Technical Field

Detailed Description
Examples 1 to 4:
(1) preparing a main agent: selecting a clean dispersion cylinder meeting the standard, and after sequentially adding acrylic resin, alkyd resin, cellulose acetate butyrate, a dispersing agent, a wetting agent, a defoaming agent, butyl acetate, wax powder, polyamide wax slurry, matte powder, an ultraviolet light absorber, a hindered amine light stabilizer, a flatting agent, a drier, methyl isobutyl ketone and butyl acetate, starting a dispersion machine to disperse at a low speed of 500-800 r/min, and dispersing the viscosity: 2000 +/-200 CPS/30 ℃;
(2) preparation of a curing agent: selecting a clean dispersion cylinder meeting the standard, sequentially adding butyl acetate, HDI trimer and isocyanate prepolymer materials, starting a dispersion machine, dispersing for 40 minutes at 500-800 r/min, keeping the temperature at 55 ℃, cooling to 30 ℃, discharging and sealing; filtering with 200 mesh screen and barreling for use;
(3) preparing a diluent: selecting a clean dispersion cylinder meeting the standard, sequentially adding butyl acetate, propylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate and xylene, starting a dispersion machine, dispersing for 30 minutes at 500-800 r/min, filtering with a 200-mesh filter screen after the dispersion is qualified, and barreling for later use;
(4) when in use, the main agent, the curing agent and the diluent are mixed according to the mass ratio of 1: (0.4-0.5): (0.6-0.8) mixing.

As can be seen from Table 3, the PU matte top-coat paint has excellent yellowing resistance, △ E is not more than 0.29 after being irradiated by an ultraviolet lamp for 168 hours, minimum △ E is 0.15, △ E is not more than 0.28 after being naturally stored indoors for 5 years, and minimum △ E is 0.14, so that the PU matte top-coat paint does not change color after being used for 5 years, can still well show the color and texture of dyed wood skin, has strong adhesive force, can reach 1 grade in adhesive force grade, and has high scratch resistance as the hardness can reach 2H.
Comparative examples 1 to 4:
comparative example 1 is a commercial PU matte top-coat of the same type.
Compared with the example 3, the preparation methods and the mixing processes of the comparative examples 2 to 4 are the same, the difference is that the dosage of the reagents is different, the dosage of each component in the main agent, the curing agent and the diluent in the PU matte top-coat paint of the comparative examples 2 to 4 is shown in the table 4, and the mixing mass ratio of the main agent, the curing agent and the diluent is 1:0.45: 0.7.

comparing example 3 with comparative examples 2-4, it can be seen that when other components in the PU matte clear finish mixed system are unchanged, the yellowing resistance, adhesion and hardness of the PU matte clear finish are superior to those of the PU matte clear finish mixed system containing only two of cellulose acetate butyrate, an ultraviolet light absorber and a hindered amine light stabilizer, especially in yellowing resistance, the yellowing resistance, adhesion and hardness of the PU matte clear finish mixed system are improved remarkably.
