The preparation method of the super-matte PU odorless clear finish paint of the examples 1 to 3 and the comparative examples 1 to 5 specifically comprises the following steps:
step 1, mixing synthetic fatty acid modified odor purification alkyd resin, nitrocellulose resin, ether ester solvent, dispersant and defoamer, and dispersing uniformly under the condition of 800 r/min; then adding matting powder, glass powder and wax powder, and dispersing under the condition of 1200r/min until the fineness is less than or equal to 30 um; then adding an acrylic acid flatting agent, an organic silicon flatting agent and an ester solvent, dispersing uniformly under the condition of 800r/min, and then inspecting. Filtering and packaging to obtain a component A;
step 2, adding a dehydrating agent into n-butyl acetate, sequentially adding an addition product polyisocyanate and a trimer curing agent after 24 hours, uniformly stirring, and then inspecting and packaging to obtain a component B;
and 3, uniformly stirring the propylene glycol methyl ether acetate, the n-butyl acetate and the ethyl acetate, and then inspecting and packaging to obtain the diluent.
The preparation methods of the super-matte PU odorless clear top coats of examples 4-7 are different from those of examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-5 in step 1, and the specific preparation method of examples 4-5 has the following steps: mixing synthetic fatty acid modified odor purification alkyd resin, nitrocellulose resin, ether ester solvent, dispersant and defoamer, and dispersing uniformly under the condition of 600 r/min; then adding matting powder, glass powder and wax powder, and dispersing under the condition of 800r/min until the fineness is less than or equal to 30 um; then adding an acrylic acid flatting agent, an organic silicon flatting agent and an ester solvent, dispersing uniformly under the condition of 600r/min, and then inspecting. Filtering and packaging to obtain the component A.
And (3) performance testing:
the A component and the B component of examples 1 to 7 and comparative examples 1 to 5 were mixed at a ratio of 100:50, and then spray coating test was carried out after adding a diluent to adjust to the respective construction viscosities (10-12"), and the results are shown in tables 4 to 5.

In conclusion, the super-matte PU odorless clear finish paint provided by the invention has the advantages that the addition amount of the matting powder can be remarkably reduced and the matting effect can be improved by specifically selecting and synthesizing the fatty acid modified odorless alkyd resin, the 1/16 nitrocellulose resin and the two curing agents, the glossiness of a prepared paint film can reach three degrees and below 3 degrees, the super-matte effect is obtained, the problems that the existing matte clear finish paint has poor matting effect and cannot reach 3 degrees and below 3 degrees are solved, the compatibility among components is good, the dispersibility is excellent, and a coating prepared from the obtained clear finish paint has excellent transparency and good weather resistance;
according to the preparation method provided by the invention, the component A is prepared by adopting a step-by-step addition method, compared with the traditional one-step addition and dispersion method, different stirring rates are selected according to different components, the compatibility among the component A is better, the dispersion effect is better, the matte effect and other properties of the paint film prepared by the obtained coating are improved to a certain extent, and meanwhile, the diluent is also provided, so that the diluent is beneficial to stability, can be stored for a long time, is good in compatibility with the component A and the component B, has no side reaction, and cannot influence the super matte property of the obtained paint film after being diluted.

1. The super-matte PU odorless clear finishing paint is characterized by consisting of a component A, a component B and a diluent;
the component A comprises 65-76.5% of synthetic fatty acid modified odor-removing alkyd resin, 3-5% of 1/16 nitrocellulose resin, 5-8% of ether ester solvent, 0.8-2% of dispersing agent, 0.2-0.5% of defoaming agent, 4.5-6.5% of matting powder, 3-4.5% of glass powder, 0.5-1% of wax powder, 0.3-0.5% of acrylic acid leveling agent, 0.2-0.3% of organic silicon leveling agent and 5-6.7% of ester solvent according to weight percentage;
the component B comprises 14.5 to 34.9 weight percent of n-butyl acetate, 0.1 to 0.5 weight percent of dehydrating agent, 35 to 45 weight percent of adduct polyisocyanate curing agent and 30 to 40 weight percent of toluene diisocyanate trimer curing agent with low molecular weight;
the diluent comprises, by weight, 35-50% of propylene glycol methyl ether acetate, 30-50% of n-butyl acetate and 15-20% of ethyl acetate.

The super-matte PU odorless clear finish paint according to claim 1, characterized in that the component A comprises 75% of synthetic fatty acid modified odorless alkyd resin, 3% of 1/16 nitrocellulose resin, 5% of ether ester solvent, 1.2% of dispersing agent, 0.3% of defoaming agent, 6% of matting powder, 3% of glass powder, 0.8% of wax powder, 0.5% of acrylic leveling agent, 0.2% of organic silicon leveling agent and 5% of ester solvent in percentage by weight;
the component B comprises 24.5 percent of n-butyl acetate, 0.5 percent of dehydrating agent, 45 percent of adduct polyisocyanate curing agent and 30 percent of toluene diisocyanate trimer curing agent with low molecular weight according to weight percentage;
the diluent comprises 35% of propylene glycol methyl ether acetate, 50% of n-butyl acetate and 15% of ethyl acetate in percentage by weight.
3. The super-matte PU odorless clear finish paint according to claim 1, characterized in that the fineness of the synthetic fatty acid modified odorless alkyd resin is less than or equal to 15 μm, the hydroxyl value is 130 +/-10 mgKOH/g, and the viscosity is 25000-35000 cps.
4. The ultramatte PU clear top coat according to claim 1, wherein the ether ester solvent is dioxydimethyl ether acetate.
5. The super-matte PU odorless clear finish according to claim 1, characterized in that the matting powder is fumed silica, and the fineness of the glass powder is less than or equal to 30 μm.
6. The super-matte PU odorless clear finish according to claim 1, characterized in that the dispersant is a high molecular block copolymer, the defoamer is modified polysiloxane, and the wax powder is polytetrafluoroethylene modified polyethylene micronized wax.
7. The super-matte PU odor-free clear topcoat paint according to claim 1, wherein the acrylic leveling agent is fluorocarbon-modified polyacrylate high polymer, and the organic silicon leveling agent is polyether-modified polydimethylsiloxane.

9. A process for the preparation of a super-matte PU clear top coat according to any of claims 1 to 8, comprising the steps of:
step 1, mixing synthetic fatty acid modified odor purification alkyd resin, 1/16 nitrocellulose resin, ether ester solvent, dispersant and defoamer, and dispersing uniformly under the condition of 600-800 r/min; then adding matting powder, glass powder and wax powder, and dispersing under the condition of 800-1200r/min until the fineness is less than or equal to 30 mu m; then adding an acrylic acid flatting agent, an organic silicon flatting agent and an ester solvent, and uniformly dispersing under the condition of 600-800r/min to obtain a component A;
step 2, adding a dehydrating agent into n-butyl acetate, sequentially adding adduct polyisocyanate and low-molecular-weight toluene diisocyanate trimer curing agent after 24 hours, and uniformly stirring to obtain a component B;
and 3, mixing propylene glycol methyl ether acetate, n-butyl acetate and ethyl acetate, and uniformly stirring to obtain the diluent.
