The addition amount of the defoaming agent is 0.2-0.5 part by weight, preferably 0.25-0.45 part by weight, more preferably 0.3-0.4 part by weight, and more preferably 0.32-0.38 part by weight.
The concrete choice of the defoaming agent is not particularly limited in principle, and can be selected and adjusted by a person skilled in the art according to production conditions, use conditions and performance requirements, and the defoaming agent preferably comprises BYK028 and/or tego airex902w, more preferably BYK028 or tego airex902w, so as to better ensure the performance, the use effect and the preparation process of the water-based glossy finish paint. The thickener of the present invention is added in an amount of 0.2 to 0.6 part by weight, preferably 0.25 to 0.55 part by weight, more preferably 0.3 to 0.5 part by weight, more preferably 0.35 to 0.45 part by weight, more preferably 0.37 to 0.43 part by weight.
The concrete choice of the thickener is not particularly limited in principle, and can be selected and adjusted by the skilled person according to the production conditions, the use conditions and the performance requirements, and the thickener preferably comprises TT615 and/or OS6050, more preferably TT615 or OS6050, in order to better ensure the performance, the use effect and the preparation process of the water-based glossy finish paint. The specific choice of the mildew preventive is not particularly limited in principle, and can be selected and adjusted by a person skilled in the art according to production conditions, use conditions and performance requirements, and in order to better ensure the performance, use effect and preparation process of the water-based glossy finish, the mildew preventive preferably comprises one or more of BEK-200L, polypase AF3, polypase PW40 and polypase 689, more preferably BEK-200L, polypase AF3, polypase PW40 or polypase 689, and even more preferably BEK-200L. More specifically, the present invention does not specifically limit the specific source of the hydrophilic modified isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI), which can be prepared or purchased according to conventional methods by those skilled in the art, and is preferably hydrophilic modified isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) having a brand number of 4098-71, which is produced by wanhua chemistry.
The amount of the hydrophilic modified hexamethylene diisocyanate is not particularly limited in principle, and can be selected and adjusted by a person skilled in the art according to production conditions, use conditions and performance requirements, and in order to better ensure the performance, use effect and preparation process of the water-based glossy finish paint, the amount of the hydrophilic modified hexamethylene diisocyanate added is preferably 30-60 parts by weight, more preferably 35-55 parts by weight, more preferably 40-50 parts by weight, and more preferably 43-48 parts by weight. The specific source of the propylene glycol methyl ether acetate is not particularly limited in principle, and the propylene glycol methyl ether acetate (PMA) can be prepared or purchased by a person skilled in the art according to a conventional method, and is preferably PMA produced by Dow chemical company in order to better ensure the performance, the using effect and the preparation process of the water-based glossy finish paint.
The addition amount of the water removing agent is 0.5-2 parts by weight, preferably 0.7-1.8 parts by weight, more preferably 0.8-1.5 parts by weight, and more preferably 1-1.3 parts by weight.
The specific selection OF the water removing agent is not particularly limited in principle, and can be selected and adjusted by a person skilled in the art according to the production condition, the use condition and the performance requirement, in order to better ensure the performance, the use effect and the preparation process OF the water-based bright finish paint, the water removing agent preferably comprises one or more OF Additive Ti, Additive OF and OMG Additive TI, more preferably Additive Ti, Additive OF or OMG Additive TI, and more preferably Additive Ti. The water-based gloss finish paint comprises a component A and a component B, the specific proportion of the component A and the component B is not particularly limited in principle, and the water-based gloss finish paint can be selected and adjusted by a person skilled in the art according to the product condition, the use condition and the performance requirement, in order to better ensure the performance, the use effect and the preparation process of the water-based gloss finish paint, the mass ratio of the component A to the component B is preferably 100: (20-30), more preferably 100: (22-28), more preferably 100: (24-26).
The invention also provides a preparation method of the water-based glossy finish paint, which comprises the following steps:
1) adding a cosolvent, a wetting agent, a mildew preventive, a thickening agent and a defoaming agent into the water-based hydroxyl acrylic resin, and mixing to obtain a component A;
carrying out second mixing on the hydrophilic modified diisocyanate curing agent, propylene glycol methyl ether acetate and a water removing agent to obtain a component B;
when the water-based glossy finish paint is used, the component A and the component B obtained in the step are combined to obtain the water-based glossy finish paint.
