switching instruction; medical articles with the same type and quantity as the medical articles of the medical article order are stored in the target container, and article labels are arranged on the medical articles;
the first communication module is further configured to send the instruction for acquiring the state switching to the second communication module;
the control module is connected with the second communication module and used for switching the indicating device at the corresponding cargo space from the state to be placed to the state to be taken of the cargo box according to the state switching instruction acquired from the second communication module.
8. The medical article configuration management system according to claim 7, wherein the processing module includes; the device comprises a judging unit, a processing unit and a generating unit;
the judging unit is used for judging whether a first candidate container in a third waiting state exists at the intelligent container; judging whether the article information of the candidate medical articles stored in the first candidate container conforms to the medical article order or not;
the processing unit is connected with the judging unit and is used for determining that the first candidate container is the target container when the first candidate container in the third waiting state exists at the intelligent container and the object information of the candidate medical objects stored in the first candidate container conforms to the medical object order;
the generating unit is connected with the processing unit and generates a first switching instruction after the first candidate container is determined to be the target container;
the first communication module is further configured to send the first handover command to the second communication module;
the control module is further configured to switch the indicating device determined as the position of the cargo space where the target cargo container is placed from the third state to the cargo container state to be taken according to the first switching instruction acquired from the second communication module.
9. The medical article configuration management system according to claim 8, further comprising:
the judging unit is further used for judging whether a first candidate container in a third waiting state exists at the intelligent container; or when the intelligent container has a first candidate container in a third waiting state, but the article information of the candidate medical articles stored in the first candidate container does not conform to the medical article order, further judging whether a second candidate container in a second waiting state exists in the intelligent container;
the generation unit is further configured to, when there is no first candidate container in the third waiting state at the intelligent container, but there is a second candidate container in the second waiting state at the intelligent container; or when a first candidate container in a third waiting state exists at the intelligent container, but the article information of the candidate medical articles stored in the first candidate container does not conform to the medical article order, and a second candidate container in a second waiting state exists at the intelligent container, generating a control instruction;
the generation unit is also used for generating a second candidate container in a second waiting state when the first candidate container in the third waiting state does not exist at the intelligent container; the intelligent container is also used for generating prompt information for reminding a user of putting a new container to an idle cargo space when the intelligent container has a first candidate container in a third waiting state, but the object information of candidate medical objects stored in the first candidate container does not conform to the medical object order and the intelligent container does not have a second candidate container in a second waiting state;
the first communication module is further configured to send the control instruction or the prompt message to the second communication module;
the control module is further used for popping up the corresponding second candidate container in the second waiting state according to the control instruction; the indicating device is used for switching the indicating device at the goods position where the spare container is placed from the first to-be-placed state to the second to-be-placed state after the spare container in the new empty container state is placed according to the prompt information;
the judging unit is further configured to judge whether the article information of the candidate medical articles stored in the second candidate container conforms to the medical article order after the medical articles are sorted and stored in the second candidate container according to the medical article order;
the generating unit is further configured to determine that the second candidate container is a target container, and generate a second state switching instruction;
the first communication module is further configured to send the second switching instruction to the second communication module;
the control module is further configured to switch the indicating device determined as the position of the cargo space where the target cargo container is placed from the second state to be placed to the cargo container state to be taken according to the second switching instruction obtained from the second communication module.
10. The medical article configuration management system according to claim 7, further comprising: a robot; the robot includes: a third communication module, a mobile module;
the processing module is also used for searching a target container which accords with the order of the medical article and then generating a dispatching instruction;
the first communication module is connected with the third communication module and is further used for sending the dispatching instruction to the third communication module;
the moving module is connected with the third communication module and used for moving the container to a target goods taking area according to the dispatching instruction acquired from the third communication module and transporting the loaded target container to a corresponding delivery destination; the target goods taking area is an area where the indicating device is switched from the to-be-placed state to the to-be-taken state of the container.

The medical article configuration management system according to any one of claims 7 to 10, wherein the intelligent container further comprises: the device comprises a detection module, a control module, an analysis module and a marking module; the container includes: a fourth communication module;
the detection module is used for detecting the placement state of the container at a cargo space;
the control module is connected with the detection module and the second communication module and used for controlling the communication state between the second communication module and the fourth communication module according to the placement state of the container at the cargo space; when the container is not placed at the cargo space, controlling the second communication module to be disconnected from the fourth communication module; when the container is placed at a cargo position, the second communication module is controlled to be communicated with the fourth communication module for communication connection;
the second communication module is connected with the fourth communication module and used for acquiring the storage state information of the medical articles in the container by the fourth communication module;
