In the above, the embodiment of the invention provides a combined intelligent delivery system, and in order to facilitate implementation of the invention, the embodiment of the invention also provides a corresponding method.
Referring to fig. 6, an embodiment of the present invention provides a delivery method of a modular intelligent delivery system, which can be implemented by the modular intelligent delivery system shown in fig. 1. The method may comprise:

s4, when the positioning pile inquires the server that the positioning pile has a binding relation with the movable type grid cabinet initiating a connection request, connection is established with the movable type grid cabinet, and a message of successful connection is sent to the server;
S5, after the positioning pile and the movable grid cabinet are successfully connected, the server sends the password for taking the file to a user.
Wherein the server stores and maintains the following data: the corresponding relation between the ID of the positioning pile and the physical address, the binding relation between the ID of the positioning pile and the ID of the movable grid cabinet, and the package information. Above, in order to solve the technical problems of uneven resource allocation and poor flexibility in the use of the post-grid cabinet and the repeated sorting of the delivery personnel of the existing intelligent delivery system, the embodiment of the invention discloses a combined intelligent delivery system and a delivery method thereof, and the following technical effects are achieved:
1. the control cabinet and the grid cabinet can be flexibly and conveniently increased and decreased according to actual needs, and the resource utilization rate is improved to the maximum extent;
2. express delivery parcel directly sorts into the cabinet at the delivery station, avoids express delivery person's repeated operation, practices thrift manpower resources cost, improves the delivery efficiency of express delivery parcel.
In order to facilitate understanding of the technical scheme of the present invention, the present invention is further described below in connection with a specific application scenario embodiment.
As shown in FIG. 1, the combined intelligent delivery system of the invention mainly comprises a positioning pile 1 which is arranged at a fixed place and provided with a unique digital ID, a movable grid cabinet 2 which can move at will and is provided with the unique digital ID for storing express packages, a server 3 for storing positioning pile information, pile cabinet relation and package data, a delivery person mobile phone 4 provided with a special APP and a user mobile phone 5 for receiving a piece of passwords. The positioning pile 1, the delivery person mobile phone 4 and the user mobile phone 5 are in data communication with the server 4 accessed to the Internet through 3G/4G mobile data, and the positioning pile 1 is connected and communicated with the movable grid cabinet 2 for storing user packages through WIFI.
As shown in fig. 2, the spud 1 is composed of a pile body 11 for placing and protecting internal devices, a base 12 installed at the bottom of the pile body 11 for fixing the spud 1, and a control system 13 installed inside the pile body 11 for realizing control functions and recording unique non-repeated ID of the spud 1, wherein a display screen 1331 and a keyboard 1321 in the control system 13 are located on the front face of the pile body 11.
As shown in fig. 4, the movable type grid cabinet 3 is composed of a cabinet body 20 composed of a plurality of storage grids 21 for storing express packages, a cabinet body control system 22 which is arranged at the top of the inner side of the cabinet body 20 and used for realizing a control function and recording unique non-repeated identity IDs of the movable type grid cabinet 2, and a two-dimensional code mark 23 which is arranged on the right side of the cabinet body 20 and is consistent with the unique digital identity IDs in the cabinet body control system 22. Wherein, the electric control lock 24 controlled to open and close by the cabinet control system 22 is arranged on the inner side frame of the storage grid 21, and the grid door 25 locked by the electric control lock 24 is arranged on the outer side.
As shown in fig. 7, the control system 13 of the positioning pile 1 mainly comprises a central operation control module, a file management module, an input/output control module, a communication module and a power module, wherein the communication module comprises a 4G module for communicating with the server 4 and a WIFI module for communicating with the movable grid cabinet 2, and the control system 13 is mutually connected with a display screen and a keyboard to jointly realize a control function.
The cabinet body control system 22 of the movable grid cabinet 2 mainly comprises a central operation control module for realizing management and control functions, an electric control lock module for controlling the opening and closing of the electric control lock, a power supply module for providing power for the cabinet body control system, and a WIFI module for realizing connection communication with the positioning pile 1.
Referring to fig. 8, the logic flow of the courier when delivering packages includes:
when a delivery person picks up packages at a delivery station, firstly, a positioning pile 1 matched with the package is selected from a delivery person mobile phone 4 provided with a special APP according to the area to be delivered, the delivery person scans a two-dimensional code mark on the right side of a cabinet body of an idle movable grid cabinet 2 through the delivery person mobile phone 4, and the delivery person mobile phone 4 is connected with the scanned movable cabinet 2 through a WIFI module. Meanwhile, the mobile phone 4 of the delivery person uploads the ID of the positioning pile 1 selected by the delivery person and the scanned ID information of the movable cabinet opening cabinet 2 to the server 3, and the server 3 records the received information into a pile cabinet relation table (table 1) to finish the relation binding of the movable cabinet opening cabinet 2 and the positioning pile 1.
The courier selects an idle storage grid which is connected with the movable grid cabinet 2 by using the mobile phone 4 of the courier, and the mobile phone 4 of the courier sends an unlocking instruction to the cabinet control system of the movable grid cabinet 2 through WIFI connection to open an electric control lock of the selected storage grid.
The courier scans a package bar code of which the receiver address belongs to the area where the positioning pile 1 is located in the current movable grid cabinet 2 through the mobile phone 4 of the courier, and inputs the mobile phone number of the receiver in the APP of the mobile phone 4 of the courier.
The courier places the package into the selected storage compartment and closes the compartment door. Meanwhile, the mobile phone 4 of the delivery person uploads the acquired information such as the package bar code, the mobile phone number of the receiver, the package port, the time of entering the package and the like to the server 3, the server 3 generates a pick-up password for the package after receiving the information, and the related information of the package is updated into a package information table (table 3).
As if there are packages in the same area, and the current movable cabinet 2 has an empty storage grid, the delivery person can continue to select the storage grid on the mobile phone 4 of the delivery person to continue package delivery, otherwise, a new movable grid 2 needs to be scanned for package delivery.
After all packages are put into the cabinet, the courier can load the movable package cabinet 2 to the corresponding positioning pile 1.
After the movable grid cabinet 2 reaches the positioning pile 1, the cabinet body control system can send a connection request with the self ID to the positioning pile 1 through the WIFI module.
After receiving the connection request, the positioning pile 1 inquires the server 3 through the 4G module of the control system whether the movable grid cabinet 2 currently establishes a binding relation with the server.
If no association exists, the display screen of the positioning pile 1 displays connection failure and prompts the correct positioning pile 1 information bound with the movable grid cabinet 2. If the association relation exists, the display screen of the positioning pile 1 displays that the connection is successful, and the server 3 sends a picking-up password to the mobile phone 5 of the receiver wrapped in the movable grid cabinet 2. So far, the delivery operation of delivering the package by using the movable type grid cabinet is completed.

