Abstract

本发明涉及一种纺织涂层用无DMF无甲苯聚氨酯面料树脂,其是由以下重量百分比的原料组成:异氰酸酯5‑15%;高分子聚酯多元醇15‑25%;小分子多元醇2‑10%;助剂0.05‑0.1%;剩余为溶剂。本发明的优点在于:本发明纺织涂层用无DMF无甲苯聚氨酯面料树脂,配方中所述的聚酯多元醇全部为自制,参与反应的小分子多元醇的选择有别于市场流通之聚酯多元醇,后期通过选择适当的材料以及添加适当的有机环保溶剂,使得制备出的聚氨酯具有很好的可操作性;且本发明配方合理,使得制备出的聚氨酯,虽然不含DMF和甲苯,整体性能依然优越;此外,异氰酸酯选用经济型的二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯和甲苯二异氰酸酯,进而能够降低生产成本。

一种纺织涂层用无DMF无甲苯聚氨酯面料树脂
技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料合成领域,特别涉及一种纺织涂层用无DMF无甲苯聚氨酯面料树脂。
背景技术
近几年随着人们生活水平和环保意识的提高,消费者在追求产品性能的同时对于环保的要求愈加重视,特别是发达国家及一些大的跨国企业在婴幼儿用品方面尤其重视这点;鉴于此形势,有必要研发一种不含DMF和甲苯的纺织涂层用新型聚氨酯面料树脂。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种成膜良好且不含DMF和甲苯的纺织涂层用无DMF无甲苯聚氨酯面料树脂。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种纺织涂层用无DMF无甲苯聚氨酯面料树脂,其创新点在于:其是由以下重量百分比的原料组成:异氰酸酯 5-15%;高分子聚酯多元醇 15-25%;小分子多元醇 2-10%;助剂 0.05-0.1%;剩余为溶剂。
进一步地,所述异氰酸酯为4,4-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯或2,6-甲苯二异氰酸酯中的一种或几种。
进一步地,所述高分子聚酯多元醇为己二酸与小分子二元醇缩聚混合物。
所述小分子二元醇为乙二醇、丙二醇、1.4-丁二醇、2-甲基-1,3-丙二醇、新戊二醇、二乙二醇或1.6-己二醇中的一种或几种。
进一步地,所述助剂为抗氧剂、催化剂或稳定剂中的一种或几种。
进一步地,所述溶剂为碳酸乙烯酯、丁酮、醋酸乙酯或碳酸二甲酯中的一种或几种。
本发明的优点在于:本发明纺织涂层用无DMF无甲苯聚氨酯面料树脂,因市场流通之聚酯多元醇不能达到预期效果,另为体现我司创新能力,故配方中所述的聚酯多元醇全部为自制,参与反应的小分子多元醇的选择有别于市场流通之常规二元醇,后期通过选择适当的材料以及添加适当的有机环保溶剂,使得制备出的聚氨酯具有很好的可操作性;且本发明配方合理,使得制备出的聚氨酯,虽然不含DMF和甲苯,整体性能依然优越;此外,异氰酸酯选用经济型的二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯和甲苯二异氰酸酯,进而能够降低生产成本。

