Description

Traditional Chinese medicine composition with function of treating diabetes and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition with a function of treating diabetes and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating diabetes and a preparation method thereof, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine composition takes dried orange peel and green brick tea as main components.
Background
Diabetes has become one of the major health risks for human beings. There have been an increasing number of people worldwide that are harmed by diabetes. According to the information of the world health organization, the diabetic patients around the world reach about 4 hundred million people, and account for about 6 percent of the total population of the world. Among about 4 hundred million diabetics worldwide, Chinese diabetics reach 1.1 million, accounting for about 8% of the total population of China, and China is a country with the largest and higher proportion of diabetes in the world. In addition, China has billions of people in pre-diabetes or potential. And the increase of diabetic patients is also accelerating, both in the world and in china. The suppression of the growth of diabetes is an urgent task in the medical world of all countries worldwide.
Diabetes is a fundamental disease. Diabetes can damage various major organs of the body, causing complications such as heart disease, stroke, nerve damage, kidney failure, impotence, and unhealed limb infection.
Due to the urgency and severity of diabetes, the development of new drugs for treating diabetes is highly appreciated by all countries.
At present, the main medicines for treating diabetes are mainly chemical medicines, such as dimethyl dipper, baizaipine, gliquidone, insulin and the like. However, the western medicines have different effects on different patients. For example, the baiyao is more effective for the patients with obesity, and the patients with emaciation generally take the beiziping better. Therefore, the medicine needs to be selected clinically according to the physical condition, disease condition and drug sensitivity of patients, and in short according to individual differences of patients. In addition, some patients have high blood glucose before meal, and some patients have high blood glucose after meal. Gliquidone is directed against pre-prandial blood glucose, whereas bayer's sugar level is more active on post-prandial blood glucose. When the medicine is taken, the medicine is selected according to the specific condition of the patient. The diabetes drugs commonly used at present do not have broad spectrum.
In addition, most chemicals have major side effects. For example, stomach is harmed by Meishuang and liver is injured by Baiyaoping. This also limits the clinical use of the drug by the physician.
Insulin is an effective drug for treating diabetes, but the dosage of insulin needs to be adjusted according to the blood sugar level at that time. In addition, insulin needs to be refrigerated, and is not convenient to use when traveling on business.
At present, the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of diabetes only stays at the stage of treating symptoms but not treating the root causes. Mainly aims at treating diabetes symptoms and complications. For example, diabetes patients have thirst, which is called as diabetes in traditional Chinese medicine, so the treatment idea is to eliminate thirst, dry throat and other symptoms. For another example, diabetes patients have polydipsia and polyuria, and the kidney governs water, and polydipsia and polyuria are the expression of kidney deficiency, so that the kidney is taken as a main medical approach. The traditional Chinese medicine is used for treating patients with diabetic nephropathy, and the patients are considered to have liver and kidney qi and yin deficiency, so the formula for nourishing liver and kidney, tonifying qi and activating blood is adopted. The diabetes mellitus often causes coronary heart disease, the traditional Chinese medicine considers that the diabetes mellitus heart disease is the deficiency of both qi and yang of heart and kidney, and the formula for tonifying qi, nourishing heart, promoting blood circulation and inducing diuresis is adopted in treatment. Diabetes often causes neuropathy, and the traditional Chinese medicine treatment for patients with diabetic nerve damage usually adopts formulas for tonifying spleen and stomach, and the like. At present, a traditional Chinese medicine formula for treating diabetes by adopting a direct blood sugar reduction method is not available. The reason may be that some single or compound Chinese medicines have the effect of reducing blood sugar, but the concentration is too low to play the medical role.
The Chinese food and drug administration examines and approves 35 Chinese medicines for treating diabetes, wherein one is an effective component extracted from Chinese medicinal materials, the two are combined Chinese and western medicines, and the rest 32 are Chinese medicine compound. Although the traditional Chinese medicines can play roles in reducing blood sugar and improving lipid metabolism to some extent by regulating functions of related body organs through pharmacological research and clinical tests, the blood sugar reducing intensity of the traditional Chinese medicines is far inferior to that of western medicines, and most diabetic patients cannot control the blood sugar to a satisfactory level by the traditional Chinese medicines alone except for a part of early mild disease patients who can use the traditional Chinese medicines alone.
