Abstract

本发明涉及一种新型聚氨酯,所述聚氨酯由以下重量百分比的原料组成:异氰酸酯6‑10%;多元醇16‑20%;扩链剂1‑4%;助剂0.005‑0.01%,剩余为溶剂。本发明的优点在于:本发明的新型聚氨酯,配方中,通过选择适当的材料以及添加适当的有机溶剂,使得制备出的聚氨酯具有很好的相容性;且本发明配方合理,使得制备出的聚氨酯,能与丙烯酸树脂以任意比例混合使用,适应范围广;此外,异氰酸酯选用经济型的二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯和甲苯二异氰酸酯,进而能够降低生产成本。

一种新型聚氨酯
技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料加工领域,特别涉及一种新型聚氨酯。
背景技术
聚氨酯是一种高分子材料,在日常生活中的应用广泛如家具中的油漆和涂料,家用电器中的冰箱和冷柜,建筑业中的屋顶防水保温层和内外墙涂料等。还可以做成各种聚氨酯材料如聚氨酯鞋底,聚氨酯涂层及皮革,聚氨酯胶黏剂等。总体来说聚氨酯制品性能可调范围宽、适应性强、耐生物老化、价格适中。目前市面上出现的常规聚氨酯与PA相溶性不佳甚至于无流动性,无法涂布作业,因而该类聚氨酯只能以一定的比例与丙烯酸树脂混合使用。
因此,有必要研发一种相容性能好且能与丙烯酸树脂可以任意比例混合的新型聚氨酯是非常有必要的。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种流动性能好且能与丙烯酸树脂以任意比例混合的新型聚氨酯。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种新型聚氨酯,其创新点在于:所述聚氨酯由以下重量百分比的原料组成:异氰酸酯 6-10%;多元醇 16-20%;扩链剂 1-3%;助剂 0.05-0.1%;剩余为溶剂。
进一步地,所述的异氰酸酯为二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯或甲苯二异氰酸酯或它们的混合物。
进一步地,所述的多元醇为乙二醇、1,4-丁二醇和己二酸的混合物或乙二醇、二甘醇和己酸的混合物。
进一步地,所述的助剂包括抗氧剂和催化剂。
进一步地,所述的溶剂为二甲基甲酰胺或甲苯 。
本发明的优点在于:本发明的新型聚氨酯,配方中,通过选择适当的材料以及添加适当的有机溶剂,使得制备出的聚氨酯具有很好的相容性;且本发明配方合理,使得制备出的聚氨酯,能与丙烯酸树脂以任意比例混合使用,适应范围广;此外,异氰酸酯选用经济型的二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯和甲苯二异氰酸酯,进而能够降低生产成本。

实施例1
本实施例新型聚氨酯,该聚氨酯由以下重量百分比的原料组成:二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯 6%;乙二醇、1,4-丁二醇和己二酸制成聚酯多元醇 20%;扩链剂 3%;抗氧剂和催化剂的混合物 0.01%;剩余为二甲基甲酰胺,以上材料在80℃条件下,分批加入二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,待分子量增加后分批加入溶剂稀释。
实施例2
本实施例新型聚氨酯,该聚氨酯由以下重量百分比的原料组成:二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯 10%;乙二醇、1,4-丁二醇和己二酸制成聚酯多元醇16%;扩链剂 3%;抗氧剂和催化剂的混合物 0.005%;剩余为二甲基甲酰胺,以上材料在80℃条件下,分批加入二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,待分子量增加后分批加入溶剂稀释。
实施例3
本实施例新型聚氨酯,该聚氨酯由以下重量百分比的原料组成:二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯8%;乙二醇、1,4-丁二醇和己二酸制成聚酯多元醇18%;扩链剂 3%;扩氧剂和催化剂的混合物 0.008%;剩余为二甲基甲酰胺以上材料在80℃条件下,分批加入二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯,待分子量增加后分批加入溶剂稀释。
实施例4
与实施例3相比,其他组分不变,只是改变异氰酸酯和扩链剂比例,该聚氨酯具体由以下重量百分比的原料组成:甲苯二异氰酸酯8%;乙二醇、1,4-丁二醇和己二酸制成聚酯多元醇18%;扩链剂 4%;扩氧剂和催化剂的混合物 0.008%;剩余为二甲基甲酰胺,以上材料在90℃条件下,分批加入甲苯二异氰酸酯,待分子量增加后分批加入溶剂稀释。
实施例5
与实施例3相比,其他组分不变,只是改变异氰酸酯,该聚氨酯具体由以下重量百分比的原料组成:二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯和甲苯二异氰酸酯的混合物8%;乙二醇、1,4-丁二醇和己二酸制成聚酯多元醇18%;扩链剂 3%;扩氧剂和催化剂的混合物 0.008%;剩余为二甲基甲酰胺,以上材料在85℃条件下,分批加入异氰酸酯,待分子量增加后分批加入溶剂稀释。
实施例6
与实施例5相比,其他组分不变,只是改变多元醇,该聚氨酯具体由以下重量百分比的原料组成:二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯和甲苯二异氰酸酯的混合物8%;乙二醇、二甘醇和己二酸制成聚酯多元醇 18%;扩链剂 3%;扩氧剂和催化剂的混合物 0.008%;剩余为二甲基甲酰胺,以上材料在85℃条件下,分批加入异氰酸酯,待分子量增加后分批加入溶剂稀释。
实施例7
与实施例5相比,其他组分不变,只是改变溶剂,该聚氨酯具体由以下重量百分比的原料组成:二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯和甲苯二异氰酸酯的混合物8%;乙二醇、1,4-丁二醇和己二酸制成聚酯多元醇 18%;扩链剂 3%;扩氧剂和催化剂的混合物 0.008%;剩余为甲苯,以上材料在85℃条件下,分批加入异氰酸酯,待分子量增加后分批加入溶剂稀释。
实施例8
与实施例6相比,其他组分不变,只是改变溶剂,该聚氨酯具体由以下重量百分比的原料组成:二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯和甲苯二异氰酸酯的混合物8%;乙二醇、二甘醇和己二酸制成聚酯多元醇 18%;扩链剂3%;扩氧剂和催化剂的混合物 0.008%;剩余为二甲基甲酰胺与甲苯混合物,以上材料在85℃条件下,分批加入异氰酸酯,待分子量增加后分批加入溶剂稀释。
下表是实施例1-8中新型聚氨酯的性能测试结果。
由上表可以看出,实施例8,通过选择适当的材料以及添加适当的有机溶剂,使得制备出的聚氨酯具有很好的相容性;且配方合理,使得制备出的聚氨酯,能与丙烯酸树脂以任意比例混合使用,适应范围广。

1.一种新型聚氨酯,其特征在于:所述聚氨酯由以下重量百分比的原料组成:异氰酸酯6-10%;多元醇 16-20%;扩链剂 1-3%;助剂 0.05-0.1%;剩余为溶剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型聚氨酯,其特征在于:所述的异氰酸酯为二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯或甲苯二异氰酸酯或它们的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型聚氨酯,其特征在于:所述的多元醇为乙二醇、1,4-丁二醇和己二酸的混合物或乙二醇、二甘醇和己酸的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的新型聚氨酯,其特征在于:所述的助剂包括抗氧剂和催化剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的新型聚氨酯,其特征在于:所述的溶剂为二甲基甲酰胺或甲苯。
