In Table 1, the adhesion on the substrate (grade) was set for a long period of time at 0-5 grade, with grade 0 and grade 1 being acceptable and the other grade being unacceptable. The long-term standing refers to standing for more than 2 weeks after baking at 80 ℃ for 2 hours.
The other properties in Table 1 are all measured after 2 weeks of finish after baking at 80℃for 2 hours.

The Q/BYD-A1906.4119-2017 of BYD is the most strict standard in the automobile exterior trimming part industry, most automobile interior trimming part manufacturers are equivalent to adopt the standard of Q/BYD-A1906.4119-2017 to detect the performance of paint, and the automobile interior trimming part provided by the invention can meet the requirements of the Q/BYD-A1906.4119-2017 standard after the primer is baked for a long time and the dual UV curing coating with ultra-high boiling resistance of the paint film is subjected to multiple performance tests.
As can be seen from the above table 2, the ultra-high boiling resistant dual UV curable coating disclosed by the invention can completely meet the BYD Q/BYD-a1906.4119-2017 standard; and the paint film obtained in each embodiment has uniform coating, no obvious orange peel or needle bubble, no impurity point, and good glossiness and smoothness.

Claims (9)
1. The dual UV curing coating composition with the ultrahigh boiling resistance is characterized in that the dual UV curing coating composition with the ultrahigh boiling resistance is prepared from a dual UV curing coating with the ultrahigh boiling resistance, a curing agent and a diluent according to the weight ratio of 5:1:2-2.5;
the dual UV curing coating with the ultrahigh boiling resistance comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
15-20 parts of hydroxy acrylic resin;
14-20 parts of cellulose acetate resin solution;
8-10 parts of 6-functional aliphatic polyurethane acrylic resin; 10-15 parts of 2-4 functional aliphatic polyurethane acrylic resin; 15-20 parts of dual-cured polyurethane UV resin;
2-3 parts of ultraviolet initiator; 1-2 parts of ultraviolet initiator 819;
0.5-1.0 part of leveling agent;
10-15 parts of ethyl acetate;
10-15 parts of butyl acetate;
the dual-cure polyurethane UV resin is selected from the group consisting of deujiu UV-1908;
the curing agent refers to: according to the parts by weight: 80 parts of Bayer hardener N3390 are mixed with 20 parts of butyl acetate.
2. The ultra-high water boiling resistant dual UV curable coating composition according to claim 1, wherein the hydroxy acrylic resin is selected from KN1052F hydroxy acrylic resin of Ke Lisen.
3. The ultra-high water boiling resistant dual UV curable coating composition according to claim 1, wherein the cellulose acetate resin solution is selected from CAB-551-0.01.
4. The ultra-high water boiling resistant dual UV curable coating composition according to claim 1, wherein the leveling agent is a BYK-371 type leveling agent.
5. The ultra-high water boiling resistant dual UV curable coating composition according to claim 1, wherein the 6 functional aliphatic urethane acrylic resin is selected from the group consisting of changxing 6145-100.
6. The ultra-high water boiling resistant dual UV curable coating composition of claim 1, wherein the 2-4 functional aliphatic urethane acrylic resin is selected from the group consisting of changxing 6123.
7. A process for preparing a dual UV curable coating composition having ultra-high poaching resistance according to any one of claims 1-6, said process comprising the steps of:
1) Under the light-shielding condition, uniformly stirring 15-20 parts by weight of hydroxyl acrylic resin, 15-20 parts by weight of cellulose acetate resin solution, 8-10 parts by weight of 6-functional aliphatic polyurethane acrylate, 10-15 parts by weight of 2-4-functional aliphatic polyurethane acrylic resin and 15-20 parts of dual-cured polyurethane UV resin to obtain a mixture A;
2) Adding 2-3 parts of ultraviolet light initiator 184 and 1-2 parts of ultraviolet light initiator 819 into 10-15 parts of butyl acetate under stirring, and stirring and mixing to obtain a mixture B;
3) Adding the mixture B into the mixture A under the stirring condition, adding 0.5-1.0 part by weight of flatting agent, and stirring and uniformly mixing;
4) And continuously adding 10-15 parts by weight of ethyl acetate under the stirring condition, adjusting the viscosity to 25 ℃, enabling the KU viscosity to be 50-60KU, and filtering to obtain the dual UV curing coating with ultrahigh boiling resistance.

The application according to claim 8, wherein the specific application method is: the dual UV curing coating with the ultrahigh boiling resistance is prepared with a curing agent and a diluent according to the weight ratio of 5:1:2-2.5, and is sprayed on a primer layer of an automotive interior trim part, after Wen Liuping-5 minutes, the temperature is kept at 50-60 ℃ for 8-10 minutes, and a paint film of the dual UV curing coating with the ultrahigh boiling resistance can be formed after UV curing.
