An intelligent self-service terminal cabinet is characterized by comprising a main cabinet body and an auxiliary cabinet body, wherein a touch operation screen is arranged on the outer surface of the main cabinet body, and control equipment, audio playing equipment and communication equipment are arranged in the main cabinet body; the auxiliary cabinet body is provided with a plurality of boxes for storing the tour guide machine, an electric control lock for controlling the opening and closing of the boxes is arranged at the box door of each box, a tray for fixedly placing the tour guide machine is arranged in each box, the tray is provided with a serial port for carrying out data transmission with the tour guide machine, meanwhile, the auxiliary cabinet body is also provided with a lock control plate for controlling the electric control lock and a tour guide machine plate for controlling the tour guide machine, and the tour guide machine plate is connected with the serial port; the control device carries out data interaction with the tour guide machine plate and the lock control plate through RS485 respectively on one hand, and carries out data interaction with the background server through the communication device on the other hand, the audio playing device and the touch type operation screen are respectively connected with the control device, and the tour guide machine plate sends a serial port signal TX-RX through a tray serial port to control the tour guide machine to carry out multiple interactive operations at least including initialization, language setting, standby, screen lighting, voice broadcasting and pause broadcasting.

The intelligent self-service terminal cabinet as recited in claim 1, wherein the control device comprises a peripheral board and an industrial personal computer, the peripheral board is respectively connected with the tour guide board and the lock control board through RS485, the peripheral board is connected with the industrial personal computer through a serial communication interface, the industrial personal computer performs data interaction with a background server through a communication device,
the industrial personal computer is used for receiving and processing a control instruction issued by the upper computer and transmitting the control instruction to the peripheral board;
the peripheral board is used for converting the control instruction and sending the control instruction to the lock control board or the tour guide machine board, and provides a channel for uploading and receiving data of the lock control board and the tour guide machine board.

The intelligent self-service terminal cabinet according to claim 2, wherein the peripheral board is connected with one of the tour guide board and the lock control board of the auxiliary cabinet body respectively, and the tour guide board are connected in series through RS 485; the lock control panel and the lock control panel are connected in series through RS485, and communication connection of the peripheral panel, all the tour guide machine panels and the lock control panel is achieved.

5. The intelligent self-service terminal cabinet as claimed in claim 1, wherein a user rents a tour guide machine through the cabinet, comprising the steps of:

setting order attributes and submitting an order, wherein the order attributes at least comprise the number and language of tour guides;
the touch operation screen displays a payment two-dimensional code for a user to scan and pay through a third-party payment means, wherein the third-party payment means at least comprises WeChat and Paibao;
the background server judges whether the payment is finished;
after the payment is finished, the cabinet opens the cabinet door according to the order attribute, and the user takes away the tour guide machine for use;

7. The intelligent self-service terminal cabinet as claimed in claim 5, wherein when the tour guide machine rented by the user needs to be replaced due to a fault or other reasons, the user replaces the tour guide machine through the cabinet, which includes the following steps:
a user selects to replace equipment through a touch operation screen and scans the two-dimensional code;
the background server inquires the order according to the user information and judges whether the order can be replaced or not;
when the equipment is replaceable, the lock control plate unlocks the door of the empty box cell, and a user puts the equipment to be replaced into the tray in the box cell;
the tour guide machine board acquires the serial number of the IMEI of the tour guide machine through the serial port of the tray, marks the current box, generates maintenance information and synchronizes the maintenance information to the background server;
the control equipment re-issues the tour guide machine according to the order.

a user selects a returning device through a touch operation screen and scans the two-dimensional code;

when the equipment to be returned exists, the lock control plate unlocks the door of the empty box compartment, so that a user can place the equipment to be returned into the tray in the box compartment;
the tour guide machine board judges whether the tour guide machine board is connected with the tour guide machine or not by detecting the serial port state of the tray, and when the serial port is in an idle state, the touch operation screen prompts that the user equipment is not returned correctly; when the serial port is in a connection state and the tour guide machine board can read the IMEI serial number of the tour guide machine, the touch operation screen prompts that the user equipment is correctly returned.
