本实施例还提供一种保健养生的纯中草药药浴配方的使用方法，取包装好的小包的中药原料，一种是通过将该中药袋置于水中煎制，以大火烧开后用小火煎熬30～40分钟，然后用浴桶或浴盆兑水调温至40～45℃，在进行熏蒸、泡澡或泡足，煎制能够使药材中药效散发比较完全，使皮肤、穴位对中草药营养成分的吸收效果会达到最佳；另一种通过将该中药袋置于浴桶或浴盆中，添加适量的沸水进行浸泡，待药材中药效散开后，加入温水进行调温至40～45℃，在进行熏蒸、泡澡或泡足。中医学从均衡调理五脏功能入手，通过中药药液沐浴浸泡身体，轻微排汗，使全身肌肉放松，增强四肢、皮肤血液循环，通过汗腺排出体内代谢产物，使有效药物次级皮肤经络穴位并通过九窍粘膜、肤体毛孔进入人体并被内脏吸收，这对调节人体内分泌，增强免疫功能、提高抵御疾病的能力具有药理治疗和保健的作用。该养生保健纯中草药药浴，通过泡澡、泡脚、熏蒸、洗头等方式使用，能够促进新陈代谢能力，尤其可提升免疫力、调整亚健康状态、改善睡眠、调和气血、舒经活络，对增强抵抗力，增强体质，驱寒祛湿，活血化瘀，通经活络，产后调理有显著功效，对幼儿传统中草药药浴使用，发烧感冒闹肚子，睡不好，消化不好皮肤不好等问题进行缓解改善，有益对幼儿起到帮助作用，具有较好的养生保健作用，可以普遍推广使用。
医治案例：
1.收集汇总了40例使用该配方的就诊患者，其中男20例，女20例，就诊患者有睡眠不良、抵抗力低下、关节炎、风湿、痛风、筋骨疼痛和皮肤不好等问题中的一种或几种问题。
2.治疗方法：采用本发明中的中草药药浴配方产品，每周进行3～4次的药浴，每次30分钟，1周为一疗程。

3.根据权利要求1—2任意一项所述的一种保健养生的纯中草药药浴配方的制备方法，其特征在于：
步骤一：对原料进行前期处理，刷选出原材料质量检验合格的产品；
步骤二：将上述处理好的药材通过置于55～60℃的烘箱中进行充分干燥；
步骤三：根据上述配比的取一定重量的中药原料进行混合后，先进行粗碎，将粉碎的原料过20～30目筛后分别制得粗粉，在搅拌混合均匀后通过粉碎机进行细化粉碎，并通过100～200目筛后制得细粉；
步骤四：将上述得到的细粉放入杀菌设备中进行微波杀菌，杀菌完成后将原料放入分装机进行分装。分装好的小包放置在无菌环境下冷却两小时后，进行装袋或者装盒。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种保健养生的纯中草药药浴配方的制备方法，其特征在于：所述步骤一中原料前期处理包括非药用部位的去除和杂质的去除，其中非药用部位的去除是通过去除掉药材的茎、根、枝梗、粗皮、壳和核等不作为药用的部位；杂质的去除是通过挑选、风选、洗和漂等方法来净化药材。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种保健养生的纯中草药药浴配方的制备方法，其特征在于：所述步骤三中根据中根据比例取药材的重量为100千克。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种保健养生的纯中草药药浴配方的制备方法，其特征在于：所述步骤四中每袋小包的重量在50～100g。
7.根据权利要求1—6任意一项所述的一种保健养生的纯中草药药浴配方的使用方法，其特征在于：取包装好的小包的中药原料，一种是通过将该中药袋置于水中煎制，以大火烧开后用小火煎熬30～40分钟，然后用浴桶或浴盆兑水调温至40～45℃，在进行熏蒸、泡澡或泡足，煎制能够使药材中药效散发比较完全，使皮肤、穴位对中草药营养成分的吸收效果会达到最佳；另一种通过将该中药袋置于浴桶或浴盆中，添加适量的沸水进行浸泡，待药材中药效散开后，加入温水进行调温至40～45℃，在进行熏蒸、泡澡或泡足。