If the information input by the addressee is wrong, displaying a password error on a display screen of the positioning pile 1; if the information input by the receiver is correct, the control system of the positioning pile 1 sends an unlocking instruction to the movable grid cabinet 2 through WIFI connection, and the electric control lock of the storage grid where the receiver wraps is opened.
The storage grid gate where the recipient package is located is opened, and the field of [ get time ] in the package information table ] in the server 3 is automatically updated.
The recipient takes the package out and places the package on a grid gate.
So far, the user uses the movable grid cabinet to get the parcel to get the piece operation completion.

4. By adopting the intelligent delivery system, the positioning pile and the movable grid cabinet combined type system can automatically adapt in real time according to delivery traffic, because the positions with large delivery traffic are naturally more in the movable grid cabinet, the problem that the intelligent express cabinet consisting of the traditional fixed main cabinet and the auxiliary cabinet is difficult to increase or decrease once being installed is completely avoided, and complaints caused by insufficient grid openings of partial points and waste caused by too low utilization rate of grid openings of some points are completely avoided.
5. By adopting the system, the express packages are directly sorted into the movable grid cabinet at the distribution station, and the express operators directly reach the target site through transporting the movable grid cabinet, so that the secondary sorting of the express operators is avoided, and the sorting efficiency of the express operators is improved.
6.