下面的实施例可以使本专业的技术人员更全面地理解本发明,但并不因此将本发明限制在所述的实施例范围之中。
本发明纺织涂层用无DMF无甲苯聚氨酯面料树脂,其是由以下重量百分比的原料组成:异氰酸酯 5-15%;高分子聚酯多元醇 15-25%;小分子多元醇 2-10%;助剂 0.05-0.1%;剩余为溶剂。
作为实施例,更具体的实施方式为所述异氰酸酯为4,4-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯或2,6-甲苯二异氰酸酯中的一种或几种;所述高分子聚酯多元醇为己二酸与小分子二元醇缩聚混合物,具体地,小分子二元醇为乙二醇、丙二醇、1.4-丁二醇、2-甲基-1,3-丙二醇、新戊二醇、二乙二醇或1.6-己二醇中的一种或几种;所述助剂为抗氧剂、催化剂或稳定剂中的一种或几种;所述溶剂为碳酸乙烯酯、丁酮、醋酸乙酯或碳酸二甲酯中的一种或几种。
下面通过具体的实施例来对本发明耐高温可印花涂层用聚氨酯肤感树脂及其制备方法进行详细说明:
实施例1
本实施例纺织涂层用无DMF无甲苯聚氨酯面料树脂,其是由以下重量百分比的原料组成:二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯 8%;质量比为1:1:3的乙二醇、二乙二醇和己二酸制成聚酯多元醇 18%;扩链剂 4%;助剂的混合物 0.01%;剩余为溶剂;将二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(该总量的80%)、聚酯多元醇 、扩链剂 、助剂的混合物 及部分溶剂(该总量的40%)在80℃条件下搅拌反应2小时,分批加入余下二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,待分子量增加后分批加入余下溶剂稀释。
实施例2
本实施例纺织涂层用无DMF无甲苯聚氨酯面料树脂,其是由以下重量百分比的原料组成:二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯6%;质量比为1:1:3的乙二醇、1,4-丁二醇和己二酸制成聚酯多元醇20%;扩链剂 3.5%;助剂的混合物 0.01%;剩余为溶剂;将二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(该总量的80%)、聚酯多元醇 、扩链剂 、助剂的混合物 及部分溶剂(该总量的40%)在80℃条件下搅拌反应2小时,分批加入余下二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,待分子量增加后分批加入余下溶剂稀释。
实施例3
本实施例新型聚氨酯,该聚氨酯由以下重量百分比的原料组成:二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯8%;质量比为2:3:6的新戊二醇、1,4-丁二醇和己二酸制成聚酯多元醇20%;扩链剂 2%;扩氧剂和催化剂的混合物 0.01%;剩余为溶剂;将二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(该总量的80%)、聚酯多元醇 、扩链剂 、助剂的混合物 及部分溶剂(该总量的40%)在80℃条件下搅拌反应2小时,分批加入余下二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,待分子量增加后分批加入余下溶剂稀释。
实施例4
与实施例3相比,其他组分不变,只是改变异氰酸酯和扩链剂比例,该聚氨酯具体由以下重量百分比的原料组成:甲苯二异氰酸酯8%;质量比为2:3:6的新戊二醇、1,4-丁二醇和己二酸制成聚酯多元醇20%;扩链剂 3%;扩氧剂和催化剂的混合物 0.01%;剩余为溶剂;将二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(该总量的80%)、聚酯多元醇 、扩链剂 、助剂的混合物 及部分溶剂(该总量的40%)在90℃条件下搅拌反应2小时,分批加入余下甲苯二异氰酸酯,待分子量增加后分批加入余下溶剂稀释。
实施例5
与实施例3相比,其他组分不变,只是改变异氰酸酯,该聚氨酯具体由以下重量百分比的原料组成:甲苯二异氰酸酯8%;质量比2:3:6的新戊二醇、1,4-丁二醇和己二酸制成聚酯多元醇20%;扩链剂3%;扩氧剂和催化剂的混合物 0.01%;剩余为溶剂;将甲苯二异氰酸酯(该总量的80%)、聚酯多元醇 、扩链剂 、助剂的混合物 及部分溶剂(该总量的40%)在90℃条件下搅拌反应2小时,分批加入余下甲苯二异氰酸酯,待分子量增加后分批加入余下溶剂稀释。
实施例6
与实施例5相比,其他组分不变,只是改变多元醇及异氰酸酯比例,该聚氨酯具体由以下重量百分比的原料组成:二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯2%;甲苯二异氰酸酯7%;质量比为3:1:6的2-甲基-1,3丙二醇、二甘醇和己二酸制成聚酯多元醇20%;扩链剂 3%;扩氧剂和催化剂的混合物 0.01%;剩余为溶剂;将甲苯二异氰酸酯(全部)、聚酯多元醇 、扩链剂 、助剂的混合物 及部分溶剂(该总量的40%)在90℃条件下搅拌反应2小时,降温冷却至80℃分批加入余下二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,待分子量增加后分批加入余下溶剂稀释。
实施例7
与实施例6相比,其他组分不变,只是改变投料顺序,该聚氨酯具体由以下重量百分比的原料组成:二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯2%;甲苯二异氰酸酯7%;质量比3:1:6的2-甲基-1,3丙二醇、二甘醇和己二酸制成聚酯多元醇20%;扩链剂 2%;扩氧剂和催化剂的混合物 0.01%;剩余为溶剂;将甲苯二异氰酸酯(全部)、聚酯多元醇 、扩链剂 、助剂的混合物 在90℃条件下搅拌反应2小时,降温冷却至80℃加入部分溶剂,分批加入二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,待分子量增加后分批加入余下溶剂稀释。

由上表可以看出,实施例6和实施例7,通过选择适当的材料以及添加适当的有机环保溶剂,使得制备出的聚氨酯具有很好的物理性能;配方工艺设计合理,使得制备出的聚氨酯适应范围广。

1.一种纺织涂层用无DMF无甲苯聚氨酯面料树脂,其特征在于:其是由以下重量百分比的原料组成:异氰酸酯 5-15%;高分子聚酯多元醇 15-25%;小分子多元醇 2-10%;助剂0.05-0.1%;剩余为溶剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纺织涂层用无DMF无甲苯聚氨酯面料树脂,其特征在于:所述异氰酸酯为4,4-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯或2,6-甲苯二异氰酸酯中的一种或几种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的纺织涂层用无DMF无甲苯聚氨酯面料树脂,其特征在于:所述高分子聚酯多元醇为己二酸与小分子二元醇缩聚混合物。
4.根据权利要求3所述的纺织涂层用无DMF无甲苯聚氨酯面料树脂,其特征在于:所述小分子二元醇为乙二醇、丙二醇、1.4-丁二醇、2-甲基-1,3-丙二醇、新戊二醇、二乙二醇或1.6-己二醇中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的纺织涂层用无DMF无甲苯聚氨酯面料树脂,其特征在于:所述助剂为抗氧剂、催化剂或稳定剂中的一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的纺织涂层用无DMF无甲苯聚氨酯面料树脂,其特征在于:所述溶剂为碳酸乙烯酯、丁酮、醋酸乙酯或碳酸二甲酯中的一种或几种。
