橡塑是橡胶和塑料产业的统称,都是石油的附属产品,随着技术和市场的需求和用途越来越是广泛,橡塑在使用的过程中,橡塑的弹性下降,此外橡塑保温材料的主要成分是橡胶和塑料,具有两者的共同缺点不耐明火。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种具备高弹性和高阻燃的阻燃弹性橡塑波浪保温板的制备方法,有效解决了橡塑密度低弹性下降和阻燃性能低问题。
为实现上述的目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种阻燃弹性橡塑波浪保温板,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数配比的原料:三元乙丙橡胶40-80份,丁苯橡胶20-40份,高苯乙烯树脂5-10份,癸二酸二辛酯10-15份,硫化促进剂3-5份,活性剂2-7份,防焦剂PVI0.2-0.5份,发泡剂-二亚硝基五亚甲基四胺15-20份,硫磺1-3份,抗氧化剂0.1-0.5份,光稳定剂5-10份,复合阻燃剂40-60份。
所述复合阻燃剂为三氧化钼、氢氧化铝、硼酸锌、氧化锑和润滑剂,三氧化钼、氢氧化铝、硼酸锌、氧化锑和润滑剂的质量比为2:9:1:1:1。

(3)开炼:将步骤(2)的出料倒入开炼机切片,切出的胶片厚度5-8mm,胶片宽度500-600mm,胶片长度2000-2500mm;
(4)成品胶密炼:将按重量份数称取的防焦剂PVI、发泡剂-二亚硝基五亚甲基四胺、硫磺以及步骤(3)的切片放入密炼室密练至100℃-130℃出料;
(5)开炼:将步骤(4)的出料倒入开炼机切条,切出的胶条厚度3-5mm,胶条宽度200mm,胶条长度不切段;
(6)挤出成型:将步骤(5)的胶条放入挤出机,依次调整挤出机上的温度为:机头段20℃-40℃、挤出段30℃-50℃、塑化段30℃-50℃、螺杆段30℃-45℃,启动挤出机,调整转速10-20转/分,将胶条均匀喂入喂料口挤出通过模具成型;
(7)硫化发泡:将步骤(6)的挤出成型料经引料棒送入多节烘道,分别以120℃、140%、150%、160%的烘箱分别烘制3min、5min、10min、12min发泡出橡塑板;
(8)牵引冷却:将发泡出的橡塑板用引料棒将其引入水槽冷却3-5分钟后经传递带送至切台;
(9)剪切包装:调整切台的速度,使其与冷却传送带一致,调节计米器,按尺寸要求进行剪切,包装,放至存放区。
与现有技术相比,本发明阻燃弹性橡塑波浪保温板具备以下有益效果:
1、通过三元乙丙胶的添加,三元乙丙胶分子结构中无极性取代基,分子内聚能低,分子链可在较宽范围内保持柔顺性,提高了橡塑材料的柔韧性和弹性。
2、通过复合阻燃剂的添加,复合阻燃剂既能吸热延缓材料的热分解速度,又能隔绝燃烧过程中产生的羟基游离基,从而达到阻燃效果,有效的提高橡塑制品阻燃性能。
高分子化合物在空气中的燃烧;是一种非常激烈的氧化反应,属于自由基链式反应历程。燃烧过程中增殖大量活泼的羟基游离基(HO .)。HO . 和高分子化合物相遇,生成碳氢化合物游离基和水。在氧的存在下,碳氢化合物游离基分解又形成新的HO .,如此循环使燃烧不断进行,降低羟基游离基的浓度或切断氧的来源,阻止链式反应的进行,达到阻燃效果。三氧化钼和氢氧化铝能进行吸热的热分解反应,凝聚相内温度,使其上升减慢,延缓被阻燃物的热分解速度,并且按比例混合有消烟的作用。硼酸锌和氧化锑复合使用,受热分解后,释放出能阻断连续反应的阻断剂,以减缓气相反应速度,同时硼酸锌有是氢氧化铝的增效剂。