In the preparation method of the invention, the specific preferred scheme of the raw materials and the preferred values of the adding parts are consistent with the specific preferred scheme of the components in the water-based glossy finish paint and the preferred values of the adding parts, and are not repeated here.
The cosolvent, the wetting agent, the mildew preventive, the thickening agent and the defoaming agent are added into the water-based hydroxyl acrylic resin and mixed to obtain the component A. Wherein, the raw materials added into the water-based hydroxyl acrylic resin can also comprise color paste.
The invention is not limited in particular to the specific mode and parameters of the mixing in principle, and can be selected and adjusted by the skilled person according to the production condition, the use condition and the performance requirement, and the mixing is preferably stirring mixing in order to better ensure the performance, the use effect and the preparation process of the water-based glossy finish paint. The mixing speed is preferably 800-1000r/min, more preferably 820-980 r/min, more preferably 850-950 r/min, and more preferably 880-920 r/min. The mixing time is preferably 30-60 min, more preferably 35-55 min, and still more preferably 40-50 min.
In order to better ensure the performance, the using effect and the preparation process of the water-based glossy finish paint, complete and refine the process flow, the method preferably further comprises a filtering step after mixing, and particularly preferably adopts a filter screen for filtering. The fineness of the component A of the present invention is preferably 10 μm or less, more preferably 8 μm or less, and still more preferably 5 μm or less.
In order to better ensure the performance, the using effect and the preparation process of the water-based glossy finish paint, and complete and refine the process flow, the preparation steps of the component A are preferably as follows:
a) premixing the filtered water-based hydroxyl acrylic resin and a defoaming agent to obtain a mixture;
b) ) slowly adding the cosolvent, the wetting agent, the mildew preventive and the thickening agent into the mixture obtained in the step (a) and mixing to obtain the component A.
The specific parameters of the filtered waterborne hydroxyl acrylic resin are not particularly limited in principle, and can be selected and adjusted by a person skilled in the art according to the production condition, the use condition and the performance requirement, in order to better ensure the performance, the use effect and the preparation process of the waterborne glossy finish paint, the fineness of the filtered waterborne hydroxyl acrylic resin is preferably less than or equal to 10 μm, more preferably less than or equal to 8 μm, and more preferably less than or equal to 5 μm. .
The specific mode and parameters of the premixing are not particularly limited in principle, and can be selected and adjusted by a person skilled in the art according to the production condition, the use condition and the performance requirement. The rotation speed of the premixing is preferably 1500-1800r/min, more preferably 1550-1750 r/min, and more preferably 1600-1700 r/min. The time for premixing is preferably 30-60 min, more preferably 35-55 min, and still more preferably 40-50 min.
The specific parameters of the slow addition are not particularly limited in principle, and can be selected and adjusted by those skilled in the art according to the production condition, the use condition and the performance requirement, and in order to better ensure the performance, the use effect and the preparation process of the water-based glossy finish paint, the slow addition speed is preferably 5-10 wt%/min, more preferably 6-9 wt%/min, and more preferably 7-8 wt%/min of the required added substances.
More preferably, in order to further ensure the performance, the use effect and the preparation process of the water-based glossy finish paint, complete and refine the process flow, the conditions for performing the step b) are preferably as follows:
and (b) directly adding a wetting agent into the mixture or taking a mixture sample, dripping the wetting agent into the mixture, spraying the mixture, observing whether the appearance of the coating film is shrunk, and performing the step b) after confirming that no shrinkage is formed, namely mixing the mixture obtained in the step (a), the cosolvent, the wetting agent, the mildew preventive and the thickening agent to obtain the component A.
The component B is obtained by carrying out second mixing on the hydrophilic modified diisocyanate curing agent, the propylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate and the water removing agent.
The specific mode and parameters of the second mixing are not particularly limited in principle, and can be selected and adjusted by those skilled in the art according to the production condition, the use condition and the performance requirement. The rotation speed of the second mixing is preferably 1000-1500 r/min, more preferably 1100-1400 r/min, and more preferably 1200-1300 r/min. The second mixing time is preferably 30-60 min, more preferably 35-55 min, and still more preferably 40-50 min.
