2655 of Bayer company is selected as hydrophilic aliphatic polyisocyanate of Hexamethylene Diisocyanate (HDI) in the component B; propylene glycol methyl ether acetate (PMA) is PMA produced by Dow chemical production; the water removing agent is made of Additive Ti of Bayer company.
The materials described in the examples are commercially available and are given by the manufacturer and the reference numerals described in the specification.
In order to make the technical solution of the present invention clearer and clearer, the present invention will be further described in detail by referring to examples below.
Example 1
Preparing aqueous double-component white elastic wood finish according to the following proportion;

80% of hydrophilic aliphatic polyisocyanate of Hexamethylene Diisocyanate (HDI)
Propylene glycol methyl ether acetate 19%
1 percent of water removing agent.
The water-based defoaming agent is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass of 1: TEGO902W and TEGO810 of 1; the mass ratio of the water-based leveling agent is 1: TEGO410 and BYK333 of 1; the water-based film-forming additive is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass of 1: 1 DPM and DPNB; the water-based sterilization mildew inhibitor is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass of 1: 1 BEK100L and BEK 560; the water-based polyurethane thickener comprises the following components in percentage by mass of 1: RM-2020 and RM-8W of 1.

The preparation method of the component B comprises the following steps: taking a dry and anhydrous container, sequentially adding hydrophilic aliphatic polyisocyanate based on Hexamethylene Diisocyanate (HDI), propylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate and a water removing agent, mixing and stirring uniformly, and subpackaging into a closed iron can.
When in use, the A, B components are uniformly mixed according to a proportion to prepare the aqueous two-component white elastic wood finish.

Performance testing
The performances of the paint film appearance, drying time, adhesive force, hardness, various chemical resistances and the like of the aqueous two-component white elastic wood finish in examples 1 to 3 and the commercial common emulsion white paint are detected. The test results are shown in the following table:
according to the test results, the following test results are obtained:
(1) compared with the common hydroxyl acrylic resin emulsion, the surface drying time of the high hydroxyl acrylic resin emulsion and the medium hydroxyl acrylic resin emulsion is shortened to be less than or equal to 30min, the actual drying time is shortened to be less than or equal to 48h, the surface drying time is shortened by more than 50 percent in the prior art, and the surface drying time is obviously superior to that of the prior art.
(2) According to the invention, by matching and using the high hydroxyl acrylic resin emulsion and the medium hydroxyl acrylic resin emulsion, the finish paint film is very compact and has high surface hardness after the reaction of hydrophilic aliphatic polyisocyanate of Hexamethylene Diisocyanate (HDI); therefore, the paint film is combined with solvent-based primers such as wood, UV primer, PU primer and the like more compactly, and has better adhesive force; the test paper has more excellent performances on various physicochemical properties such as water resistance, gasoline resistance, 10% NaOH resistance, 10% HCL resistance and the like.
(3) According to the invention, the elastic powder, the matting powder and various auxiliaries are selected, so that the surface paint film effect of the finish paint is obviously superior to that of the prior art.
The above-described embodiments are preferred embodiments of the present invention, but it should be understood that the application of the present invention is not limited to the above-described examples, and that modifications and variations can be made by those skilled in the art in light of the above description, and all such modifications and variations are intended to fall within the scope of the appended claims.
Claims (10)
1. The water-based double-component white elastic woodware finishing paint is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: component A and component B;
the component A comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight:
the component B is as follows:
70-80% of hydrophilic aliphatic polyisocyanate of Hexamethylene Diisocyanate (HDI)
Propylene glycol methyl ether acetate 20-30%
0.5 to 2 percent of water removing agent.
2. The aqueous two-component white elastic wood finish paint according to claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the component A to the component B is 100: (10-20).
3. The aqueous two-component white elastic wood finish according to claim 1,
the aqueous hydroxy acrylic resin emulsion comprises high-hydroxy acrylic resin and medium-hydroxy acrylic resin;
the hydroxyl content of the high-hydroxyl acrylic resin is 3-4%, and the solid content is 40-47%; the hydroxyl content of the medium hydroxyl acrylic resin is 2-2.5 percent, and the solid content is 38-45 percent;
the dosage of the high hydroxyl acrylic resin is 10-18 parts by weight; the dosage of the medium hydroxyl acrylic resin is 42-55 parts by weight.
4. The aqueous two-component white elastic wood finish according to claim 1, characterized in that: the aqueous defoamer includes one or more of TEGO902W, TEGO810, BYK 028.
5. The aqueous two-component white elastic wood finish according to claim 1, characterized in that: the aqueous leveling agent comprises one or more of TEGO410, TEGO450, BYK 333.
6. The aqueous two-component white elastic wood finish according to claim 1, characterized in that: the aqueous film forming aid comprises one or more of DPM, DPNB and propylene glycol.
7. The aqueous two-component white elastic wood finish according to claim 1, characterized in that: the water-based sterilization and mildew-proof agent comprises one or more of BEK100L and BEK 560.
8. The aqueous two-component white elastic wood finish according to claim 1, characterized in that: the aqueous polyurethane thickener comprises one or more of RM-2020 and RM-8W, TT 615.
9. The aqueous two-component white elastic wood finish according to claim 1, characterized in that: the water removing agent comprises one or more OF Additive Ti and Additive OF.
10. A method of preparing the aqueous two-component white elastic wood finish of any one of claims 1-9, comprising the steps of:

1) filtering the medium-high hydroxyl acrylic resin emulsion and the medium-high hydroxyl acrylic resin emulsion in the formula into a clean container by using a 300-mesh filter screen, and respectively adding the aqueous dispersant, the elastic powder and the matting powder in sequence; adjusting the dispersion machine to 800-;
