Abstract

本发明公开了一种皮带输送机防尘密封罩，包括透明罩、固定支架和防尘帘，透明罩两侧底边安装在固定支架顶端的固定夹板上，两个固定支架安装在皮带机架上；两个固定夹板的下方分别固定有一个防尘帘，防尘帘的底边落在皮带输送机上皮带边沿，从而透明罩、防尘帘与皮带在皮带沿线形成一个密封空间。本发明结构简单，既不影响皮带的日常维护维修，又能观察皮带沿线生产状态，同时又能将产生的扬尘控制在防尘罩内，达到杜绝扬尘向外排放目的。

背景技术
随着国家对工矿企业灰尘排放要求越来越严格，大多数企业使用的皮带机较长，运送粉状物料较多，受大风天气及粉状物料本身特性的影响，皮带机沿线产生扬尘的有效控制问题，愈发亟待解决。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的不足之处，本发明提供一种皮带输送机防尘密封罩。
为了达到上述目的，本发明技术方案如下：
一种皮带输送机防尘密封罩，包括透明罩、固定支架和防尘帘，透明罩两侧底边安装在固定支架顶端的固定夹板上，两个固定支架安装在皮带机架上；两个固定夹板的下方分别固定有一个防尘帘，防尘帘的底边落在皮带输送机上皮带边沿，从而透明罩、防尘帘与皮带在皮带沿线形成一个密封空间。
进一步的，所述的透明罩为拱形定型结构。
进一步的，所述的防尘帘采用耐磨材质。
有益效果：本发明结构简单，既不影响皮带的日常维护维修，又能观察皮带沿线生产状态，同时又能将产生的扬尘控制在防尘罩内，达到杜绝扬尘向外排放目的。

一种皮带输送机防尘密封罩，如图1所示，包括拱形定型的透明罩1、固定支架2和耐磨的防尘帘3，透明罩1两侧底边安装在固定支架2顶端的固定夹板4上，两个固定支架2安装在皮带机架5上；两个固定夹板4的下方分别固定有一个防尘帘3，防尘帘3的底边落在皮带输送机上皮带6边沿，从而透明罩1、防尘帘3与皮带6在皮带沿线形成一个密封空间。

1.一种皮带输送机防尘密封罩，其特征在于：包括透明罩、固定支架和防尘帘，透明罩两侧底边安装在固定支架顶端的固定夹板上，两个固定支架安装在皮带机架上；两个固定夹板的下方分别固定有一个防尘帘，防尘帘的底边落在皮带输送机上皮带边沿，从而透明罩、防尘帘与皮带在皮带沿线形成一个密封空间。