In addition, although the toxicity of Chinese herbs is generally considered to be lower than that of western medicines, the Chinese herbs are three times toxic and are no exception. The side effects of the traditional Chinese medicine mainly refer to the cold, hot, warm and cool properties of the medicine, and the traditional Chinese medicine can show the characteristic of dynamic change according to the diseases of different constitutions and different stages, different climates and seasons, so the traditional Chinese medicine needs to be continuously changed into prescriptions according to the physical conditions and the climatic conditions when being taken, and is not convenient enough to take.
Statistics show that the whole blood sugar standard reaching rate of Chinese type II diabetes patients is not optimistic, only the blood sugar of the patients who are less than 1/3 is controlled to reach the standard, and the proportion of the patients who are simultaneously controlled to reach the standard by blood sugar, blood pressure and blood fat only accounts for 5.6 percent. In addition, nearly 60% of type II diabetics are overweight or obese. The risk, development speed and harm of diabetic complications are also obviously increased along with poor control of blood sugar, blood pressure, blood fat, weight and the like of patients with type II diabetes. Therefore, the comprehensive management of diabetes has become a main idea for treating diabetes. The diabetes patient needs to manage a plurality of risk factors such as blood sugar reduction, blood pressure reduction, lipid regulation, weight reduction and the like at the same time. At present, a method for comprehensively managing diabetes mellitus diseases is to take a plurality of medicines at the same time, and at present, no medicine can simultaneously and effectively play multiple roles of reducing blood sugar, reducing blood pressure, regulating fat, losing weight and the like.
Furthermore, modern medical research suggests that acidic body fluids are one of the causes of hyperglycemia, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and hyperuricemia. Therefore, reducing blood sugar, blood fat and blood pressure is one of means for stabilizing the blood sugar reducing effect by reducing uric acid. Therefore, in recent years, the control of the third-high is changed to the control of the fourth-high.
In view of the current situation of diabetes treatment, there is also a need to develop new drugs with small toxic and side effects, convenient administration, broad spectrum applicability, and multiple effects for diabetes treatment.

The green brick tea with the functions of reducing blood fat, reducing blood sugar, reducing blood pressure, resisting oxidation and promoting blood platelet aggregation and the dried orange peel with the function of reducing blood sugar are combined and matched, so that the very good effect of treating the diabetes is achieved.
The Qing-brick tea is mainly produced in the provinces of Eimen, Hankou, Xiangyang, etc. The local elevation in south of the Ebei province is 600-800 meters, and the area of Hankou and Xiangyang is 100-800 meters. The green brick tea grows in red soil and yellow soil areas with cloudy and foggy climate and good water-wet condition at both sides of the Yangtze river. The red soil and the yellow soil are transition zones of southern red soil and northern yellow soil, are alumina-rich acidic soil generated under evergreen broad-leaved forests of medium and subtropical zones, the deposited layer is reddish brown or orange red, the lower part of the section is provided with reticulate patterns, and the red soil and the yellow soil contain iron-manganese nodules, silicon dioxide/aluminum oxide, kaolinite, hydromica, gibbsite and the like, and various mineral substances in the soil make medium trace elements in the soil very rich. The special geographical environment and the special trace elements in the soil create the unique medical health care value of the green brick tea. The green brick tea has the following specific effects and functions:
1. regulating acidic body fluids
The green brick tea is a weakly alkaline beverage and has the function of improving acidic body fluid. It is well known that acidic body fluids are one of the root causes of four highs.
2. Regulating gout
Gout is a direct result of acidic body fluids. The green brick tea contains abundant cellulose and alkaloid, and alkali and cellulose can synthesize uric acid and promote excretion of uric acid from urine and urine. Caffeine in the green brick tea has strong diuretic effect, and can relax renal blood vessels, thereby effectively controlling gout.
