Abstract
The invention discloses a PU matte top-coat special for dyeing veneers, which comprises a main agent, a curing agent and a diluent, wherein the PU matte top-coat comprises the following components in percentage by weight: acrylic resin; an alkyd resin; cellulose acetate butyrate; a dispersant; a wetting agent; defoaming agents; butyl acetate; wax powder; polyamide wax slurry; a matte powder portion; an ultraviolet light absorber; a hindered amine light stabilizer; leveling agent; a drier; methyl isobutyl ketone; the curing agent comprises: butyl acetate; HDI trimer; an isocyanate prepolymer; the diluent comprises: butyl acetate; propylene glycol methyl ether acetate; xylene.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of chemical coating manufacturing, in particular to a PU matte top-coat special for dyed veneers and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The dyed veneer can change the color on the basis of not changing the texture of the natural veneer, meanwhile, the color diversification enriches the color imagination space of designers, improves the use value of the veneer, and adds a plurality of colors for the living environment. The staining highlights the grain of the wood, as well as the natural properties exhibited by its three-dimensional features, i.e. shadows, pomegranate, eyes, etc. The number of special paint products for the dyed veneers is increasing on the market, and the defect of poor yellowing resistance of a paint film commonly exists in the existing special paint products for the dyed veneers, so that the paint film is yellowed after painting for a short time, and the color and texture display of the dyed veneers is influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention is directed to solving at least one of the problems of the prior art. Therefore, the invention provides the PU matte clean finish special for the dyed veneers, and the PU matte clean finish has excellent yellowing resistance.
The technical purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the PU matte top-coat special for the dyed veneers comprises a main agent, a curing agent and a diluent, wherein the weight ratio of the main agent to the curing agent to the diluent is 1: (0.4-0.5): (0.6-0.8), wherein the main agent consists of the following raw materials in parts by weight:
acrylic resin: 38-47 parts;
alkyd resin: 10-20 parts;
cellulose acetate butyrate: 10-15 parts;
dispersing agent: 0.3-1 part;
wetting agent: 0.3-1 part;
defoaming agent: 0.5-1.5 parts;
butyl acetate: 5-10 parts;
wax powder: 0.5-1.5 parts;
polyamide wax slurry: 3-7 parts;
matte powder: 2.5-6.5 parts;
ultraviolet light absorber: 1-2 parts;
hindered amine light stabilizer: 1-2 parts;
leveling agent: 0.5-1 part;
a drier: 0.1-0.5 part;
methyl isobutyl ketone: 2-5 parts;
the curing agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
butyl acetate: 30-45 parts of a solvent;
HDI trimer: 25-45 parts of a solvent;
isocyanate prepolymer: 25-30 parts of a solvent;
the diluent consists of the following raw materials in parts by weight:
butyl acetate: 30-50 parts of:
propylene glycol methyl ether acetate: 40-45 parts of a solvent;
xylene: 10-20 parts.

Preferably, the wetting agent is a substrate wetting agent.
Preferably, the defoaming agent is a defoaming polymer and/or a polysiloxane solution.

The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the special PU matte clear finish paint for the dyed veneers, which comprises the following steps:

(1) preparing a main agent: mixing acrylic resin, alkyd resin, cellulose acetate butyrate, a dispersing agent, a wetting agent, a defoaming agent, butyl acetate, wax powder, polyamide wax slurry, matt powder, an ultraviolet light absorber, a hindered amine light stabilizer, a flatting agent, a drier and methyl isobutyl ketone, and uniformly stirring;
(2) preparation of a curing agent: mixing butyl acetate, HDI trimer and isocyanate prepolymer, stirring uniformly, and filtering;
(3) preparing a diluent: mixing butyl acetate, propylene glycol methyl ether acetate and xylene, stirring uniformly, and filtering;
(4) when in use, the main agent, the curing agent and the diluent are mixed.
In conclusion, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the PU matte top-coat special for the dyed veneers has excellent yellowing resistance, and tests show that △ E is only 0.15 under the irradiation of an ultraviolet lamp for 168 hours after a paint film is cured, and △ E is only 0.14 after the paint film is naturally stored indoors for 5 years;
(2) the PU matte clear finish special for the dyed veneers has excellent adhesive force, and the adhesive force can reach level 1;
(3) the PU matte clear finish special for the dyed veneers has excellent hardness which can reach 2H.
Detailed Description
Examples 1 to 4:
(1) preparing a main agent: selecting a clean dispersion cylinder meeting the standard, and after sequentially adding acrylic resin, alkyd resin, cellulose acetate butyrate, a dispersing agent, a wetting agent, a defoaming agent, butyl acetate, wax powder, polyamide wax slurry, matte powder, an ultraviolet light absorber, a hindered amine light stabilizer, a flatting agent, a drier, methyl isobutyl ketone and butyl acetate, starting a dispersion machine to disperse at a low speed of 500-800 r/min, and dispersing the viscosity: 2000 +/-200 CPS/30 ℃;
(2) preparation of a curing agent: selecting a clean dispersion cylinder meeting the standard, sequentially adding butyl acetate, HDI trimer and isocyanate prepolymer materials, starting a dispersion machine, dispersing for 40 minutes at 500-800 r/min, keeping the temperature at 55 ℃, cooling to 30 ℃, discharging and sealing; filtering with 200 mesh screen and barreling for use;
(3) preparing a diluent: selecting a clean dispersion cylinder meeting the standard, sequentially adding butyl acetate, propylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate and xylene, starting a dispersion machine, dispersing for 30 minutes at 500-800 r/min, filtering with a 200-mesh filter screen after the dispersion is qualified, and barreling for later use;
(4) when in use, the main agent, the curing agent and the diluent are mixed according to the mass ratio of 1: (0.4-0.5): (0.6-0.8) mixing.
The reagents used in examples 1-4 are all commercially available, where:
acrylic resin: adduction company produces solvent-based acrylic 1839; alkyd resin: the product of the company pasteur is lauric alkyd A148B; cellulose acetate butyrate: the Penaeus chemical company has the production brand of CAB-381-0.5; dispersing agent: the product of Effkona is AFCONA 4008; wetting agent: the product of Digao corporation is TEGOTwin 4000; defoaming agent: the product designation of Digao is TEGO Airex 931; polyamide wax slurry: the product of Disbaron company is polyamide wax slurry 6900-HV; wax powder: the production brand of the American micro powder MPI company is micro powder wax 400; matte powder: the production trade name of Grace corporation is ED-3; ultraviolet light absorber: the photostabilizer 400 is manufactured by BASF corporation; hindered amine light stabilizer: the hindered amine light stabilizer 292 manufactured by basf corporation; leveling agent: the di gao company produces a designation TEGO 450: a drier: the Shunda New materials company produces polyurethane catalyst PC-12; HDI trimer: the product of BASF corporation is HI 100; isocyanate prepolymer: the product of scientific corporation is IL 1351.
Comparative examples 1 to 4:
the amounts of the base, curing agent and diluent used in the PU matte top coats of examples 1-4 are shown in Table 1;
the mass ratios of the base, curing agent and diluent in the PU matte top coats of examples 1-4 are shown in Table 2.

