An intelligent manhole cover lock monitoring and management system comprises a manhole cover lock monitoring terminal, a communication module, an intelligent terminal and a monitoring platform, wherein the manhole cover lock monitoring terminal is arranged on a manhole cover and used for monitoring state information of a pipeline manhole cover lock in real time and sending the state information to the monitoring platform;
the communication module is used for data transmission between the monitoring terminal and the monitoring platform;
the intelligent terminal sends an unlocking request to the well lid monitoring platform;
the monitoring platform comprises a receiving module, an analyzing module and a sending module,
the receiving module is used for receiving monitoring information sent by the well lid monitoring terminal and an unlocking request sent by the intelligent terminal;
the analysis module is used for sending unlocking information to the intelligent terminal according to the unlocking request, analyzing the monitoring information, matching the monitoring information with the unlocking information, and if the monitoring information is different from the unlocking information, the manhole cover lock is illegally unlocked, and the monitoring platform sends an alarm signal;
and the sending module is used for sending the alarm information to the intelligent terminal.
2. The intelligent well lid lock monitoring and management system of claim 1, wherein the well lid lock monitoring terminal comprises an intelligent monitoring terminal, an inner well lid assembly and a well lid lock,
the intelligent monitoring terminal is used for collecting environmental parameters in the pipe well and sending the environmental parameters to the monitoring platform;
the monitoring platform is also used for judging whether the environment in the pipe well is abnormal or not according to the environmental parameters;
the inner well cover assembly is used for assisting the well cover lock monitoring terminal to be installed on the well cover;
the well lid lock is used for controlling the opening and closing of the well lid, recording the opening information of the well lid and sending the opening information of the well lid to the monitoring platform.

The intelligent manhole cover lock monitoring and managing system according to claim 2, wherein the intelligent monitoring terminal is further configured to monitor whether the manhole cover lock is normal, and if the manhole cover lock is abnormal, send an abnormal signal to the monitoring platform, the monitoring platform further includes a fault accepting module, the fault accepting module is configured to judge a location of the manhole cover lock according to the abnormal signal, record abnormal information of the manhole cover lock, generate maintenance information according to the location of the manhole cover lock and the abnormal information of the manhole cover, obtain a current position of the intelligent terminal, query whether an intelligent terminal of a worker is located nearby according to the location of the manhole cover lock, and send the maintenance information to an intelligent terminal corresponding to the worker nearby the location of the manhole cover lock.

The intelligent well lid lock monitoring and management system of claim 3, wherein the monitoring platform further comprises an assessment management module, and the assessment management module is used for receiving the equipment maintenance condition image sent by the intelligent terminal and taking the equipment maintenance data of workers as a work assessment basis.
5. An intelligent manhole lock monitoring and managing method, which is applied to the intelligent manhole lock monitoring and managing system according to claim 1, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
the well cover lock monitoring terminal monitors the state information of the pipeline well cover lock in real time and sends the state information to the monitoring platform;
the communication module realizes the data transmission between the monitoring terminal and the monitoring platform;
the intelligent terminal sends an unlocking request to the well lid monitoring platform;
a receiving module of the monitoring platform receives monitoring information sent by a well lid monitoring terminal and an unlocking request sent by an intelligent terminal; the analysis module sends unlocking information to the intelligent terminal according to the unlocking request, analyzes the monitoring information, matches the monitoring information with the unlocking information, and if the monitoring information is different from the unlocking information, the manhole cover lock is illegally unlocked, and the monitoring platform sends an alarm signal; and the sending module sends the alarm information to the intelligent terminal.
6. The intelligent well lid lock monitoring and management method of claim 5, wherein the well lid lock monitoring terminal comprises an intelligent monitoring terminal, an inner well lid assembly and a well lid lock, and the method further comprises:
the intelligent monitoring terminal collects environmental parameters in the pipe well and sends the environmental parameters to the monitoring platform;
the monitoring platform judges whether the environment in the pipe well is abnormal or not according to the environmental parameters; if the abnormal condition exists, an alarm signal is sent out;
the well cover lock controls the opening and closing of the well cover, records the opening information of the well cover and sends the opening information of the well cover to the monitoring platform;
the monitoring platform analyzes whether the well lid is illegally opened according to the opening information of the well lid.

The intelligent manhole lock monitoring and management method of claim 6, wherein the method further comprises: the intelligent monitoring terminal monitors whether the well cover lock is normal or not, and sends an abnormal signal to the monitoring platform when the abnormal well cover lock is monitored;
and a fault handling module of the monitoring platform receives the abnormal signal, judges the position of the manhole cover lock according to the abnormal signal, records abnormal information of the manhole cover lock, generates maintenance information, acquires the current position of the intelligent terminal, inquires whether an intelligent terminal of a worker exists nearby according to the position of the manhole cover lock, and sends the maintenance information to the intelligent terminal corresponding to the worker nearby.
8. The intelligent manhole lock monitoring and management method of claim 7, wherein the method further comprises: the intelligent terminal sends an equipment maintenance image to the monitoring platform;
the monitoring platform receives the equipment maintenance image sent by the intelligent terminal, stores the equipment maintenance data of workers and takes the equipment maintenance data as a work assessment basis.
