技术领域
本发明涉及化工涂料技术领域,尤其是一种速干油漆。
背景技术
速干漆是指油漆涂膜在短时间内即干燥的油漆,速干漆在不需要调节温度和湿度的条件下,涂装后只需半个小时至一个小时既可以干燥,而普通漆却需要数小时才能干燥。速干漆常用过氯乙烯为漆膜成分,其干燥快,平整光亮,有较好的耐候性和耐化学腐蚀性,适用于各种工程机械、机床、电工器材配件的表面装饰。然而过氯乙烯漆硬度和耐磨性差,油漆品质有待提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种速干油漆,这种速干油漆可以解决速干漆性能差的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
这种速干油漆由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:氯化聚氯乙烯20份~40份,萜烯树脂25份~50份,氯乙酸10份~25份,五氯苯硫酚锌2份~10份,聚乙烯醇5份~20份,玻璃纤维粉3份~8份,乙酸乙酯35份~60份,甲苯10份~30份,流平剂0.5份~1份,促进剂1份~2份。
上述技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:流平剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷。
进一步的,促进剂为七氧化二锰。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明以氯化聚氯乙烯作为成膜物质,所形成漆膜硬度强,抗刮、附着性较好。
2、本发明添加一定量的萜烯树脂,萜烯树脂与其他成分相容性好,并能够有效提高油漆的柔韧性。
3、本发明添加聚乙烯醇和玻璃纤维粉,能够增强本油漆的防尘、抗流挂性能。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述:
实施例1
本实施例速干油漆由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:氯化聚氯乙烯20份,萜烯树脂25份,氯乙酸10份,五氯苯硫酚锌2份,聚乙烯醇5份,玻璃纤维粉3份,乙酸乙酯35份,甲苯10份,聚二甲基硅氧烷1份,七氧化二锰1份。
本实施例速干油漆的制备方法为:
1、将氯化聚氯乙烯、萜烯树脂、玻璃纤维粉、七氧化二锰和五氯苯硫酚锌加入搅拌容器中,充分混匀后,加入磨砂机中研磨,得到细度小于60微米的浆液;
2、向所得浆液中加入氯乙酸、聚乙烯醇、乙酸乙酯、甲苯和聚二甲基硅氧烷,充分混匀,过滤,得到本实施例速干油漆。
实施例2
本实施例速干油漆由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:氯化聚氯乙烯30份,萜烯树脂40份,氯乙酸25份,五氯苯硫酚锌6份,聚乙烯醇10份,玻璃纤维粉8份,乙酸乙酯50份,甲苯20份,聚二甲基硅氧烷0.7份,七氧化二锰2份。
本实施例速干油漆的制备方法为:
1、将氯化聚氯乙烯、萜烯树脂、玻璃纤维粉、七氧化二锰和五氯苯硫酚锌加入搅拌容器中,充分混匀后,加入磨砂机中研磨,得到细度小于60微米的浆液;
2、向所得浆液中加入氯乙酸、聚乙烯醇、乙酸乙酯、甲苯和聚二甲基硅氧烷,充分混匀,过滤,得到本实施例速干油漆。
实施例3
本实施例速干油漆由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:氯化聚氯乙烯40份,萜烯树脂50份,氯乙酸15份,五氯苯硫酚锌10份,聚乙烯醇20份,玻璃纤维粉5份,乙酸乙酯60份,甲苯30份,聚二甲基硅氧烷0.5份,七氧化二锰1.6份。
本实施例速干油漆的制备方法为:
1、将氯化聚氯乙烯、萜烯树脂、玻璃纤维粉、七氧化二锰和五氯苯硫酚锌加入搅拌容器中,充分混匀后,加入磨砂机中研磨,得到细度小于60微米的浆液;
2、向所得浆液中加入氯乙酸、聚乙烯醇、乙酸乙酯、甲苯和聚二甲基硅氧烷,充分混匀,过滤,得到本实施例速干油漆。

1.一种速干油漆,其特征在于由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:氯化聚氯乙烯20份~40份,萜烯树脂25份~50份,氯乙酸10份~25份,五氯苯硫酚锌2份~10份,聚乙烯醇5份~20份,玻璃纤维粉3份~8份,乙酸乙酯35份~60份,甲苯10份~30份,流平剂0.5份~1份,促进剂1份~2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的速干油漆,其特征在于所述流平剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷。
3.根据权利要求1或者2所述的速干油漆,其特征在于所述促进剂为七氧化二锰。