In order to better ensure the performance, the using effect and the preparation process of the water-based glossy finish paint, complete and refine the process flow, the second mixing is preferably carried out under the drying condition. The component B needs to be stored under anhydrous and closed conditions.
When the water-based gloss finish paint provided by the invention is used, the water-based gloss finish paint can be obtained after the component A and the component B obtained in the above steps are combined.
The invention is not limited in particular in terms of the specific manner and parameters of the combination, and the manner and parameters of the combination of the water-based glossy top coat before use, which are well known to those skilled in the art, can be selected and adjusted by those skilled in the art according to the use situation, performance requirements and coating requirements.

13) slowly adding cosolvent, wetting agent, mildew preventive, white color paste and thickener, stirring for 30min, and filtering with 400 mesh filter screen to obtain component A.
The preparation method of the component B comprises the following steps: taking a dry and anhydrous container, adding hydrophilic modified isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI), hydrophilic modified Hexamethylene Diisocyanate (HDI), propylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate and a water removing agent at one time, mixing and stirring uniformly, and then subpackaging in a closed iron tank.
When in use, the A, B components are uniformly mixed according to a proportion to obtain the waterborne wood coating with high brightness, high resistance and no miliaria and dark bubbles.
The invention also provides the application of the water-based gloss finish paint in any technical scheme or the water-based gloss finish paint prepared by the preparation method in any technical scheme in the furniture coating process.
The specific choice of the furniture is not particularly limited in principle by the present invention, and may be a broad furniture concept well known to those skilled in the art, which can be selected and adjusted according to the use situation, environmental requirements and performance requirements, and the present invention is to better ensure the performance and use effect of the water-based gloss finish, and the furniture is preferably a bathroom cabinet. The present invention is not particularly limited to the specific manner of coating, and may be applied in the manner of coating of a water-based glossy finish paint known to those skilled in the art, and the present invention is preferably spray coating.
The steps of the invention provide a water-based light finish paint with high brightness, high resistance and no hidden bubbles and miliaria, and a preparation method and application thereof. The high-gloss waterborne wood finish provided by the invention has high brightness, good resistance of a paint film and no miliaria or dark bubbles in a drying process. According to the invention, the water-based HDI and the IPDI are shared and mixed according to a specific proportion, so that the characteristics of high hardness and good tolerance of the IPDI curing agent after drying are fully exerted, the water-based HDI curing agent and the IPDI curing agent are combined to be used as the curing agent of the high-gloss water-based wood finish paint, the problems that the existing water-based HDI curing agent is low in hardness and prone to generating miliaria and dark bubbles when being thick-coated are effectively solved, and the problems that the existing water-based HDI curing agent cannot be solved are solved, so that the problems of hardness, dark bubbles, miliaria and tolerance of the two-component light paint are greatly improved. The invention further uses the special selection and proportion of various auxiliary agents, especially the matching use of the high-hydroxyl resin and the low-hydroxyl resin in a specific proportion, so that the generation of miliaria is slowed down better, the hardness can be ensured, and the high-hydroxyl resin is comprehensively balanced to have better hardness and fullness, but the miliaria is easier to generate and the drying speed is slower; the low-hydroxyl resin has the characteristics of better drying property and avoidance of miliaria. The water-based bright finish paint is finally obtained, the brightness of the paint is higher, the paint can be compared favorably with oil paint, and compared with the oil paint, the paint is more environment-friendly, yellowing-resistant, and has stronger performances of hardness, water resistance, chemical resistance and the like; furthermore, the ordinary water-based bright wood paint is very easy to generate miliaria after the temperature exceeds 30 ℃, but the water-based bright finishing paint has high temperature tolerance, can be cured at normal temperature (0-40 ℃) without generating miliaria, has high fullness of a paint film, almost has no hidden bubbles in the paint film, and is very suitable for coating production of bathroom cabinets. In addition, the preparation method of the water-based high-brightness water-based wood coating provided by the invention is simple in process, strong in operability, capable of realizing continuous production and suitable for popularization and application of industrial scale production.
Experimental results show that the high-gloss water-based wood finish provided by the invention not only has the brightness of over 95 percent, but also has good resistance of a paint film and does not generate miliaria and dark bubbles in the drying process.