The PU matte top-coat paints prepared in the examples 1 to 4 are respectively coated on the dyed veneers according to the conventional coating method (spraying, rolling or brushing), and the related performances are detected after the paints are dried for 72 hours, wherein the yellowing resistance test method is shown in GB/T1865-2009, and the results are shown in Table 3:

As can be seen from Table 3, the PU matte top-coat paint has excellent yellowing resistance, △ E is not more than 0.29 after being irradiated by an ultraviolet lamp for 168 hours, minimum △ E is 0.15, △ E is not more than 0.28 after being naturally stored indoors for 5 years, and minimum △ E is 0.14, so that the PU matte top-coat paint does not change color after being used for 5 years, can still well show the color and texture of dyed wood skin, has strong adhesive force, can reach 1 grade in adhesive force grade, and has high scratch resistance as the hardness can reach 2H.
Comparative examples 1 to 4:
comparative example 1 is a commercial PU matte top-coat of the same type.
Compared with the example 3, the preparation methods and the mixing processes of the comparative examples 2 to 4 are the same, the difference is that the dosage of the reagents is different, the dosage of each component in the main agent, the curing agent and the diluent in the PU matte top-coat paint of the comparative examples 2 to 4 is shown in the table 4, and the mixing mass ratio of the main agent, the curing agent and the diluent is 1:0.45: 0.7.

The PU matte clear finish prepared in the comparative example 1 and the comparative examples 2-4 is respectively coated on the dyed wood veneer according to the conventional coating method (spraying, rolling or brushing), and the related performances are detected after the coating and drying are carried out for 72 hours, wherein the yellowing resistance test method is shown in GB/T1865-:

As can be seen from Table 5, the yellowing resistance, the adhesion and the hardness of the PU matte clear finish are far better than those of the same type of products sold in the market in comparative example 3 and comparative example 1;
comparing example 3 with comparative examples 2-4, it can be seen that when other components in the PU matte clear finish mixed system are unchanged, the yellowing resistance, adhesion and hardness of the PU matte clear finish are superior to those of the PU matte clear finish mixed system containing only two of cellulose acetate butyrate, an ultraviolet light absorber and a hindered amine light stabilizer, especially in yellowing resistance, the yellowing resistance, adhesion and hardness of the PU matte clear finish mixed system are improved remarkably.
The above embodiments are preferred embodiments of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and any other changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications which do not depart from the spirit and principle of the present invention should be construed as equivalents thereof, and all such changes, modifications, substitutions, combinations, and simplifications are intended to be included in the scope of the present invention.

the curing agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:

4. The PU matte varnish special for dyed veneers, according to claim 1, is characterized in that: the wetting agent is a substrate wetting agent.
5. The PU matte varnish special for dyed veneers, according to claim 1, is characterized in that: the defoaming agent is a foam breaking polymer and/or a polysiloxane solution.
6. The PU matte varnish special for dyed veneers, according to claim 1, is characterized in that: the wax powder is micronized wax.
7. The PU matte varnish special for dyed veneers, according to claim 1, is characterized in that: the matte powder is silicon dioxide.
8. The PU matte varnish special for dyed veneers, according to claim 1, is characterized in that: the leveling agent is polyether modified polydimethylsiloxane.
9. The PU matte varnish special for dyed veneers, according to claim 1, is characterized in that: the drier is a polyurethane catalyst.
10. A method for preparing the special PU matte top-coat paint for the dyed veneers as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, which is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a main agent: mixing acrylic resin, alkyd resin, cellulose acetate butyrate, a dispersing agent, a wetting agent, a defoaming agent, butyl acetate, wax powder, polyamide wax slurry, matt powder, an ultraviolet light absorber, a hindered amine light stabilizer, a flatting agent, a drier and methyl isobutyl ketone, and uniformly stirring;
(2) preparation of a curing agent: mixing butyl acetate, HDI trimer and isocyanate prepolymer, stirring uniformly, and filtering;
(3) preparing a diluent: mixing butyl acetate, propylene glycol methyl ether acetate and xylene, stirring uniformly, and filtering;
(4) when in use, the main agent, the curing agent and the diluent are mixed.