(3)开炼:将步骤(2)的出料倒入开炼机切片,切出的胶片厚度6mm,胶片宽度500mm,胶片长度2000mm;
(4)成品胶密炼:将按重量份数称取的防焦剂PVI0.4份、发泡剂-二亚硝基五亚甲基四胺18份、硫磺0.3份以及步骤(3)的切片放入密炼室密练至110℃出料;
(5)开炼:将步骤(4)的出料倒入开炼机切条,切出的胶条厚度4mm,胶条宽度200mm,胶条长度不切段;
(6)挤出成型:将步骤(5)的胶条放入挤出机,依次调整挤出机上的温度为:机头段20℃-40℃、挤出段30℃-50℃、塑化段30℃-50℃、螺杆段30℃-45℃,启动挤出机,调整转速10-20转/分,将胶条均匀喂入喂料口挤出通过模具成型;
(7)硫化发泡:将步骤(6)的挤出成型料经引料棒送入有多节烘道,分别以120℃、140%、150%、160%的烘箱分别烘制3min、5min、10min、12min发泡出橡塑板;
(8)牵引冷却:将发泡出的橡塑板用引料棒将其引入水槽冷却3-5分钟后经传递带送至切台;
(9)剪切包装:调整切台的速度,使其与冷却传送带一致,调节计米器,按尺寸要求进行剪切,包装,放至存放区。
实施例三:
一种阻燃弹性橡塑波浪保温板,按质量配比包括以下原料:三元乙丙橡胶60份,丁苯橡胶30份,高苯乙烯树脂8份,癸二酸二辛酯12份,硫化促进剂5份,活性剂5份,抗氧化剂0.2份,光稳定剂6份,复合阻燃剂50份,防焦剂PVI0.5份、发泡剂-二亚硝基五亚甲基四胺20份、硫磺0.2份。其中复合阻燃剂为质量比为2:9:1:1:1的三氧化钼、氢氧化铝、硼酸锌、氧化锑和润滑剂,三氧化钼、氢氧化铝、硼酸锌、氧化锑和润滑剂的,润滑剂为质量比为1:1:1的硬脂酸、硬脂酸锌和硬脂酸甘油酯,活性剂为氧化锌。
一种阻燃弹性橡塑波浪保温板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)要求的组分以及各组分的重量称取原料;
(2)高温胶密炼:将按重量份数称取的三元乙丙橡胶60份,丁苯橡胶30份,高苯乙烯树脂8份,癸二酸二辛酯12份,硫化促进剂5份,活性剂5份,抗氧化剂0.2份,光稳定剂6份,复合阻燃剂50份放入密炼室密炼至135℃出料;
(3)开炼:将步骤(2)的出料倒入开炼机切片,切出的胶片厚度8mm,胶片宽度500mm,胶片长度2000mm;
(4)成品胶密炼:将按重量份数称取的防焦剂PVI0.5份、发泡剂-二亚硝基五亚甲基四胺20份、硫磺0.2份以及步骤(3)的切片放入密炼室密练至115℃出料;
(5)开炼:将步骤(4)的出料倒入开炼机切条,切出的胶条厚度5mm,胶条宽度200mm,胶条长度不切段;
(6)挤出成型:将步骤(5)的胶条放入挤出机,依次调整挤出机上的温度为:机头段20℃-40℃、挤出段30℃-50℃、塑化段30℃-50℃、螺杆段30℃-45℃,启动挤出机,调整转速10-20转/分,将胶条均匀喂入喂料口挤出通过模具成型;
(7)硫化发泡:将步骤(6)的挤出成型料经引料棒送入有多节烘道,分别以120℃、140%、150%、160%的烘箱分别烘制3min、5min、10min、12min发泡出橡塑板;
(8)牵引冷却:将发泡出的橡塑板用引料棒将其引入水槽冷却3-5分钟后经传递带送至切台;
(9)剪切包装:调整切台的速度,使其与冷却传送带一致,调节计米器,按尺寸要求进行剪切,包装,放至存放区。
实施例四:
一种阻燃弹性橡塑波浪保温板,按质量配比包括以下原料:三元乙丙橡胶70份,丁苯橡胶35份,高苯乙烯树脂9份,癸二酸二辛酯14份,硫化促进剂5份,活性剂5份,抗氧化剂0.3份,光稳定剂8份,复合阻燃剂50份,防焦剂PVI0.3份、发泡剂-二亚硝基五亚甲基四胺15份、硫磺0.25份。其中复合阻燃剂为质量比为2:9:1:1:1的三氧化钼、氢氧化铝、硼酸锌、氧化锑和润滑剂,三氧化钼、氢氧化铝、硼酸锌、氧化锑和润滑剂的,润滑剂为质量比为1:1:1的硬脂酸、硬脂酸锌和硬脂酸甘油酯,活性剂为氧化锌。
一种阻燃弹性橡塑波浪保温板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)要求上述的组分以及各组分的重量称取原料;