For further illustration of the present invention, the following will describe in detail a water-based top-coat paint and its preparation method and application in conjunction with the following examples, but it should be understood that these examples are implemented on the premise of the technical solution of the present invention, and the detailed embodiments and specific procedures are given, only for further illustration of the features and advantages of the present invention, but not for limitation of the claims of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is not limited to the following examples.

Claims (10)

1. The water-based glossy finish paint for furniture coating is characterized by comprising a component A and a component B;
the component A is as follows:

the aqueous hydroxyl acrylic resin comprises high hydroxyl acrylic resin and low hydroxyl acrylic resin;
the hydroxyl content of the high-hydroxyl acrylic resin is 3-4%;
the hydroxyl content of the low-hydroxyl acrylic resin is 1-2%;
the component B is as follows:

the hydrophilic modified diisocyanate curing agent comprises hydrophilic modified isophorone diisocyanate and hydrophilic modified hexamethylene diisocyanate;
the water-based varnish is water-based woodware varnish.
2. The water-based glossy finish paint according to claim 1, wherein the mass ratio of the component A to the component B is 100: (20-30).
3. The water-based glossy finish paint according to claim 1, wherein the amount of the high hydroxyl acrylic resin is 30-60 parts by weight;
the dosage of the low-hydroxyl acrylic resin is 20-50 parts by weight;
the solid content of the high-hydroxyl acrylic resin is 40-47%;
the solid content of the low-hydroxyl acrylic resin is 40-45%.
4. The water-based glossy finish paint according to claim 1, wherein the amount of the hydrophilic modified isophorone diisocyanate is 30-50 parts by weight;
the amount of the hydrophilic modified hexamethylene diisocyanate is 30-60 parts by weight.
5. The waterborne glossy topcoat of claim 1 wherein the co-solvent comprises one or more of texanol, dipropylene glycol butyl ether, dipropylene glycol methyl ether, and propylene glycol;
the wetting agent comprises tego 4200 and/or tego wet 270;
the antifoaming agent comprises BYK028 and/or tego 902W;
the thickener comprises TT615 and/or OS 6050;
the mildew preventive comprises one or more of BEK-200L, Polyphase AF3, Polyphase PW40 and Polyphase 689;
the color paste comprises aqueous titanium white paste;
the water removing agent comprises one or more OF Additive Ti, Additive OF and OMG Additive TI.
6. A method for preparing the water-based glossy finish paint according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized by comprising the following steps:
1) adding a cosolvent, a wetting agent, a mildew preventive, a thickening agent and a defoaming agent into the water-based hydroxyl acrylic resin, and mixing to obtain a component A;
carrying out second mixing on the hydrophilic modified diisocyanate curing agent, propylene glycol methyl ether acetate and a water removing agent to obtain a component B;
when the water-based glossy finish paint is used, the component A and the component B obtained in the step are combined to obtain the water-based glossy finish paint.
7. The method according to claim 6, wherein the fineness of the component A is 10 μm or less;
the mixing time is 30-60 min;
the mixing speed is 800-1000 r/min;
the second mixing time is 30-60 min;
the rotating speed of the second mixing is 1000-1500 r/min;
the raw materials added into the water-based hydroxyl acrylic resin also comprise color paste.
8. The preparation method according to claim 6, wherein the preparation steps of the component A are specifically:
a) premixing the filtered water-based hydroxyl acrylic resin and a defoaming agent to obtain a mixture;
b) slowly adding a cosolvent, a wetting agent, a mildew preventive and a thickening agent into the mixture obtained in the step, and mixing to obtain a component A;
the second mixing is carried out under a dry condition;
the component B needs to be stored under anhydrous and closed conditions.
9. The production method according to claim 8, wherein the fineness of the filtered aqueous hydroxyacrylic resin is 10 μm or less;
the premixing time is 30-60 min;
the rotation speed of the premixing is 1500-1800 r/min;
the conditions under which step b) is carried out are:
and (c) taking a mixture sample, dripping a wetting agent, spraying, observing whether the appearance of the coating film is shrinkage cavity or not, and performing the step b) after confirming that no shrinkage cavity exists.
10. The use of the water-based glossy top coat according to any one of claims 1 to 5 or the water-based glossy top coat prepared by the preparation method according to any one of claims 6 to 8 in a furniture coating process;
the furniture comprises a sanitary cabinet.