3. Blood sugar reducing
Diabetes is a disease caused by sugar metabolism disorder in human body, and is called as diabetes in traditional Chinese medicine. The ancient empirical prescription of traditional Chinese medicine has been recorded that 'crude tea' is decocted for long-term use and is used for treating diabetes. The 'crude tea' mentioned in ancient empirical tea therapy includes green brick tea. Modern researches on tea show that the key components capable of reducing blood sugar are tea polysaccharide, tea polyphenol and catechin in the tea. 4. Blood fat reducing
Cholesterol and fat are insoluble in water, and are present in the blood in the form of lipoproteins among phospholipids and proteins contained in the blood. Green brick tea belonging to the whole fermentation tea class has rich tea polyphenol and tea polysaccharide substances, and can effectively decompose lipoprotein in blood, especially low-density lipoprotein. The tea polyphenol and tea polysaccharide substances of the green brick tea play an important role in reducing blood fat.
For thousands of years, the green brick tea is mainly sold to Rusmond areas, and provides powerful guarantee for the health of people in high-fat and few-vegetable alpine regions. Local herds cannot have brick tea every day.
The green brick tea is different from other black tea, and the green brick tea does not need after-fermentation. The tea leaves retain more caffeine without after-fermentation. The caffeine can promote blood circulation and reduce the pressure burden of the heart pump. The blood flow speed is accelerated, and the probability of myocardial infarction or cerebral infarction can be reduced.
The pericarpium Citri Tangerinae is prepared by air drying pericarpium Citri Tangerinae. Generally, the citrus peel can be called as the tangerine peel after being stored for more than three years, and the citrus peel can become old and fragrant after more than five years. In terms of the flavor and medicinal function of the dried orange peel, the longer the storage time of the dried orange peel is, the better the storage time is. The best quality is the best one among the best ones, especially the best one among them. The peeled mandarin orange peel can be classified into pericarpium Citri Reticulatae viride, Erhongpi, and scarlet peel according to the varieties of mandarin oranges.
In terms of pharmacology, the important active ingredients in the dried orange peel are flavonoids, the flavonoids in the citrus peel comprise flavone, flavanone, flavonol and the like, and the flavonoids mostly exist in the form of glucoside. The glucoside in pericarpium Citri Tangerinae includes hesperidin (hesperidin ), neohesperidin, and nobiletin (also called nobiletin). Besides the flavonoids mentioned above, some characteristic flavonoids are found in dried orange peel. The components have obvious biological activity in the aspects of oxidation resistance, tumor resistance, blood sugar reduction, cholesterol reduction, cardiovascular disease prevention and treatment, sedation and inflammation elimination, antibiosis and disinsection, platelet aggregation resistance and the like. The research and the instrument analysis result show that the flavonoid compounds in the dried orange peel are the active ingredients for reducing the blood sugar, and the total amount of the flavonoid substances in the dried orange peel is in direct proportion to the storage time of the dried orange peel.
Through years of research, development and practice, the invention creates a method for culturing the skin and the tea by mixing and storing dried orange peel and Yunnan Pu 'er tea, particularly mature Pu' er tea in a closed container, such as a porcelain jar. The dried orange peel and the Yunnan Pu' er tea are mixed and stored, so that the trace elements and the microorganisms of the two raw materials are mutually transfected, the prebiotics and the nutrients of the probiotics of the other side are mutually exchanged, the beneficial chemical substances and the probiotics of the other side are mutually absorbed, the types of the probiotics and the metabolic substances thereof in the two raw materials are continuously enriched along with the increase of the transfection time, and the beneficial substances in the two raw materials are multiplied in quantity and concentration.
The pericarpium citri reticulatae preferentially adopted by the invention is the pericarpium citri reticulatae cultured by the method. Skin care generally takes 2-3 years. Generally, the skin is better cultured by using Yunnan cooked Pu' er tea. If the health-preserving skin is used, the skin-nourishing time needs to be longer, such as more than 5 years.
