本发明提供一种手机套可移除聚丙烯标签材料及其制备方法,从上到下包括:哑白PP膜,胶水层,硅油层,PE层,格拉辛原纸;所述PE层通过淋膜机将熔融的PE粒涂覆在格拉辛原纸上,并经过32目方锥型的凸版铁压辊后制得;所述硅油层通过将硅油以微凹的方式涂布在PE层上制得;所述胶水层包括:质量比为100:1‑2.5:1‑2.5的可移性丙烯酸胶、TDI型异氰酸酯类固化剂、四异丙氧基钛。

一种手机套可移除聚丙烯标签材料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于标签材料领域,具体涉及一种手机套可移除聚丙烯标签材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
欧美国家对环保的要求越来越来,多余的辅料慢慢被取缔,之前的手机包装结构一般为手机加手机套加聚丙烯包装袋,现在聚丙烯包装袋的作用不再明显,已要求取消。因此,需要一种用于目前在欧美销售的主流手机品牌的手机套上的可移除标签,经过长期时间使用后对手机套表面无污染。
发明内容
本发明提供一种具有手机套可移除聚丙烯标签材料及其制备方法,作为一款通用型的手机套(包括PU和PC等材质)可移除标签,不会对手机套表面有污染。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种手机套可移除聚丙烯标签材料,从上到下包括:哑白PP膜,胶水层,硅油层,PE层,格拉辛原纸;所述PE层通过淋膜机将熔融的PE粒涂覆在格拉辛原纸上,并经过32目方锥型的凸版铁压辊后制得;所述硅油层通过将硅油以微凹的方式涂布在PE层上制得;所述胶水层包括:质量比为100:1-2.5:1-2.5的可移性丙烯酸胶、TDI型异氰酸酯类固化剂、四异丙氧基钛;所述可移性丙烯酸胶为丙烯酸丁酯80-120份,丙烯酸1-5份,三氟乙酸琥珀酰亚胺酯2-6份,引发剂0.1-1份,交联剂0.05-1份,增粘树脂10-20份,溶剂150-250份。
进一步地,所述增粘树脂包括碳五石油树脂、碳九石油树脂中的一种或两种。
进一步地,所述引发剂包括过氧化苯甲酰、偶氮二异丁腈中的一种或两种。
进一步地,所述交联剂包括乙酰丙酮铝、环氧树脂类交联剂中的一种或两种。
进一步地,所述溶剂包括乙酸乙酯、甲苯中的一种或两种。
进一步地,所述可移性丙烯酸胶的制备方法为将丙烯酸丁酯,丙烯酸,三氟乙酸琥珀酰亚胺酯,交联剂,溶剂份混合后,通入氮气,将空气置换完全,搅拌并在水浴中快速升温至70℃,加入引发剂后,反应5h冷却至室温,加入增粘树脂混合均匀后,即可。
一种手机套可移除聚丙烯标签材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)取可移性丙烯酸胶:TDI型异氰酸酯类固化剂:四异丙氧基钛,以100:1-2.5:1-2.5的配比进行配置,放入打胶桶中以250-1200r/min,搅拌胶水12-22min;
(2)取市售PE粒,通过淋膜机将熔融的PE粒涂覆在市售80g/㎡的格拉辛原纸上,并经过32目方锥型的凸版铁压辊上,后将市售硅油以微凹的方式涂布在PE面上,制得压花离型底;
(3)将步骤1中的胶水通过刮刀涂布的方式以25g/m2的量涂布在压花离型底上,经过六节热烘箱,温度分别为65℃,85℃,100℃,102℃,105℃,90℃,速度为25m/min,并与市售的哑白PP膜贴合,即可得产品。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1.本发明中通过TDI型异氰酸酯类固化剂、四异丙氧基钛的搭配可增强丙烯酸树脂的内聚力同时减少小分子残留;
2.特殊的压花离型底设计可以减少与手机套之间的接触面积,进一步减少污染手机套表面的可能性。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。应理解,这些实施例仅用于说明本发明,而不用于限制本发明的范围。在不背离本发明的技术解决方案的前提下,对本发明所作的本领域普通技术人员容易实现的任何改动都将落入本发明的权利要求范围之内。
实施例1
可移性丙烯酸胶的制备方法为将丙烯酸丁酯100份,丙烯酸3份,三氟乙酸琥珀酰亚胺酯4份,乙酰丙酮铝0.5份,乙酸乙酯200份混合后,通入氮气,将空气置换完全,搅拌并在水浴中快速升温至70℃,加入偶氮二异丁腈0.5份后,反应5h冷却至室温,加入碳五石油树脂15份混合均匀后,即可。
一种手机套可移除聚丙烯标签材料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)取可移性丙烯酸胶:TDI型异氰酸酯类固化剂:四异丙氧基钛,以100:1.5:1.5的配比进行配置,放入打胶桶中以800r/min,搅拌胶水18min;
(2)取市售PE粒,通过淋膜机将熔融的PE粒涂覆在市售80g/㎡的格拉辛原纸上,并经过32目方锥型的凸版铁压辊上,后将市售硅油以微凹的方式涂布在PE面上,制得压花离型底;
(3)将步骤1中的胶水通过刮刀涂布的方式以25g/m2的量涂布在压花离型底上,经过六节热烘箱,温度分别为65℃,85℃,100℃,102℃,105℃,90℃,速度为25m/min,并与市售的哑白PP膜贴合,即可得产品。
对比例1
与实施例1相同,除了不添加四异丙氧基钛。
对比例2
与实施例1相同,除了不添加三氟乙酸琥珀酰亚胺酯。
对比例3
与实施例1相同,除了不设置硅油层。
对比例4
与实施例1相同,除了PE层和硅油层都是平层结构,制备方法为取市售PE粒,通过淋膜机将熔融的PE粒涂覆在市售80g/㎡的格拉辛原纸上,并经过平面的铁压辊上,后将市售硅油直接涂布在PE面上。
将实施例和对比例的产品在常温熟化7天后,将产品贴在待测手机套上,经过高温高湿(70℃,90%)2天后取出,静置30min后撕起,观察是否有残留,同时测试粘力Kgf/25mm。

