the component B comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 25-45% of n-butyl acetate, 0.1-0.3% of dehydrating agent, 20-50% of aromatic polyisocyanate TDI and 10-20% of aliphatic polyisocyanate HDI, wherein the sum of the components is 100%.
2. The wear-resistant high-transparency super-smooth PU open type matte top-coat paint is characterized in that the fineness of the hydroxyl acrylic resin is 3-10 mu m, the viscosity is 2500-.
3. A wear-resistant high-transparency super-smooth PU open type matte top-coat paint is characterized in that the ester solvent is n-Butyl Acetate (BAC) and/or Ethyl Acetate (EAC); the ether solvent is propylene glycol methyl ether acetate (PMA).

A wear-resistant high-transparency super-smooth PU open type matte top-coat paint is characterized in that the wetting dispersant is modified polyurethane high polymer; the wax powder is fluorine modified wax powder; the fineness of the glass powder is less than or equal to 3 mu m; the defoaming agent is modified polysiloxane; the leveling agent comprises 0.05-0.1% of polyacrylate leveling agent and 0.5-1.5% of polyether modified polydimethylsiloxane; the drier is an organic tin drier.
5. The wear-resistant high-transparency super-smooth PU open type matte top-coat paint is characterized in that the aromatic polyisocyanate TDI is low-molecular-weight toluene diisocyanate trimer; the aliphatic polyisocyanate HDI is hexamethylene diisocyanate trimer.
6. The wear-resistant high-transparency super-smooth PU open type matte top-coat paint is characterized in that the dehydrating agent is isocyanate with a single functional group.
7. The wear-resistant high-transparency super-smooth PU open matte top-coat paint is characterized in that a diluent comprises 8-28% of dimethylbenzene, 5-10% of cyclohexanone, 15-35% of propylene glycol methyl ether acetate and 25-55% of n-butyl acetate.
8. A method for preparing the wear-resistant high-transparency ultra-smooth PU open matte clear finish paint according to any one of claims 1 to 7, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
A. preparation of the A component
a. Hydroxyl acrylic resin, wetting dispersant and polyamide anti-settling slurry are mixed and dispersed for 5-10min to be uniform at the rotating speed of 400-500 r/min;
b. adding antioxidant, ultraviolet absorbent, aldehyde ketone resin and wax powder, and dispersing at the rotating speed of 800-;
c. adding glass powder and matting powder, and dispersing at a rotation speed of 1000-1500r/min for at least 10min until the fineness is less than or equal to 25 μm;
d. adding CAB cellulose, ether ester solvent and ester solvent, and dispersing at the rotation speed of 800-;
e. adding a defoaming agent, a drier and a flatting agent, dispersing for 5-10min at the rotating speed of 500-800r/min, and sieving with a 200-mesh sieve;
B. preparation of component B
f. Mixing a dehydrating agent and n-butyl acetate, and dehydrating for at least 1 h;
g. adding aromatic polyisocyanate TDI and aliphatic polyisocyanate HDI, and dispersing at the rotating speed of 500-800r/min for 5-10 min.