(5)开炼:将步骤(4)的出料倒入开炼机切条,切出的胶条厚度5mm,胶条宽度200mm,胶条长度不切段;
(6)挤出成型:将步骤(5)的胶条放入挤出机,依次调整挤出机上的温度为:机头段20℃-40℃、挤出段30℃-50℃、塑化段30℃-50℃、螺杆段30℃-45℃,启动挤出机,调整转速10-20转/分,将胶条均匀喂入喂料口挤出通过模具成型;

一种阻燃弹性橡塑波浪保温板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

(4)成品胶密炼:将按重量份数称取的防焦剂PVI0.4份、发泡剂-二亚硝基五亚甲基四胺18份、硫磺0.25份以及步骤(3)的切片放入密炼室密练至130℃出料;
(5)开炼:将步骤(4)的出料倒入开炼机切条,切出的胶条厚度5mm,胶条宽度200mm,胶条长度不切段;
(6)挤出成型:将步骤(5)的胶条放入挤出机,依次调整挤出机上的温度为:机头段20℃-40℃、挤出段30℃-50℃、塑化段30℃-50℃、螺杆段30℃-45℃,启动挤出机,调整转速10-20转/分,将胶条均匀喂入喂料口挤出通过模具成型;
(7)硫化发泡:将步骤(6)的挤出成型料经引料棒送入有多节烘道,分别以120℃、140%、150%、160%的烘箱分别烘制3min、5min、10min、12min发泡出橡塑板;

(9)剪切包装:调整切台的速度,使其与冷却传送带一致,调节计米器,按尺寸要求进行剪切,包装,放至存放区。
目前市场上的阻燃橡塑保温板存在阻燃性提升,基材自身的物理性能就会有所下降,比如弹性下降,回弹不高只有65-70%。本案制备出的阻燃弹性橡塑波浪保温板氧指数达到40%压缩回弹达到75%以上技术性能见下表:

严格根据国家标准测试性能指标能看出,实施例3的阻燃弹性橡塑波浪保温板其结构最稳定、导热系数最低、弹性最好、抗老化能力最强、环保无毒。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (5)

1.一种阻燃弹性橡塑波浪保温板,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数配比的原料:三元乙丙橡胶40-80份,丁苯橡胶20-40份,高苯乙烯树脂5-10份,癸二酸二辛酯10-15份,硫化促进剂3-5份,活性剂2-7份,防焦剂PVI0.2-0.5份,发泡剂-二亚硝基五亚甲基四胺15-20份,硫磺1-3份,抗氧化剂0.1-0.5份,光稳定剂5-10份,复合阻燃剂40-60份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃弹性橡塑波浪保温板,其特征在于,所述复合阻燃剂为三氧化钼、氢氧化铝、硼酸锌、氧化锑和润滑剂,三氧化钼、氢氧化铝、硼酸锌、氧化锑和润滑剂的质量比为2:9:1:1:1。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种阻燃弹性橡塑波浪保温板,其特征在于,所述润滑剂为质量比为1:1:1的硬脂酸、硬脂酸锌和硬脂酸甘油酯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃弹性橡塑波浪保温板,其特征在于,所述活性剂为氧化锌。
5.一种阻燃弹性橡塑波浪保温板的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按权利要求1的组分以及各组分的重量称取原料;
(2)高温胶密炼:将按重量份数称取的三元乙丙橡胶,丁苯橡胶,高苯乙烯树脂,癸二酸二辛酯,硫化促进剂,活性剂,抗氧化剂和光稳定剂复合阻燃剂放入密炼室密炼至120℃-140℃出料;
(3)开炼:将步骤(2)的出料倒入开炼机切片,切出的胶片厚度5-8mm,胶片宽度500-600mm,胶片长度2000-2500mm;
(4)成品胶密炼:将按重量份数称取的防焦剂PVI、发泡剂-二亚硝基五亚甲基四胺、硫磺以及步骤(3)的切片放入密炼室密练至100℃-130℃出料;
(5)开炼:将步骤(4)的出料倒入开炼机切条,切出的胶条厚度3-5mm,胶条宽度200mm,胶条长度不切段;
(6)挤出成型:将步骤(5)的胶条放入挤出机,依次调整挤出机上的温度为:机头段20℃-40℃、挤出段30℃-50℃、塑化段30℃-50℃、螺杆段30℃-45℃,启动挤出机,调整转速10-20转/分,将胶条均匀喂入喂料口挤出通过模具成型;
(7)硫化发泡:将步骤(6)的挤出成型料经引料棒送入多节烘道,分别以120℃、140%、150%、160%的烘箱分别烘制3min、5min、10min、12min发泡出橡塑板;