Pharmacological experiments carried out by the invention find that the green brick tea extract can obviously reduce fasting blood glucose concentration, improve the tolerance of an organism to glycogen load, improve the sensitivity level of insulin and insulin, promote glucose transport and lipid metabolism in liver, thereby improving a glucose metabolic system. The research result of the invention shows that the brick tea can be used as a therapeutic or adjuvant therapeutic drug for people with diabetes and hyperlipidemia.
The medicine experiment carried out by the invention shows that the more the tea is fermented, the more the effective substances in the tea are, and the higher the concentration of the effective substances is. Therefore, the invention selects the fully fermented green brick tea as the raw material of the invention. On the basis, the beneficial substances and the probiotic flora in the tea are enriched to a higher level through multiple times of aging and micro-fermentation, thereby creating the unique fermentation and micro-fermentation process of the invention.
Through years of research and development and practice, the invention creates a method for adding dried orange peel into the brick pressing process of the crude tea, forming the brick together with the green brick tea and carrying out subsequent micro-fermentation. Researches show that in the process of co-fermentation of the dried orange peel and the green brick tea, the dried orange peel green brick tea brick produces a large amount of probiotic groups, and the probiotic groups take tea leaves and dried orange peel as metabolism substrates and can be metabolized to produce biochemical components with comprehensive properties and powerful functions.
Most of the probiotics are anaerobic bacteria, and most of the aerobic bacteria are harmful to human bodies. The raw tea and the dried orange peel are tightly sealed in an anoxic environment after being pressed into bricks, so that the propagation and the growth of anaerobic probiotics are facilitated, and the development of aerobic bacteria is inhibited.
After years of research and development and practice, the invention finds that different tea leaves or dried tangerine peels, even the same tea leaves or dried tangerine peels, have different aging degrees and contain different beneficial substances or concentrations of the beneficial substances. In order to absorb the beneficial substances in the tea leaves and the dried orange peels into the traditional Chinese medicine composition as much as possible, the invention creates a method for mixing a plurality of raw materials for a plurality of times according to different proportions. For example: when selecting tea, selecting the mixture of wild tea and artificially planted tea, selecting various tea with different aging degrees for 1-5 years, mixing the tea and the tea, and performing pile fermentation. When selecting raw materials for preparing the dried orange peels, mixed peels of the green tangerine peels, the secondary red peels and the large red peels are selected, and the dried orange peels with different aging degrees of 5-15 years or even more than 15 years are selected and mixed according to different proportions in terms of aging degree. By mixing, the special substances in different tea leaves and dried orange peels can be gathered and enriched, and the effects of enhancing the drug effect, coordinating and having multiple effects are achieved.
The invention combines the dried orange peel with the function of reducing blood sugar with the green brick tea with the functions of regulating fat, losing weight and regulating carbohydrate metabolism, and the traditional Chinese medicine composition has the special comprehensive functions of regulating carbohydrate metabolism, reducing blood sugar, regulating fat, losing weight and reducing blood pressure which have clinical treatment significance by a special dried orange peel skin-nourishing method, a method for mixing and pressing dried orange peel and green brick tea together, a common micro-fermentation method and a method for mixing, storing and mutually transfecting the dried orange peel green brick tea and old dried orange peel. The occurrence and development of the etiology and complications of diabetes are controlled from several aspects on the basis of a well-reduced blood glucose level.
The traditional Chinese medicine composition of the dried orange peel green brick tea prepared by the method can be directly used as a tea substitute with the function of reducing blood sugar and drunk after being brewed with tea, or the dried orange peel green brick tea brick is further crushed and made into a tea bag.
The other dried orange peel dark green tea composition is prepared by mixing green brick tea and dried orange peel smashed into fragments, softening the mixture of the dried orange peel and the green brick tea by high-temperature steam, pressing the green brick tea and the dried orange peel together to enable the green brick tea to be aged together with the dried orange peel in the micro-fermentation process after pressing the brick, then loosening and smashing the dried orange peel green brick tea bricks, and adding a certain amount of dried orange peel smashed into particles or powder into the dried orange peel green brick tea.
