技术领域
本发明涉及汽车新能源领域,尤其涉及一种用于新能源混合动力汽车的新型尾气净化装置。
背景技术
汽车尾气是汽车使用时产生的废气,含有上百种不同的化合物,其中的污染物有固体悬浮微粒、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、碳氢化合物、氮氧化合物、铅及硫氧化合物等,在直接危害人体健康的同时,还会对人类生活的环境产生深远影响。现有的新能源混合动力汽车使用传统燃料的同时配以电动机来改善低速动力输出和燃油消耗,达到节能减排的目的,其中尾气排放是衡量混合动力汽车环保性能的一个重要指标,为达到减少尾气排放的目的,通常会加装尾气净化装置,现有的尾气净化装置通常采用三元催化器,将一氧化碳、碳氢化合物、氮氧化合物三种有害气体通过氧化还原反应转变为无害气体和水,但三元催化器的净化作用范围有限,清洗不便容易造成腔体堵塞影响净化效果,启动和熄火时排气管空气温度骤变,热胀冷缩致使体积变化造成尾节震颤产生大量噪。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的上述问题,提供了一种用于新能源混合动力汽车的新型尾气净化装置,在尾气净化时可提高净化效果,可拆卸便于清洗和保养。为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现。
一种用于新能源混合动力汽车的新型尾气净化装置,包括进气管,所述进气管的内腔设置有吸附层,所述进气管的顶部和底部对称螺接有紧固螺,所述进气管的右侧连接有净化腔,所述净化腔的内腔从左到右依次设置有高温室、增压室、催化室和通气管,且高温室、增压室、催化室和通气管依次相连通,所述高温室的内腔设有电热丝网,所述催化室的内腔填充有催化载体,所述净化腔的右侧连接有吸收腔,所述吸收腔的内腔设有溶解室和消音室,且溶解室位于消音室的左侧,所述溶解室的内腔左侧设置有漏斗管,且漏斗管的左侧进气端与通气管相连通,所述溶解室的右侧壁顶部设有通气孔,所述溶解室和消音室通过通气孔相连通,所述消音室的内腔四周侧壁均设有隔音棉层,所述消音室内设有滤音板,所述消音室的右侧连接有排气管,所述排气管上设有流量阀。

本发明的有益效果是:
本发明结构设计合理,一方面通过吸附层吸附尾气中的固体悬浮微粒,通过净化腔除去一氧化碳、碳氢化合物和氮氧化合物,通过溶解室吸收硫氧化合物,通过多级净化作用,可以增加装置对尾气中有害气体的净化种类,提高净化效果,由于净化腔和吸收腔之间通过卡扣进行连接,使得净化腔和吸收腔便于进行拆卸,进而便于清洗和保养,另一方面通过消音室将尾气经过多次反射碰撞,减少声波中的能量,进而达到降噪效果。
当然,实施本发明的任一产品并不一定需要同时达到以上所述的所有优点。

吸附层2包括活性碳芯和滤网,且滤网位于吸附层2中贴近净化腔的一侧,可吸附尾气中的固体悬浮微粒,净化腔4和吸收腔11通过卡扣扣接,便于拆卸净化腔4和吸收腔11,进行清洗保养,净化腔4和吸收腔11的外侧管壁涂有耐高温漆层,可以隔绝水和空气中的酸性物质,防止生锈,溶解室12的顶部设有进水口,溶解室12的底部设有出水口,便于更换吸收液,滤音板17上设有蜂窝状通气孔,使气体分流后冲击减速,减少声波中能量,达到降低噪音的目的。
本发明的一个实体实施方式为:
在进行尾气净化处理时,将通气管10插接入漏斗管14的内腔,通过卡扣将净化腔4与吸收腔11固定,通过调节紧固螺母3使进气管1固定在汽车尾气管上,尾气经过吸附层2时,吸附层2中的活性炭芯吸附尾气中的固体悬浮微粒,尾气透过滤网进入净化腔4,尾气经过高温室5时,电热丝网6对尾气进行加热,将尾气中的残余的燃油蒸汽和一氧化碳进行二次燃烧后通向增压室7,增压室7为漏斗状,空气从较大空间进入较小空间,进而达到增大压强的效果,高温尾气通入催化室8时,尾气中的碳氢化合物和氮氧化合物在催化室8中通过催化载体9的催化作用发生氧化还原反应,进而生成二氧化碳、氮气和水,达到除去尾气中碳氢化合物和氮氧化合物的目的,尾气通过通气管10进入吸收腔11,尾气从溶解室12的漏斗管14进入吸收液,尾气中的的硫氧化合物被吸收液吸收,剩余的二氧化碳和氮气通过通气孔15进入消音室13,经过滤音板17对气体进行分流减速后,经过多次反射碰撞,减少声波中的能量,通过隔音棉层16进行隔音,达到降低尾气噪音的效果,尾气通过排气管18排出,流量阀19对尾气量进行监测。
