a) isocyanate trimer synthesis: in N2Under protection, adding 100.0 parts of isocyanate monomer, 0.05-0.1 part of catalyst and 30.0-60.0 parts of solvent into a reaction kettle, starting stirring to uniformly stir the materials, heating to 50-80 ℃ for reaction for 2-4 h, dropwise adding 5.0 parts of mixed solution containing the catalyst, the accelerator and the solvent, after 0.5h of dropwise adding, keeping at 50-80 ℃ for continuous reaction, detecting the NCO value once every 0.5h, immediately adding a polymerization inhibitor accounting for 0.1-0.5% of the mass of the isocyanate monomer when the detected NCO value is 10-7%, and cooling to 20 ℃ to obtain the isocyanate trimer;
b) and the synthesis of the POSS modified low-free monomer polyurethane curing agent: dropwise adding a mixed solution of 15.0-40.0 parts of octaaminophenyl POSS and 30.0 parts of solvent into the isocyanate tripolymer at normal temperature, and continuously reacting for 2-3 hours after the dropwise adding is finished for 0.5-1 hour to obtain the POSS modified low-free monomer polyurethane curing agent;
the free monomer content of the POSS modified low free monomer polyurethane curing agent is less than 0.5 percent.
2. The POSS modified high hardness polyurethane odor-free wood lacquer of claim 1, wherein: the hydroxyl-containing odor-free resin is odor-free alkyd resin, odor-free polyester resin or hydroxyl acrylic resin.
3. The POSS modified high hardness polyurethane odor-free wood lacquer of claim 1, wherein: the isocyanate monomer is at least one of TDI, MDI, NDI, TODI, HDI, TMDI, XDI, IPDI, HMDI or HTDI.
4. The POSS modified high hardness polyurethane odor-free wood lacquer of claim 1, wherein: the mixed solution containing the catalyst, the accelerant and the solvent comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 2.0-10.0 percent of catalyst, 2.0-10.0 percent of accelerant and 80.0-96.0 percent of solvent.
5. The POSS modified high hardness polyurethane odor-free wood lacquer of claim 1, wherein: the catalyst is at least one of dibutyltin dilaurate, lithium acetate, tri-n-butylphosphorus, stannous octoate, tin naphthenate, lead naphthenate, cobalt naphthenate, dibutyltin maleate, dibutyltin diacetate, triethylamine or benzyl glycidyl ether.
6. The POSS modified high hardness polyurethane odor-free wood lacquer of claim 1, wherein: the accelerator is at least one of N, N-dimethyl-p-toluidine, N-methylpyrrole or triethanolamine.

The POSS modified high hardness polyurethane odor-free wood lacquer of claim 1, wherein: the wetting dispersant is at least one of an amino derivative polycarboxylic acid high molecular polymer, a high molecular polyether compound containing pigment affinity groups, a polycarboxylic acid amide salt or a polycarboxylic acid organic amine charge neutral salt; the leveling agent is at least one of a titanate modified organic silicon leveling agent, a titanate modified polyacrylate leveling agent, an organic silicon modified acrylic acid leveling agent, a fluorine modified acrylic acid leveling agent or a silicon-oxygen polymer leveling agent; the rheological additive is at least one of nano-scale fumed silica, modified urea polymer or polyamide wax; the defoaming agent is at least one of modified siloxane defoaming agent or polyacrylate defoaming agent.
8. The POSS modified high hardness polyurethane odor-free wood lacquer of claim 1, wherein: the functional auxiliary agent is a delustering agent, a hardening agent, an anti-scratching agent, an anti-blocking agent, an anti-wear agent or an ultraviolet absorbent.
9. The POSS modified high hardness polyurethane odor-free wood lacquer of claim 1 or 4, wherein: the solvent is at least one of ethyl acetate, butyl acetate, sec-butyl acetate, 120 white oil, D40 dearomatization solvent, diethylene glycol butyl ether, propylene glycol methyl ether, propylene glycol butyl ether, dipropylene glycol butyl ether and methyl 3-methoxypropionate.
