stirring part of butyl acetate, adding an ultraviolet light initiator under the stirring condition, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixture B;
adding the mixture B into the mixed mixture A under the stirring condition, adding the leveling agent, and stirring for 10-20min to obtain a mixture C;
step four, adding the black paste into the mixture C under the stirring condition, and uniformly stirring for 10-20 min; obtaining a mixture D;
step five, adding ethyl acetate and the residual butyl acetate into the mixture D under the stirring condition, uniformly stirring, adjusting the viscosity to 20-30S under the conditions of 25 ℃ and NK-2, and filtering to obtain the product; the weight part of the butyl acetate added in the second step is the same as that of the butyl acetate added in the fifth step; in the first step, the stirring condition is 600-; the stirring condition in the other steps is 300-700 r/min;

20-30 parts of tetra-functional hydroxyl polyurethane acrylic resin;
16-30 parts of four-part aliphatic polyurethane acrylic resin;
8-12 parts of three-part aliphatic polyurethane acrylic resin;
10-15 parts of six-membered aliphatic polyurethane acrylic resin;
10-15 parts of TMPTA monomer;
3-9 parts of an ultraviolet initiator;
0.5-1 part of a leveling agent;
3-5 parts of black paste;
5-20 parts of ethyl acetate;
10-20 parts of butyl acetate;
six-membered aliphatic polyurethane acrylic resin is a polyurethane acrylic oligomer; the three-part aliphatic polyurethane acrylic resin and the four-part aliphatic polyurethane acrylic resin are aliphatic polyurethane acrylate oligomers; the tetrafunctional hydroxyl polyurethane acrylic resin is a polyurethane acrylic oligomer containing hydroxyl; the TMPTA monomer is a trifunctional acrylic oligomer; the black paste is a paste prepared by grinding high-pigment carbon black, wherein the weight content of the carbon black is not higher than 10 percent;
the four-part aliphatic polyurethane acrylic resin comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
8-15 parts of four-part aliphatic polyurethane acrylic resin A;
8-15 parts of four-part aliphatic polyurethane acrylic resin B;
wherein the four-part aliphatic polyurethane acrylic resin A is CN8000 of Shadoma Guangzhou chemical company, and the four-part aliphatic polyurethane acrylic resin B is CN8007 of Shadoma Guangzhou chemical company;
the weight part of the tetrafunctional hydroxyl polyurethane acrylic resin is not less than half of the sum of the weight parts of the four-official aliphatic polyurethane acrylic resin, the three-official aliphatic polyurethane acrylic resin and the six-official aliphatic polyurethane acrylic resin; and the weight ratio of the three-part aliphatic polyurethane acrylic resin to the six-part aliphatic polyurethane acrylic resin is 1: (1-1.5);
the ultraviolet initiator comprises the following raw materials in parts by mass:
1841-3 parts of an ultraviolet initiator;
1-3 parts of ultraviolet initiator TPO;
and 9071-3 parts of an ultraviolet initiator.