通过实施例和对比例的数值可知,本发明中通过加入四异丙氧基钛,可以有效的提高粘力并且减少残留性;本发明在现有技术的胶水中通过加入三氟乙酸琥珀酰亚胺酯,能够有效的提高粘力并且改善残留性;通过硅油层的设置,凹凸的PE层和硅油层涂布方式,可以有效的改善残留性,并且不降低粘力。

1.一种手机套可移除聚丙烯标签材料,其特征在于:从上到下包括:哑白PP膜,胶水层,硅油层,PE层,格拉辛原纸;所述PE层通过淋膜机将熔融的PE粒涂覆在格拉辛原纸上,并经过32目方锥型的凸版铁压辊后制得;所述硅油层通过将硅油以微凹的方式涂布在PE层上制得;所述胶水层包括:质量比为100:1-2.5:1-2.5的可移性丙烯酸胶、TDI型异氰酸酯类固化剂、四异丙氧基钛;所述可移性丙烯酸胶的原料为丙烯酸丁酯80-120份,丙烯酸1-5份,三氟乙酸琥珀酰亚胺酯2-6份,引发剂0.1-1份,交联剂0.05-1份,增粘树脂10-20份,溶剂150-250份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种手机套可移除聚丙烯标签材料,其特征在于:所述增粘树脂包括碳五石油树脂、碳九石油树脂中的一种或两种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种手机套可移除聚丙烯标签材料,其特征在于,所述引发剂包括过氧化苯甲酰、偶氮二异丁腈中的一种或两种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种手机套可移除聚丙烯标签材料,其特征在于:所述交联剂包括乙酰丙酮铝、环氧树脂类交联剂中的一种或两种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种手机套可移除聚丙烯标签材料,其特征在于:所述溶剂包括乙酸乙酯、甲苯中的一种或两种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种手机套可移除聚丙烯标签材料,其特征在于:所述可移性丙烯酸胶的制备方法为将丙烯酸丁酯,丙烯酸,三氟乙酸琥珀酰亚胺酯,交联剂,溶剂混合后,通入氮气,将空气置换完全,搅拌并在水浴中快速升温至70℃,加入引发剂后,反应5h冷却至室温,加入增粘树脂混合均匀后,即可。
7.一种手机套可移除聚丙烯标签材料的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:

(3)将步骤1中的胶水通过刮刀涂布的方式以25g/m2的量涂布在压花离型底上,经过六节热烘箱,温度分别为65℃,85℃,100℃,102℃,105℃,90℃,速度为25m/min,并与市售的哑白PP膜贴合,即可得产品。
